Bought a platform bed for my grandson to sleep on while visiting, they were coming in on the 29th and I ordered it on the 21st. The delivery date was 05/24/19. Day came and went and then the holiday was here. Since I had received no notification that the package was going to be late I had to call them...the package will now be here on the 30th, there was a weather delay and it was now in Johnston, RI and I was guaranteed to be delivered on the 31st.??? The 31st came and went and I was not notified again so at the end of the day I called again and was told it was in Wilmington, CT not Johnston, RI and it will not be delivered till Monday 06/03.
The only guarantee you have with this company is you will be lied to and your delivery will be late. A week of my grandson sleeping on the floor...shame on you FedEx!!!!!

FedEx does not care about you. I ordered a package that was scheduled for the 10th and it never came. Once I called to figure out why I was told that the package wasn't delivered I found out that it was delivered to a previous address that I haven't lived at in 3 years all because the driver supposedly couldn't find my apartment. I never once instructed anyone to deliver my package to anywhere other than my present address(which was documented), which is another way of saying someone took it apon themselves to deliver my package, drop it off somewhere with out notifying me. Once I was able to talk to someone they said we found out where your package is, and the driver located it and it will be delivered to you tonight which was a Friday, but that never came. I called Monday too find out the driver has it and you'll get it tonight, but that never came. So now it's Tuesday still haven't got my package, once I called all the sudden it's we don't know where is at, and your going to have to call the company that you bought the item from to ask for a reimbursement. So in the end they lost my package, lied to me about it, never contacted me, and over a week later it's we don't know where it's at and you're going to have to do the work to get your money back due to or faults. So in conclusion FedEx doesn't care you, they don't take any accountability for their actions, they lie and are willing to treat their customers like second hand citizens.

Waited all day for a package that I paid for early delivery. FEDEX driver got to the house just after I left. It was a package that needed to be signed for. They left a note. I called FEDEX and told them I could not wait all day again for a delivery the next day. I told them I would pick it up. So of course, they put it on the truck for delivery the next day. I called and asked them what happened, They told me they didn't get the word. I said, I cannot wait all day for a package I was supposed to pick up today, I have to have it by noon that day. They told the driver it was urgent to get it to me by noon. I receive a phone call to meet the FEDEX driver at a post office TWO MILES FROM MY HOUSE. He does not have enough time to deliver it to me. When I get there, he asks for ID ( I get that, but the guy on the phone should have told me). I show the driver my ID. He's complaining to the guy he called when I went to get my ID that I have an attitude (DAMN SKIPPY I HAVE AN ATTITUDE). Then he has the balls to tell me, He's doing me a favor. REALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I drive to the post office 2 miles from my house(the one you couldn't drop the package off at because you didn't have enough time) to pick up the package that should have been left at the warehouse for me to pick up, but got put on the truck because of sheer incompetence, and you are doing me a favor. Not to mention I paid for early delivery the day before. FEDEX get your act together. Try practicing some customer courtesy.

The driver didnt even ring the buzzer and I was waiting in for the parcel. The building door was closed so he said he couldnt gain entry! Now they tell me I must wait 5 days for a re-delivery attempt and I cannot get the address changed to a work address - which is where I will be in 5 days as I cannot take another day off. Fedex have my vote as the worst delivery company in the UK!
I wish the seller would switch to another company like DPD - they are amazing and their app lets you make changes quickly if needed. DHL dont make me wait 5 days and their guy has the buzzer figured out. Even Amazon Logistics is better!

So, let me tell you about my current experience with FEDEX. Yesterday (5/1) at 10:30ish we called in a FEDEX EXPRESS pickup, confirmation #'s LKSA641 & LKSA167. A little after 4pm we called to see what the hold up was and we were told the truck broke down and another truck had been dispatched and should arrive in 10 - 15 minutes. We closed our shop at 6:30pm and still no driver and too late to get to a FEDEX location for a drop off. This morning we have called not once but 4 times and got four different stories and a bucket load of rude representatives. The first call we were told the driver showed up and no one was at out location at 4:30...untrue. The second call we were told the pickup had been rescheduled and that we were notified...untrue. The third call the representative transferred us to Ground and then we got transferred back to the 800# and the call timed out, a recording reported that the call was unable to complete.(Same as being hung up on) Forth call we spoke with a rep that continued to talk over us and not listen, this guy would ask questions and keep on talking. Tried to tell us there was a distribution center machine malfunction...had absolutely NOTHING to do with pickups. Then we called our outside service rep, like that would do any good...I have never had a return phone call from her. Today FEDEX totally and completely has missed the mark.

FedEx failed to deliver my parcel for many occasions. Although I was waiting for my parcel patiently at home for 5 days, they claimed that I was not at home. This is completely ridiculous. When FedEx failed to deliver my parcel for 5 times, I instructed them to return my parcel to the sender. However, they failed to do so until 10 days time. Sometime FedEx is the only choice we can choose for distribution of our purchase. I sincerely hope that we will have other choices in the near future.

Hopeless, disorganised, dishonest service. A scheduled collection between 11:30am and 6:00pm never happened. I telephoned three times as it got later in the afternoon and was promised on each occasion that collection would take place. They lied. Had they been honest, I could have gone to the Post Office. They told me that they can't track their vehicles in real time (unlike DPD). All they can offer is a refund "in a few days" but no compensation for a complete lack of service and customer care. I should have read the other Trustpilot reviews before choosing FedEx.

Tracking said delivered to front door, driver left it on top of mailbox on street which is 300 feet from my house and had been raining.
I have complained to fedex numorise times (Never leave at street) but does no good.
Just got off the phone with customer service, said they would notify driver, same thing they said the other times I complained.

It used to be that fedex was pretty quick with deliveries. Once in a while they still are. I ordered from gurneys and my order was sent on the 31st of May. It’s now the 8th of June and still no package. These are live strawberry plants mind you. They made it to NY and sat for 4 days there. Then got to Mass which is a couple hours from us and then to CT. What? That’s further away....it’s ridiculous that they do this. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. FedEx, you need to get your crap together because pretty soon drones will take your jobs.

I paid for a 3 day shipping overseas that was said to be here within that time frame but was told nothing else or given no update about it's arrival therefore I went to see for myself at the office only to be told it wouldn't arrive in that time after I was insured that it would have been. FedEx charged me for a 3 day shipping but is taking a week and no one at the front desk told me it would have went through all this process it was ensured by employee that it would arrive in 3 day time .My recommendation do not use fed ex!!!It is expensive with no insurance

At first I loved FedEx. No I didn't love the extremely obnoxious prices, but I loved the short wait to reach customer service on the phone. But recently, they lost my $4000 package that I was supposed to receive within 2-3 business days. It's now been almost 3.5 weeks and they still do not know where they placed my package. They keep beating around the bush and making empty promises. I feel like they're wasting my time. Oh and I'm a business owner which makes it that much worse (I depend on that package to make my living).
I'm sticking with Canada Post for sure.

FedEx employees are the most laziest, rude -, misleading liars you can encounter. The service is by far the worst. The Chattanooga/Ooltewah/Cleveland TN branch employees are horrific! UPS by far surpass with customer service and caring.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Don't bother paying for the express option, it's a rip off. My items would have been here sooner on normal shipping! Even DPD is quicker and that's saying something. Initially I was told my item would be delivered Friday, lo and behold, no parcel. No answer when trying to contact them. Then on Saturday I get an email I need to provide an well number (info which they should have already had). I replied immediately then tried to call. All of saturday - vlosed. Tried to call on sunday, no surprised closed. My delivery datr had now been changed to monday. First thing minday morning i kept calling until i finally git throigh to someone. Apparently there was a charge on the parcel, of which no one got in conract to tell me about. I've been chasing these people for 5 days now and still can't get hold of my now, long overdue parcel. I was told they can't offer me an exact delivery date, but it MIGHT be tomorrow or the day after. What is the point?! I feel ripped off for paying for an express service and getting no level of customer service or help.

I ordered from Chewy and was given a delivery date. The evening of the day I was to receive I received a message that my address was incorrect because I had not entered the apartment number. I do not live in an apartment and no fedex delivery truck came on my street at the time it claimed it did. I did finally receive. My daughter ordered from Walmart and was given a delivery date of Monday and received a message that the business was closed. It is a home and not a business. She stayed home all day waiting on the delivery. She called and they were less than nice but stated that it would be delivered sometime on Tuesday. Tuesday she received a message that it was left by her garage at a time that she was home. She called back and they stated they had received a call stating it was delivered to the wrong address. They never gave her a new delivery date. It is now Wednesday and someone was to have called her this morning. She finally called them around lunch and they told her that it could be 48 hours. This is unacceptable. If they delivered to the wrong address, they should have picked up and delivered then.

I received the e mail that my delivery will be between 0900-1700 so I waited for it full day in my home. At 1700 I received the e mail that I, wasn't in home so it is rescheduled for tomorrow. Day afte I waited and nobody came. On the third day I called them and ask what's is going on and they told me that rescheduling is not a guarantee of delivery so I asked them to deliver it today and I was told that I have to wait one more day becouse the courier is allready out and he can't come back for my parcel! **** the costumers!

This is my first one star review out of hundreds of reviews. I shipped an order to a customer from my eBay account.
Paid for indirect signature, customer left door tag, driver stated no door tag left. FedEx would only allow one place to have the customer pick up the package, which was 60 - 80 minutes away!!!
Called after the 3 attempts, and not wanting to make my customer drive 60 - 80 mins to pick up the package, I agreed to pay $15 to change the address.
After 3 days, I was notified package can not go to new address and was being returned to me. MY CUSTOMER is beyond annoyed, thanks FedEx. First one star review, this has been mess!!

If I can rate Fedex a 0 I would. I’ve purchased items online and the past couple of days my packages came broken and thrown on the ground in my drive way ! I never been this mad of how these stupid employees lack basic consideration of other people and their items! I spend a few hundreds of dollars on my items so that they can come damaged!!??? Heck No! They suck!!!
