I contact FDM severeal times during the last few weeks to clarify some misunderstanding in regards to content of our insurance police.
I have spoken to 3-4 different people in the Organization, but no one returns with an answer to my question, which I find really strange.
Dyuring last contact, I was advice to forward an email to the service center as the would react immediately to my request. This is now several days since, I forwarded the email and no reply.

I booked a car insurance with FDM. They had by far the best offer, were very friendly on the phone and the costumer service was professional and quick. There was an initial hick-up with the insurance which got fixed quickly. Can highly recommend.

I AM WITH FDM forsikring from 2012 and I had (hus forsikring, indboforsikring, 2 bilforsikring, 2 ulykkesforsikring, trailer forsikring og rejseforsikring og hund forsikring.) but unfortunately just i have called tryg/fdm to changes the payments from yearly to monthly so they also changes my policies cover without i know and the prices got much higher and in the total its around 5000kr different between LB forsikring and New fdm/tryg.
And when I contact fdm/tryg they inform me that when do any changes so its will be tryg forsikring rules. Its mean prices higher . And when I asked that why an example my friend he live in same ( Kommune) poat numer where i also live and he have only 1 car insured and indboforsikring with fdm/tryg but he had a better price? Even as I know he had 2 total accidents this year and he still get better price than me , and for me I never had any accident in all my life... So they informed me that not everyone have same prices!!?? Strange answer from them!!?? Or miss understood!? and also she informed me that tryg forsikring they don't care if I have 7 or 10 insurance's in them company and I am free to go and move to other insurance company. ( i always speak polite).
Now I say goodbye to Fdm insurance and also soon my Fdm membership with also 2 (vejhjælp).. Thanks for the 6 years to be member and have all my insurance with your company Fdm.. I was very glad when fdm was with LB.. For this today I have signed all my insurance with LB insurance again and good by fdm.
When tryg insurance say to customer they don't care if I have many insurance or not.. So also me its not my pleasure to be your customer. Good luck in your business.

I've been with FDM Forsikring for about a year, with all my insurances. My yearly cost of house, car and motorcycle is ≈14.000 DKK a year. Over the last 4 months, someone have broken into my car twice, both times only to look in an empty glove box. Both times FDM has been very helpful in the following process.
After the second time, I suddenly received a letter from FDM, where they informed me that they had decided to remove my "selvrisikodækning", as they had spent 10.533 DKK on me as a customer. When I called them, to inform them that I had found another place to park my car, and to emphasize that I was not to blame for any damages on my insurance, they suggested that I should change insurance company if I was unhappy with their policies.
I thought the whole point of an insurance was to get covered if you were unlucky, and that the business model is based on some customers being more or less profitable. FDM emphasise that “I’ve costed them 10.533 DKK” in the letter, not mentioning that I’ve already paid FDM almost 20.000. In FDM’s calculation, a customer surplus of nearly 10.000 DKK for two years is not profitable enough. It is simply the rudest message I’ve ever got from a company, and I would strongly encourage anyone to stay away from this greedy company unless they change their policies.

My time with FDM has been an endless stream of mistakes by the staff, each of which has inevitably ended up in me having to pay more!
Their prices are cheap, but for that you get friendly but incompetant staff who constantly give the wrong information and never make any attempt to genuinely help you.
I honestly feel that I am not covered should the worst happen and I need to make a claim. The only thing I have tried to make a claim on since is getting my windscreen replaced, and they even managed to get out of paying for that - even though they told me specifically that I have friskadedaekning when I joined, that turned out not to be true.
FDM as an organisation is there to help and educate motorists, but having been a member of FDM Forsikring for almost 2 years, I have realised that this is specifically the kind of company that FDM should be warning its members about.
