I ordered a vanity from Faucetline without the sink as my builder told me he would provide the sink. As we got to install in the 8 month home building project, our builder removed the vanity from the packaging and then went to buy sink only to find out, it is a very unique size sink that can only be found at faucetline and one other place that were both sold out. Called them regarding the issue and said even though outside of return time frame they would take if still in original box; however, could not as our builder threw away the box when they were doing the first round of house clean up. I explained the issue to them and then got no response back, no calls or emails back. It is like selling a piece of furniture missing a critical piece to be able to use, useless. I have since packaged it all back up (in a different box) and sent back to them as I can't do anything with. I hope they do the right thing and provide refund. I will continue to dispute as this is just not good business.

WARNING: The customer rep. Just cancelled my order without my permission because he did not like this honest and accurate review. That just proves that this review is valid.
Kitchen and Bath Authority just processed my order and shipped the item faucet line wouldn't..
Faucet line operates like a pass through internet ordering site. They don't have inventory. They behave much like expedia or hotwire, for an additional ordering option for actual manufacture vendors. This is not necessarily a bad set up. What make this site so bad is their very poor customer service. They will soon be changing their name as people will get sick of this. Hopefully they will learn under new management.

I ordered a farmhouse sink from Faucetline on Jan 28, 2018, they did e-mail me a day later and told me it was back ordered and it wouldn't be send to me until April 2nd, as my remodel had not started yet I told them that was fine. Then April 2nd come and I hear nothing so I start calling them and they don't answer, I then e-mail them and they did let me know that the sink is in backorder now until April 10th. I then responded to them thanking them for an update but that if they don't get it by the 10th of April to please cancel my order as I am in the middle of my remodel and I need it as soon as possible. I then get an e-mail back cancelling my order. I felt very upset that they didn't ask me they just told me it was cancelled and they took my money in 2 days and they said they have already refunded me my money and 3 days later no money yet. I would definitely not buy from them again.

I ordered what I thought was what I needed (a tub filler valve and trim) from FaucetLine and got an email from them that I needed another part to complete my order. Would have been terrible to get my order and be missing what I needed. I contacted them and they updated my order with the correct parts and gave me a nice discount off list. THank you FaucetLine!!

I wrote and specifically asked them if their merchandise is defective or factory seconds...they wrote back and said no.
When it arrived the box was in perfect condition, it had styrofoam packing inside. I pulled off the packing & before I even got it out of the box saw the sink is cracked at the front, cracked at the back....the crack practically meets in the middle. There were chips and chunks out of it that were not even in the box so THEY KNEW THEY WERE SENDING DAMAGED MERCHANDISE. I deeply cut my finger on a jagged edge. Then to my horror the address it was shipped from is ***Genco Repair Home Depot

I bought a lot of product from them, needed to return one UNOPENED item worth $400 and they demanded $117 restocking fee!
Multiple interactions with their customer service, with no resolution. Working with my credit card company to do a charge-back.
No idea about how to make a happy customer, or that an angry customer isn't worth it...
REPLY #1: "Policy" and its execution is absolutely all about Customer Service. Just go ask Zappos.com - pioneers in happy customers.

We could not be happier with FaucetLine. We could not have asked for a better buying experience. Our (back ordered) Apron Front Farm Sink arrived quickly, in perfect condition. FaucetLine kept us informed when our back ordered sink would be in stock and shipped. Our sink delivery was quick and flawless.
We are in the process of building a large family home. None of the "big name" home improvement stores could beat FaucetLine's prices. We are a military family and receive a 10% discount at one of these big name home improvement stores, but they still could not beat FaucetLine's price. FaucetLine was literally hundreds of dollars cheaper for the same exact sink!
Our sink arrived packed extremely well secure. The sink was padded with extreme care and even was enclosed in a large cloth bag to prevent any smudges or scratching from packing materials. We HIGHLY recommend FaucetLine and will be shopping with them again!

I have placed several orders with this company, and sometimes, if the order is shipped on time, I have no issues. However, sometimes they mark the order as shipped, and 4-5 days later there is still no tracking activity. It has happened to me twice already. Then, when you try to call, email, or use their online contact form, no one contacts you back for days. If you call customer service you get a voice mail box, but you can't reach a person even in the middle of the day on a Thursday. In addition, last time this happened, when they eventually got back to me, they said USPS had lost the package, even though there was no tracking activity to show that USPS ever had the package in its possession.
This time, I am still waiting to hear back from them, it's been 3 days since I tried to reach them.

Great company. Ultra fast shipping. Most important advantage - prices are significantly lower that all other sellers have for exactly the same items. Not sure how these guy do that but I can't be happier. Was a bit suspicious at first (because of too low prices), but I glad I chose this company. "Too good to be true" saying doesn't work here. Customer support is great too, both phone and email. They replied to my emails within 15 minutes even on Sunday! Highly recommended. A+++

We ordered over $600 in parts from faucetline.com for a home remodel. When there were problems (they created a water hammer) with the parts, they blamed it on the manufacturer. When I pressed them, they told me they couldn't offer me a refund since I had installed the parts. Since it's pretty hard to tell if a plumbing part works without installing that, it seems pretty clear that I'm being ripped off.

Buyers beware! Do not order from this merchant-- learn from our mistake.
1) We purchased the 2 large orders and the website said it was in stock-- we called the merchant to double check it was in stock before ordering-- we were told yes yes it is in stock 100%. We placed the order online- and then within a day, get a phone call saying "sorry item is on back order!" Very deceitful! By then, our credit cards were charge and there was nothing we can do about the order but to wait.
2) To make things worse-- when the items arrived, they were missing parts!! (2 to be exact)- which made them unusable for installation. It looks like they pretty much got an old perhaps returned product and shipped it to us-- old product- NOT BRAND NEW as advertised!
3) When we called the company to tell them about the missing parts they start screaming at us over the phone-- my contractor was in the room and heard all this-- I am just trying to warn future customers of the dangers of using this company--
Now my whole renovation is delayed for DAYS until I order a new product from another more trustworthy vendor.
These people are not trustworthy-- go somewhere else and by an extra 20 dollars for the item you want to buy- it will be worth it in the long run!

READ THEIR RETURNS POLICY.
Yes they have cheap prices but they're unwilling to budge on their 25% returns policy (PLUS shipping) which is thievery at that amount. Nobody at their company could explain why, even though I cancelled the order hours after placing it, 25% had to be charged (usual companies are 10-15%, dept. stores free) and despite wanting to place an order with them for another sink of higher value, they were not willing to cut some slack. So I went elsewhere and found the same $280 sink for $3 but free shipping!!!
They have lost a customer. They have lost money (apart from my stolen 25%) and I'll let as many people know about it as I can. Do business with more ethical companies instead of this.
