Det lykkedes åbenbart FatDaddy at annullere min ordre trods beskeden fra deres LiveChat og pengene er indsat på kontoen igen. Tak for det!
I had a good talk with the owner of the danish store owner in Aarhus... Peter and decieded to place an order. So I ordred a SEGWAY NINEBOT ES1 kickscooter yesterday, then today I decided to cancel my order because I was considering getting a different model (NINEBOT ES2). On their website under my orders it said that the order was processing... nothing about shipping or anything else... it has been processing since I placed the order... so I thought that it would be routine to cancel the order. Contacted their Live Support Chat, but they told me that it had already shipped... and they weren't able to cancel my order... so... if it has shipped why don't the website reflect that status... one could think that they only told me that because they don't wanna loose the order... so now I can expect to receive something that I am not interested in recieving and then I should deny the shipment and then it will be returned and they will send me a full refund... which I expect.
Things could be a lot better on their website... I am sorry that Peter has to deal with a site like that... why not offer the opportunity to cancel the order directly on the website and show the real status of the order or maybe send a track and trace number when it has been shipped?? Makes you wonder if it shipped at all.
