Worst Courier company in Ireland. Had parcels delivered every month. But when a new driver came on my route it ment non delivery of parcels even with postcodes. No customer service and parcels returned to sender. Avoid at all costs

ASOS sent me a parcel, I used UK site as prices much better as the exchange rate on the REP of IRELAND ASOS site makes the clothes hugely more expensive. I have had many parcels delivered, FASTWAY just throws them over my gate. But not this time. They claimed the parcel had be "REJECTED BY CUSTOMER" untrue plus how can you reject something thrown over a gate. ASOS refused to contact FASTWAY despite by now having been carged 2 x conversion charges, not getting my sports gear for the event ordered and now out of stock in my size. ASOS could not care less and kept telling me to contact FASTWAY. HOW IS THE POSSIBLE when they have NO CUSTOMER care. I am sure they would talk to ASOS but not an ASOS customer. How can they have no customer complains service in place they and ASOS are a disgrace.

I wouldn't use this courier, well if you can even call them that, but that the one littlewoods uses. Just few days ago i was chasing my parcel because somehow and somewhy suddenly they were having difficulty finding my address even tho they have my correct address with eircode and they delivered one parcel to me few weeks before that (not to mention they left it outside while it was lashing rain, after me leaving note through littlewoods where to leave it when im not home).
And surprise surprise i just seen a message on littlewoods that they having difficulty finding my address, again.

Delivered my package three days ago, to where I have no idea. Over 72 hours after emailing their support (who thought it was a good idea not have a phone number) I've heard absolutely nothing back from them. Unacceptable.

If I could give it minus 10 stars I would. As someone who shops online weekly, I have experienced many many courier services and none have ever come close to how bad Fastway is. Next day delivery clearly isn’t a term they are familiar with as no matter what delivery I pay for it takes at the very least over a week for a parcel to leave their hub, and that’s on a good day. Although their couriers have been nothing but polite when ringing for directions, customer service is non existent if you ring and when they finally reply to your emails, they claim your parcel will be delivered within the day or the next and each time in my experience, this has not been the case. This service is infuriatingly frustrating and the owner(s) should be ashamed of this shambles they call a courier service.

Two weeks ago my package was left in my green bin and when I went to get this package it was not there! However company I ordered from did reimburse me. I was also due to get a package delivered yesterday and now when tracking my package it's saying it's being sent back to the UK?? Have emailed fastway and no reply!

I don't have a problem with the time it took to get my parcel, that part of it was good, my issue is where parcel was left, I have a note on my door permanently informing all delivery people that front door is open and to leave any deliveries in porch area, arrived home today to find parcel just abandoned outside front door in full view for anyone to see, was not happy.

Ordered next day delivery over a week ago. I checked tracking online and it said that it had been signed for on the 25th (5days late) but then on the 26th and 27th it was down as being loaded into the van again. The parcel is still yet to arrive. This company are liars and I’ve no clue why online clothing companies would use them.

Courier who looks after my area is brilliant always goes out of his way to get the parcel to me and goes to the bother of giving it to my neighbor if I'm not in. Highly recommended thanks fastway courier limerick

Worst ever ! I needed to get a parcel urgently to Dublin and they never collected it yesterday. Can't call them as no one ever answers the phone no matter how long you hold for. Their enquiries email address bounced back. Not sure how they can be in business. When you use a courier it's because you need to get something urgently somewhere. I don't know now when they are going to collect and I've no way of contacting them. The beauty is that they've already taken the money from my account so I'm not sure how I would get that back.

Clondalkin Area - Parcel arrived swiftly, in perfect condition and was put in a safe place for me as no one was home. Gareth, the courier, even rescued a parcel from another courier service that was left carelessly in the my garden in full view for anyone to take. He popped it in his van and hung on to it for me until it could be delivered safely. That's service for you :)

I'd give it no stars if I could. Absolutely terrible. They said my package had been delivered to a safe place and didnt text or email me OR EVEN LEAVE A CALLING CARD LIKE NORMAL COURIERS DO to let me know where it is!!! I am so angry, tried to ring but no contact number or no contact email!! SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!

Parcel left into wrong building, not my house, didnt bother to ring to let me know where it was as he said'i dont have time' he had to come back to retrieve it as it was on private property which i could not access, eventually he got it back an threw it from his moving van onto the main road where i live had to run an grab it while traffic flying up an down at speed, hes an absloulte ignorant an rude human, an its not the 1st time hes done it either, of course theres no phone number or a site to make a complaint, ill find a way around it though, he wont get away with that behaviour, kilkenny/mooncoin area,

I ordered next day delivery on Tuesday from boohoo obviously because I needed this item ASAP. I am heading away in morning (Friday) and still haven't received my Parcel. I contacted boohoo who have told me there is a slight delay they don't even care one bit that I even paId for next day delivery. I now believe apparently next day delivery is something fastway dont provide. But y do boohoo give this option. Thers no where to even contact fastway. I sent them an email but no reply. Any number online to use is an invalid number. Its a disgrace you can't even contact the company for some help. Also boohoo don't even have a pho e number to ring

Placed an order on 4th September, was in the courier hub on Friday 6th, they close Saturdays and Sunday’s, just received my parcel from a very friendly driver! (Monday 9th) Was expecting worse after reading some of the reviews, but have to say the service was 100%.

Man with the beard delivers in Athlone area drives 191 OY ? Van is a very ignorant person he does not want to deliver at the address just wants you take it off him where he thinks fit he just wants somebody sign and he has his hands washed of the parcel
Its not my first time coming across this person he should be give the long march.
Desperate painful experience anytime I see him coming.

If i could leave no stars i would have done so. Im waiting on a delivery that was sent for next day. Im still waiting a week later. These guys are by far the worst couriers. If you own a business then don't trust this crowd with delivering your goods

Thee worst courier company I have come across in my life I had payed 10€ for express delivery to have my parcel today in the time for the weekend it said my parcel was in the van for delivery today at half eight this morning... I had not received my parcel by 4pm I contacted them their customer service is appalling they gave me service wrong contact numbers for my courier. The courier was disgusting and completely unprofessional telling me my parcel was delivered and I should of gotten a message I rang my shop and my parcel was not there it took the courier 15 minutes to answer the phone of me ringing him I then told him it was unacceptable he told me I gave him the wrong number and that he had my parcel and he would deliver it Monday he was off the clock and hung up on me this is disgusting and unacceptable this courier company is by far the worst and should be shut down!!!! Never ordering off them again!!!!!

I've never had a parcel arrive in the time frame I have paid for. When I track my parcels, they seem to make it over from England inside the day but once in Ireland seems to take 4-5 days over the allotted delivery time frame before they make it to me. This is every single time, puts me off using certain websites who use Fastway as a courier.

How hard it to find an address?
Second time now they have claimed they cannot find my address.. never mind that I work in a large extremely well known location in Dublin City Center! And contacting them for support is a joke! I've learnt a valuable lesson.. I wont deal with any company that uses them as a deliver agent in future!

Ordered 2 items online, there was a delay in sending them out as the print/sizes were out of stock. In the 3 weeks it took for the items to be dispatched (one parcel), I'd moved house (and I was actually out of the country anyway). Contacted them by email to make alternative arrangements as soon as I knew they were the carrier - I was a bit wary of this as I was now asking them to deliver to different person in a different county. They sorted out the delivery the next day.
