You left my parcel in the public area of the reception without my permission and said "authority leave"??? I didn't receive any call or message, and the parcel is stolen now. Never use your service again.

Took forever for them to reply to my email and courier left no call back card. Called to Arrange to pick up from depot and was on hold for at least half hour. Was advised that it would take 24-48 hours and I would receive a text from them. It's been a week now and still have not received any information. Called back to get update and was told there was nothing they could do except add a note saying I wanted to pick it up as soon as possible.

These guys are seriously bad, and actually have no intention of delivering to your door!
Twice now I have mistakenly purchased online before checking the carrier used, and both times Fastway have just dropped off at the local collection point without even bothering to dive past. The first time Fastway dropped my parcel off in Randwick, I live in Paddington! They even have a tracker on their website so you can see that the driver does not even bother to make it to your street and stops at the collection point like he’s having lunch to unload all the deliveries he can’t be bothered to deliver.
Who ever does the run to Paddington 2021 needs to get the sack, In future I will check before purchasing if the seller uses Fastway and skip to a seller that uses Australia Post instead. DO NOT USE FASTWAY YOUR BUSINESS WILL SUFFER!

When we did manage to speak to them the receptionist hung up.

This review is regarding an item I ordered from Amazon (US) on 21 August, with an ETA of 10 September. Received 5 October.
I had called Fastway on 20 September after this had missed the estimated delivery date. I was told they did not have my name or address details for the parcel, and I needed to contact iParcel(UPS). I have photos of the packaging that illustrates that this is an absolute lie, as my address is clearly marked on the original packaging. I then proceeded to Amazon customer service who raised a case with iParcel. I also attempted email contact with Fastway on the 25 September (early morning) and again on 26 September (evening) with no replies (despite a communicated 2 day response time).
The interesting thing is that Fastway did NOT deliver the item. This was forwarded onto Startrack (Australia Post). From my records, Fastway received the parcel 2 September once cleared by customs. After several attempts from iParcel and myself to get this rectified, it was received by Startrack 26 September, and then attempted delivery 29 September. I was away on leave at this time and was only able to collect it over the weekend.
Despite all of this, I'd like to thank iParcel's assistance and regular communication in helping achieve a resolution. In my mind, this was a problem of Fastway, and not of iParcel or Amazon.
I will actively avoid using Fastway. This is the third issue I have had personally with Fastway within 12 months.

Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. 10 days to deliver from Sydney to Perth as stated on their tracking page yet the items still didn't arrive. I was then given a load of BS when they advised that the items had now arrived in to their Perth depot but it allegedly takes a further 2 to 3 days to sort in to delivery bays and then a further 2 days to deliver. I therefore sent an email requesting to pick up the items myself but this was met with complete silence. I will Never Ever use this company again and that is an absolute Fact. They should seriously consider a change of name to SLOWWAY Couriers!

What a joke. They got my product on board on Monday and was "out of time". They advised to attempt the delivery tomorrow. That was yesterday and mo attempt has been made. It was onboard again and "out of time " again. What a joke...

Would have to be one the worst courier services. After reading these reviews, I now feel not quite so put upon, merely frustrated and over it. Have been waiting since 21 sept for a redeliver. Have been told numerous re delivery days - yep you guessed it, nothing. Please note this is a Brisbane to Brisbane delivery! Talking on the phone to their reps means nothing, they are unable or unwilling to answer simple questions. Have been in contact with the company from whom I ordered the product and advised them of the ongoing problems. Will definitely make sure
in the future, if I need a product in a reasonable delivery timeframe, to make sure seller doesn’t use Fastway.

Sellers on eBay who use Fastway are getting bad reviews because of the delivery times I've been waiting 12 days for a parcel from Melbourne to Brisbane i have recieved a parcel from China in less time i will not purchase from a company that uses them again. HOPELESS

They used to be reasonably ok and fairly reliable but now are unbelievably bad. I don’t know what happened but they would never be my first choice anymore. The tracking on the website is deplorable and the delivery erratic at best. If you miss a delivery expect to wait up to 10 days before they even attempt to re deliver it. Customer service at it very worst.

Worst shipping company in existence. Never on time, they don't deliver or pick up when they say they will, have had to pick up and drop off to/from depot multiple times because it got "too late in the day" to make an effort and do their job... just as useless and rude at the depot too... how they're in business is beyond me.

I am still waiting for an item to be collected that I booked over 24hours ago. (It was meant to be collected yesterday afternoon) It's Friday afternoon and I'm not feeling hopeful at this stage. I just tried to contact the 1300 number twice and after being on hold for a lengthy period of time each time, I got cut off! I've experienced enough complete lack of customer service from this one experience to have no confidence at all in this company. I will not be using Fastway again.

You must be joking! WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER! Called to track my parcel. This person cant even speak English properly. I have been waiting for a local delivery for total 15 days now! never delivered. not sure what happened. 3 times trying to sort it out, all I got was wait for 24 hours to be delivered, and its now 15 days later! NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE. I am so surprised that they still stand. I would never waste my time again with this company!

Leave a calling card - and the pickup location is a 1 hour drive away from my house!!!! its total scam to get an extra $5.50 in re-delivery fees. the nearest "parcel connect" was a 5 minute drive from my house (and open weekends), and they have sent it an hour away instead to a place that's only open Mon-Fri business hours - clearly to collect more revenue directly from the customer.
Waiting 20 minutes to get through to make a complaint.
Edit: 3 days later this item still isnt redirected. The new tracking number they have given me doesnt work, apathetic service from Roxanna, Suvana, Narg and the "Customer Service manager" Daniel Rice. The courier Huy Luong cant remember if he delivered the parcel, so i have people flying in from South Africa to present these medical documents and no documents!!! I wish DHL never passed on the last mile journey to Fastway they have literally cost me over $3000
Every time you call, you're waiting over 20 mins.
The excuse i got for directing the parcel an hour away instead of the nearest parcel connect (5 mins away) was because "the delivery is in another couriers jurisdiction.
So you the customer have to pay to support Fastway's SCAM franchisee arrangements to collect during non business hours.

I've ordered items online most of the time and whenever fastway being used, it is either lost or get transferred to Mars, if it ever gets delivered, it'll be next year. Item ordered from Eastern Aus takes month whereas item sent from China from different courier arrives way before them.. Shame.. Shame.. Shame...

Very very bad service- attached a wrong redirection form form other client on my parcel- Her parcel was delivered to me. Calling them is a total waste of time as no one is interested to even listen to you. Emails are never answered. I never got my parcel, I was able to pass the incorrectly delivered parcel to the owner as her address was on the parcel, I had hoped she had mine, but no luck. Fastway just kept saying my parcel had been delivered and signed for- it was tossed at the front door and I never signed for it.- As soon as I saw it had the wrong redirection form on the front of the parcel within 10 mins of the delivery I called Fastway. 10 phone calls and emails later I am still being told my parcel was delivered and signed for- I sent photos of the incorrect redirection notice with my details sticky taped to other persons parcel, but no one will listen or even respond to my emails- I would never recommend them to anyone one.

If I could give 0 I would. How are you going to have my package "on board and ready for delivery" for FOUR DAYS and over SEVEN PHONE CALLS and I still haven't received it or any way of contacting the driver.
The help line is singularly terrible at their job, claiming they have 0 way of contacting the driver. They say if it's on board it'll be delivered as the driver knows what he's doing. What about the last four days?
I will be finding ANYONE to contact that'll listen.

or you are likely to not get your delivery.
Either they deliver to the wrong address and get the wrong signiture, or they sign themselves and keep the items. Which ever it is, they wont help yoi get your item. As far as they are concerned, they've delivered and they have a signiture. Not your signiture though..... BAD SERVICE.
If you want to fix this, you get in contact with me. I've made that many email to your company, including today and you've said you will do nothing. Your company has made it quite clear that you have delivered and have a signiture and thats all you care about. The signiture is not ours, and we have not received. I will not run around after your lazy dishonest company.
