These people claim to give out Loans. Like a 3,000 Loan at 12% would be 3,350.00 ....According to the them 350.00 is the 12% and can be paid in 24 monthly payments...Then they want a Money Gram up front of 200.00 to do the loan. In which they say you will get the money back
