I sent many many emails....... but ...............anyone can report to police............is it same as the Nigerian Scam?..............Why the fashionqueen people didn't reply?

I have ordered from Fashionqueen.net before. I`ve received all orders, although not in 10 days as they promise.
Last time I ordered in 1.August and after one and half months I still haven´t received the purchaise (order 47094).
They took the money from my credit card before sending the order!
They dont`t answer to the e-mails - whatever address I send them.
So, they had my trust and then finally they just took my money!

I've made my order and proceed with purchase on February 20, 2013. Amount - 635,86 EURO. Until today I didn't receive my refund, though I canceled my order on March 22, the same day, when Store Manager, suggested me to cancel it, because of the absence of the item I purchased. Prior to this I just reveied delays notifications...Then, on May 7, when I again asked where are my money, they told me that they forgot to cancel my order and that only on May 7 refund was started. But until now, even 1 year passed I didn't receive my money. They stop answering my emails after May 7 neither customer service, nor refund office and cant even count how many emails I sent, cause I did it almost on a daily basis!!! Correct me if I am wrong, 1 year is more than enough to get a refund!!!

Coming back to my pervious comments which you can find fellow , what do you think ? did i get my orders or not.
First let's establish:
1. they replied that i should've read the conditions and terms. And i did. I have even photos when on their website was clear stated that the delivery will be within 21 days.
2. I placed two orders as i even mentioned in my comment , specifying clearly the numbers . First was on 26.01.2014 , second was on 9.02.2014.
3. They replied only for my second order (somehow forgot my first order!!! nothing special about their way of forgetting) saying that will be delivered on 21. 03.2014.
GREAT. DO YOU THINK THAT WAS DELIEVERED. OR AT LEAST SHIPPED. NOPE!!! Not the first not the second.
4. If smb wants to understand clearly i have at least 15 mails with their customer care saying that they will deliver soon or by friday , or.... God knows when.... And some not replied.
5. But i have to thank this company because is proving its intention very clearly. On my colleges advice (colleges meaning criminal law lawyers) i waited also for 21 .03.2012 so called delivery term. No announcement that my orders were delivered. But from now all the proceedings will start .
6. On my return in the country is already appointed a meeting with the prosecutor and i will file a complaint against them - being a criminal offense what is happening and in same time after will be registered i will send to my colleges and lawyers from Italy also and they will file same thing in Italy.
If once i was a foul i do not want to be consider second time foul. And as i said a simple reimbursement is not enough. The orders should've been delivered.
My review??? i would not even think to write down something if would not be so bad. I am extremely disappointed . I am in contact with my lawyers from Italy these days to see which is the best option to solve my problem with them. First of all the delivery never arrived, money has been taken from my account and when i was questioning i received one phrase mails as reply with promises which have never been respected , of course. At the beginning of this week when i tried to get in touch with them and i announced them that i will be in contact with authorities , guess what no reply and since then not a glimpse of minimum respect . I do not want the money back. My first option are the products because i could buy it back then from other places and now i cannot find it. in fact are two orders : 45756 and 45443

I've been trying to get a refund off of Fashionqueen or a replacement of the orders below back to 5th May 2013 and have not had any reply for the last two weeks from Stefano after over 50 emails.

On July 16th I ordered a pair of YSL Sneakers for 280 Euros at Fashionqueen.net.
Then one of the worst experiences started. Meanwhile I´m not sure anymore, whether this store is fake or real. My story:
July, 26th: I asked when I can expect to get my delivery
July, 29th, Fashionqueen answered: Dear Customer

your order will be sent during this week.
we will update you after shipping.

August, 7th: again me asking for my delivery

sorry about the long delay
we suffered some shifted supplying, and we will able to send it only by friday/monday
could you wait few day more?
August, 12th: asking, whether my shoes have been sent out
August, 13th, Fashionqueen: Dear Customer
unfortunately we don't ship it yet due to a new delay.

when is schedulated your shipment.
August, 20th: me asking again for delivery

After my last mail Fashionqueen does not answer anymore mails. Guess they got stuck completely in their chaos, or this store is really a fake. Anyway, you should not order at this store.

As you know they never ship your orders. After thousands of letters I wrote claim to my bank which is serving my credit card. And in 2 months I recieve my money. By the way I made my order August, 6 2013 and cancelled it in October. So everybody who paid by credit cart
1) cancel your order
2) go to your bank and write a claim

I placed my order on 24th of November 2012 , as it was not arriving when it was planned , I cancelled it on 5th of December 2012. (More than 10 monts ago).
I sent à lot of emails and sometimes , I was getting an answer but message informing me that " we turn immediately your request to our manager to solicit the closing of your practice" was received on 29th of January and last one telling :" be patient à couple of days until the weekend we will issue the refund with the credit card" was received on 5th of March.
I've been patient , I've been polite , but now I just want my money back (669 euros).
I know that my order ID is the right one as I got answer about my request.
I still have all the messages I sent and also all profs that my emails were delivered and received .
I can understand that the shop only order items when money is received and that all comptant can have money problem but I left enough of time.
I even received excuses from Stefano 6months ago, but now I'm really fed up waiting and fighting to get my money back, and ask for the last time : please refund within the end of the week.

I make some orders(orders number 2608, 2280, 1923, 1109) and only some the cheapest things was come to me and another didn't!!! They said that purchase didn't in stock so they make a refund and they returns me only a small part of refund amount, for another money I wait longer than 5 months and thay don't answear for my emails! Dear sirs, it won't do to expose the clients negligent. Of course we see and even (you won't possibly believe it) read your term and condition were you explain from the order to delivery. Because we pay our money and that's why we need guarantees! But you don't satisfy these conditions yourselves. ....."medium time is from 3 to 20 working days with a max of 30 after that we do immediately the refund to our customer if we don't ship out" - what about my order then from 21 June( invoice 3626/2013)? More than 30 days passed, for today it is already 54 days! Still no order, no refund!
The only way is to contact the police!

I ordered a bag in June - they took my money right away --- and stil I haven't got a bag!! All e-mail from them - they calim the bag will be send end of this week, beginning af next week... 5 times... And still no bag! Often they don't even reply your e-mail.
So my only advice is STAY AWAY!! Also please read information on Purceforum...!!!

I have purchased two items from Fashion Queen/ Cinderella Group Srl for 480€. First order Fendi tote bag was placed in 1 August 2013 and the second one Tod's shoes 4 August. They have not delevered either one of these orders but have charged for both of them. Despite of several request for refund or reply nothing has happened so far. Today I had to even contact police and make report about them as requested by my credit card company. Unbelievable that such a company can exist and operate in Europe.

Their returns service is just terrible.i recently bought a Gucci belt from this site which happens to be small in size.Returning the belt for refund has been my worse experience ever on internet shopping.i'll not recommend to anyone I know.also the item got to me almost 4 weeks after the purchase considering the fact that the money has been taken from my account the very day I placed the order.am yet to hear from them about my returns after 2 weeks
