Absolutely awful experience. Ordered a bag. Never told that it had been dispatched, never received the product. A week later called up to check progress to find out that it has been returned to sender. Told that it was ‘impossible’ to resend so I would need to reorder. So far have not received the product nor a refund, nor any help with getting the product I initially order sent out again. Very unhelpful customer services.

Fashionette is a very friendly company, i had a complain about a bag i bought 6 months ago. I got my money back full smoust and a voucher for a new one. They replied all my mails within 24 hours. My new bag i received in 2 days. Very happy sure buy again!!

Terrible service! I`ve made the order but it never got !!!! Courier gave it to somebody else hands without asking the recipient to ID !!! This I learned later !!!. I'm shocked no one I recommend to deal with them !!!!

Price is standard, but they can still give you discount. Delivery is good and nicely packed. In case of return, they refund my money immediately after receiving the product (within 2 hours via PayPal). Delivery from Germany to Netherlands took a couple of days using UPS (despite on their website is Always next day delivery, maybe only for people ordering in Germany).
