Cancelled my order with no good reason but took my money. Phoned customer services to be told "I don't know" very rude on telephone. Numerous emails sent, all unanswered. Order was a Birthday present, now ruined. Very unhappy. Avoid at all costs. I will make an official complaint if
I can. Feel like I've been robbed. Will never buy from them again. Hopefully they'll read this and do something.

Honestly I had been looking at loads of reviews before purchasing off this site! And I have to say that my item was delivered on the day they had mentioned in complete packaging! A dustbag was provided, wrapped in designer tissue and essential tags that it needs! 100% authentic and would definitely buy again - uk buyer

Terriable customer care. They cancel your orders without telling you and blame it on ‘being a first time customer’ I have had problems getting my money back for 2 months, from one excuse to another and any form of manager being impossible to get hold of or call you back, I was promised a refund 3 weeks ago after a 5 week investigation, only to find out they have not even contacted splitit their partner to stop my account so I have unbeknowingly still been paying for this item even though I have been promised my account was stopped months ago. WORST CUSTOMER AFTERCARE. They will never phone you back or update you! Save your money and buy it from somewhere else, anywhere else!

Bad experience with this company UPS delivered parcel to the wrong address and even though they have admitted this I’m being told I have to wait up to 5 weeks for my money back?? Would be cautious about using them if anything goes wrong.

UPS is saying it is being sent back to sender despite the fact that I had a clear address/instructions. Please send me me my item - would also like a discount due to this unfortunate situation.

I should have read the reviews before ordering.
I signed up to the newsletter to receive a discount code but even though I applied it at checkout I was still charged the full amount. I contacted them immediately and they refused to refund the code, even though they can see I signed up for the newsletter minutes before placing my order.
When the bag arrived, it had 3 massive creases at the front. I am shocked that a bag of that value was not checked before dispatch!
I contacted them through the address all the communication came from but got no reply (it's service at info.fashionette.com which you would assume is monitored) I phoned them a few days later and the person on the phone was very rude. There was no apology for the fault on the bag. She kept interrupting me and had a very harsh tone telling me I had emailed the wrong email (how was I to know? There was no email address on the website!) and should have emailed service at fashionette.de not service at info.fashionette.com!!!
I emailed them my request again and the photos. They said I would have to drop the faulty bag to a pick up point and would not arrange a collection. I also have to place a new order as they do not proceed to exchanges. They also gave me £20 credit, but this does not cover the express shipping (£12.95) which I now need to get the bag in time for my trip and the £15 newsletter discount so I am left £8 out of pocket for a mistake that was not mine!! I also have to drive out of town to find a UPS pick up point to return the defective bag and wait up to 3 weeks to receive my money back.
This is a website selling luxury goods but not offering the customer service that goes along with it. I get better customer service from my online supermarket. In fact I have never experienced such poor customer experience in the last 10 years. This company needs to improve their customer service if they want to survive in a highly competitive market. I sure won't be ordering from them again!

I bought a Michael Kors watch, I returned the item and didn't have that email confirming as they say that you will get when they recieved the item.I can't believe how they can do that as I check UPS tracking and they recieved the item already. How they can do that I will contact PAYPAL about this not acceptable way to trade.

I have given four stars because to my mind the handbag I bought was actually slightly damaged and I paid top full price - a very expensive one. That said I have NO COMPLAINTS at all about the company. Their goods are normally excellent, good value, quick dispatch, great return service and prompt refund so I would definitely shop with them again.

Company is great, quality products and quick items dispatched. Only issue is UPS currier used for deliveries. UPS is the worse currier ever, I had a terrible experience to get my bag and this won’t let me buy again from your website, shame because you provide great service. I would advice you to use a different currier to keep more clients.

Due to technical errors on the website on my phone and it not loading properly I was unable to make a purchase whilst a discount code was active. I also could not find on the website where it said when this code was valid until.
I managed to use a computer the following day and tried to purchase my item however, the code would not work.
I contacted Fashionette and was told it had expired and there was nothing they could do meaning I could not afford the item as a gift for my wife anymore.
Unfortunately Fashionette did not believe in going the extra mile to assist a potential customer.
