I purchased short rib, couldn't wait to get it. They didnt send me a tracking number so I had no idea it had been shipped. We have a long drive and the UPS driver left it at the gate. Since I had no idea it was coming it sat there for 2 days in 90+ degree heat and spoiled. When I contacted them they told me if I pay half the original cost again they would ship me more.

After my initial order I received a shipment April 9 (approx half the original order) that was poorly packaged. After receiving this shipment I was uncomfortable receiving more shipments in similar condition so I requested no further shipments sent the next day April 10. After a very short discussion I was advised by your company that you could not ensure the safety of the product, stated by Carlos on April 13, so the product was discarded.
I received another package April 16 (assumed to be the other half of the order) which the dry ice was completely evaporated and meat was thawed and rotting. No tracking was provided, or advisement the shipment was coming.
Last night April 17, apparently another package was delivered (I am not sure how this fits into the order or why it was sent). No advisement a shipment was coming or tracking information was provided. it was delivered at 7PM last night and discovered 1PM today April 18. I have requested a refusal of shipment and return label. The box will be discarded Monday with the weekly trash pick up if no further communication is received.
I hope no more shipments are in transit, I would have no idea as nothing is being communicated by your company. However, if there are more shipments in transit or planned I beg you make arrangements so nothing further arrives at my door.
In this crisis I was hoping finding a local business to support and get the resources I needed to feed my family, but your company has added significantly more stress to an already stressful situation. I have spent hours on hold with credit card companies and FedEx to resolve the situation as your company provides this email as the only point of contact and responses are unhelpful and rare.
I will be posting this email to review websites as a warning to potential customers, as I am sure my nightmare of dealing with this is not over.
