Fred was wonderful, in helping me find a last minute ticket . He spent a lot of time with me, going through many times, and rates for my flight. Fred was very kind, and courteous , and so patient with me being in a panic , to find a flight at a price range that was affordable for me.
I am so glad that Fred was the person that assisted me that day. I hope to get to speak to him , and get his help for my next flight!!

If -10 stars were an option, I would choose that. Please notice the plethora of "five star" reviews have been made within the last week...no doubt as an antidote to this scathing one. Just one more sign you're dealing with people with zero morals.
Deceptive from start to finish: a google for Southwest Airlines customer service brought me to this unethical business. I'm pretty savvy--it must have been a good fake.
So I call, after getting the price for the Military fare, I realized it was more expensive by about $40 than the Wanna Get Away fare I found online and said I'd just buy from the website, thanks. "Brad" told me that the Wanna Get Away fare would add taxes and fees and would be the "exact same price" as the $197 ticket he wanted to sell me. Okaay. I thought that was odd, but approved the purchase.
I immediately went back online to buy another ticket for another family member not eligible for military discounts, and guess what...the Wanna Get Away pricing has taxes and fees included already. The $40 more was actually Fareobuddy's fee and was charged separately. I had asked Brad--and he lied straight up.
On the day this happened (10/22), within minutes of this review posting in its original form, "Brad" called me every two minutes for hours--two rings, hang up, two rings, hang up. I called to speak to customer service to complain--and was connected to an agitated pseudonymed male (Addison?)--who then attacked me for this review. He tried to bully me into changing this review, saying I was ruining their company. I declined. He finally offered to refund the $40. I told them when I saw the $40 refunded, I'd amend--not remove--the review; He continued to press for me to change it immediately, before seeing the refund. Based on what I could see of the unethical practices of this company, I continued to decliine.
UPDATE, 10/30/19: When I checked this weekend, the refund for $40 was processed.
I've been super busy with work (holiday sensitive work) but today--elbow deep in Halloween orders--my phone started ringing every two minutes again--two rings, hang up, two rings, hangup--from Staten Island NY, again. It gets worse: just a few minutes ago, I got a message (saved for posterity) implying the flight would be cancelled if I didn't REMOVE this review.
Too bad for them the REAL Southwest is TRULY the best at customer service, though. The Divine Ms.C cancelled this reservation and replaced it with one through them directly that this bunch of crooks cannot change. My credit card company has flagged my account for potential fraudulent charges. Next stop: 1-888-382-1222. I'm reporting them to the FTC for harassment.
Beware their unethical practices: lies, harassment and abuse.

Ryan Matthew was, extremely, helpful to my needs when I missed my flight, today - 11/20. He, also, was able to get me the same flight for the next day and assigned seats of my preference. He went out of his way to give me some discounts and try to provide me with the BEST possible flight at the lowest cost. There was a mistake on my name on my old itinerary which I had booked from ORBITZ which he noticed and corrected. I, highly, recommend his services to anyone who needs help booking and in a jam like I was. He was very patient with me since I was so full of frustration due to missing my flight.

Rich did the very best he could to understand the situation I found myself in when trying to rebook my flight reservation with Southwest airlines. He worked out a solution by checking with his supervisor and getting his entire team to assist him. This situation played out over a period of several hours. Yet, he continued to update me numerous times along the way either having me on hold or calling me back when necessary. When he ran into trouble with my credit card he and I talked several times about the issue. This issue carried over into a second day before we were able to resolve it. However, at each step Rich did his best to keep me informed of the progress he was making and made suggestions as how I could possibly help. He was always polite and respectful and treated me as if I was his only and most important customer. Thank you, Rich!! You were invaluable at my issues being resolved and I appreciate it, my friend!!!
