Scammers. Please do not use this website. After “purchasing” ticket on their website, I received e-mail confirmation. They said they will issue e-ticket after they did their so-called verification. The customer service rep on the phone who I spoke with when I made the reservation, it will take about 48-72 hours. When I did not receive any e-mail with my tickets, I wrote them an e-mail asking the status. Their email confirmation indicated that they respond to e-mails within 24 hours. When there was no response within 24 hours, I called them. To my surprise, they said my ticket is no longer available at that price. It is now costing me over $4,000. They want me to pay for it. What made it worse, I already finalized all my domestic flights, tour, and hotel arrangements based on this ticket. Fyi, this reservation involving 9 people. Their customer service was practically useless and not going to honor the same price. Faremart is a scammer and should be held accountable. I am beyond upset. Their website should be banned. I had filed a complaint to BBB. I hope others do not fall into their scam.

Zero starts!! I booked my flight on sunday night for less than 570 dollars, I received a reservation email saying the e-tickets will be sent shortly. I waited, sent emails asking for the e-tickets and no response... I called and they said there was an issue with the fare due to some taxes fees and the price was around 587 ish (17-20 dollars more than before) ... I said it's ok, charge the new amount I just want my e-tickets, the agent said .. an email will be sent shortly (30 min), on tuesday I called again ... they said everything is fine .. it was just some problem with the office because the weekend bla bla.. but the price remains the same and everything is fine, expect your tickets by the end of the day... again nothing.... Wednesday I used the online chat and they told me that the new fare was now 854 dollars with no apologies or excuses at all, at the same time I was on the phone with Anna (she was very polite and nice and did apologize for what happened and tried to find a solution) however she said that there was no other cheap flight at the moment (of course 3 days later there is no way) so I decided to cancel my trip because of the the first agent lied to me and said everything was fine!!! Last time I used cheapfaremart and it was great... this time I thought i was with the same company but NO!! faremart is a SCAM!

Same thing as people described below. I received a confirmation e-mail, but no e-tickets. Then I received a call that I have to pay extra $50 for the tickets to be issued and then I'll get my tickets within 24 hours. A day has passed, still not tickets. Beware, this company is a scam.

Robbie was incredibly helpful to me. I needed to change a flight on Delta by one day. Originally, I thought it would cost $350, but he worked every angle and was able to lower my cost to just $84 more.
The next day, I recommended him to a friend whose husband had become ill quite suddenly. She needed to change travel arrangements on multiple trips. He worked with her for over two hours and was able to save her a huge amount of money and travel points. She said she would have never been able to do it on her own.

An absolute scam. I bought an airline ticket. They sent me a confirmation email and that e-tickets would be sent. I received nothing. Then they email me demanding a picture of my drivers license and credit card. I call them and ask them why. They did not give a proper reason. I refused to give them my private financial information especially as i had imputed it before when I initially purchased the ticket. I then asked them if they had secured the ticket from the airline, and they told me, “yes and that I would receive the e-tickets that same day.” I received nothing. Then some days later they call me and tell me the ticket is no longer available. But they can get me another fair for $200 more FROM 1.5k to 1.75k !!!
THEY INTENTIONALLY DRAGGED EVERYTHING ON A FULL PRICED LAST MINUTE AIRLINE TICKET. AND THEN WHEN I WAS DESPERATE FOR THE TICKET THEY PULLED A BAIT & SWITCH!!!
I cancelled everything because I would rather give more money to an honest company than to these criminal con artists. Now I have to start the process all over again and purchase a short notice 2 week flight on a transatlantic flight at an unfair and higher price. I am going to report this company to the authorities !!

Made a reservation, received an email stating that I would be getting an email shortly with the e-ticket. Ticket was for the very same day and I kept checking for my e-ticket. 5 hours without any e-ticket so I called to inquire about it. Agent said that the rates had changed and I would need to pay additional charges. When I asked why this was they stated that they had to check my credit card and in the time it took the rates went up. ( we had more than enough credit available and 5 hours?). At this point I had no other option other to make the arrangements through them. Funny thing is my first email with the e-ticket had the original rate, then I received a second e-ticket email with the higher price.

Robbie was the person that helped me through the whole process from finding a flight with Allegiant for the next day, the least expensive, gave me his phone number to call him back with information, waited for me to make up my mind and much more. All this was done with great care and concern to get me what I needed.

Unprofessional and pathetic service , ended up re-booking elsewhere and paying $600 extra.
They are a scam! I have had the most disappointing experience booking through this website. We locked in a good price deal for international travel and although we received their initial receipt, there was no e-ticket for about 96+ hours as well as no contact from the agency. Upon reaching out to them, they informed that they couldn't honor the price we had booked at and offered an option that would mean 50% additional charges to us. They promised to contact us and time and again, never ever kept their promise to call us back, provide any option to compensate for the loss or provide any customer service whatsoever. Their basic approach was - Too bad it happened, we can give you same flight for $600 more now. Will never book with them again and recommend not going to them.

Roger with Faremart was great. Very disappointed with Allegiant Air. Always able to book on line. This year had to go thru Faremart rate went from $130 to $196. They said Allegiant web page could not update the rate increase. Seriously????
