Ordered size shirt I always wear-came in quickly but two of me could fit in one shirt. Should have read these accurate reviews about return policy before ordering or I would never have. 9.99 to ship a 63 dollar shirt - now I have to pay another 9.99 to return it -we are at 20 extra dollars...I want the right size only to find the same shirt is now 84dollars with yet ANOTHER 9.99for shipping!!!!!! A total loss of an extra 50 % of my purchase for just shipping charges!!!
What the heck company does not believe in customer service in this era???!
Returning this item .
Losing 20 dollars .
And running away never to return.

I purchased a tank that I thought was a deal under the impression I would have free shipping, "use code rebound for up to 60% and free shipping." Sounds great! After a quick click I realized I was charged $10 for shipping. Boo. I did receive my item within 3 days. This is expected since I spent $10 on shipping. When looking at my item, the size does not match what the chart it said on the web page. It is super huge. Disappointing. I couldn't find how to exchange an item (only return) from their webpage so I did an online search and found this amazing site. I am pretty confused and angry that in order to exchange or do a "simple" return as they say, I will have to pay another $10, and IF I was to order to get the correct size I would pay another $10 shipping plus the cost of the tank top, which would probably not be on sale. Am I living in crazy town? Or if I complain on this site, I may get a response saying I can get free shipping by printing out a label being sent by Julian? How does this work in general as a business? How would anyone want to even purchase from this business knowing the "no exchange" policy? So now I am stuck since I refuse to pay shipping? I also had purchased a gift from this business and am hopeful the sizing works or again it will be a waste of money. I will not purchase from this business again and I will let my family and friends know what a scam this is.

This company is a ripoff when it comes to returns. First, their sizing does not match the charts that have posted. I measured the shirt upon arrival. I called to see if I could make an exchange of sizes. That was not an option. I was told that I would need to place another order. But here is the worse part....They charge an additional $9.99 return shipping fee on top of the original $4.95 shipping fee. $15 charges for a $20 shirt. Even their own worker agreed that the company was profiting from return shipping. Total ripoffs.

I would give a zero if that was an option. It takes a week and a half to get an order. It is promised on a certain date and said delivered, but item never shows up. You wait on a gift for that amount of time and when you call they want you to wait another two weeks before you receive the item that they said was delivered. I would definitely go elsewhere to get your sports items. Don't waste your time with them.

I have been shopping for a Fanatics Nashville Predator's Winter Classic Pekka Rinne #35 Jersey for weeks now. Sometimes a sale will hit and be gone very quickly, so I've searched for this item multiple times throughout the day. I know all the prices out there. The best price on this item has been $119, which is too steep for me. When Fans Edge advertised a price of $97 on this item today, I jumped on it immediately. I should have screen shotted what I was ordering.
When I got the confirmation email, I was shocked to see that they were sending me a jersey with NO NAME and NO NUMBER. It was completely blank on the sleeves and back. I've seen that NO NAME jersey for weeks now, listed for $103. If I wanted it at that price, I would have ordered it weeks ago. I know what I ordered and it was not a blank jersey. I was never even considering a blank jersey. I ordered a Pekka Rinne #35 Jersey and they tried to send me a blank one. Thankfully, I caught the mistake. But when I called FansEdge to get the right jersey, they tried to sell it to me for $119. Infuriating. No thank you. And now I will be ordering from your competitor.

I received a Fanatics brand sweatshirt today that was just terrible. Wrong color, bad fit, and it smelled like vinegar. I immediately placed it back in the bag to return only to find out the "return label fee" is $9.99. It cost me almost $10 to try on a poor quality item. I used to be impressed with the Fanatics brand but recently, this is not an isolated incident. The quality has been really bad. This will probably be my last time ordering any clothing as it does not cost me $10 locally to try on a sweatshirt.

If I could 0 stars I would. Ordered a Christmas gift for my son on December 8th. Was scheduled to arrive on the 23rd. It did not. Then it was scheduled to arrive today....now delivery date is moved to the 31st. Online chat doesn't work. Emails not answered. I had to wait 30 minutes on the phone for help. I will now dispute the charge with my credit card company. Fansedge are telling me that no refund will be given until the item does not arrive'???? Er...it hasn't arrived...after 20 days. Way to lose a repeat customer and create more work for me. It is not acceptable to charge me for an item that I don't have.

I ordered 3 T shirts for game day for Super Bowl LIV (ordered day teams were determined)... I payed extra to have T shirts delivered within 3-5 days. I received ONE T shirt within the 3-5 days. I received another after 7 days and received an email that the 3rd t shirt would be sent out 2 DAYS AFTER THE SUPERBOWL! When I finally found the number to call (chat was useless)..
The customer service rep said the order was guaranteed from the day of shipping
.. not the day of ordering and that since two of the three items were shipped and received within the shipping time frame she explained they would as a "favor" give me 1/2 the shipping refunded and she could not guarantee when the other t shirt would be shipped
This is indeed poor service.... given there was 2 weeks between last play off and superbowl. I cancelled the third shirt and will not order from them again..I WOULD ALSO SUGGEST THAT OTHER BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND ITS ASVERTISING

I have already placed an order for a jersey for a game I'm going to on February 25th. After seeing these reviews I want to make sure I am going to receive it by that time, otherwise I will cancel the order. It says it will be delivered by the 24th the day I placed the order (which is fine) But on the tracking number it still says "delivery date pending". I can't wait until the 24th to find out it won't be delivered the next day.

I ordered a t shirt, they sent the wrong one, not even the right sport. They agreed to exchange it for the correct one when I returned the wrong one, so I did. Nothing ever came, I called for the second time, they then said the correct one should have been delivered "yesterday", but since it wasn't delivered yesterday, that must mean I'm not going to get it, so I should just order another one, sorry.

Check the return policy before shopping here. They charge ridiculously high shipping fees for returns. You can buy the same items on other cites and not pay shipping for the item or returns.

Absolute terrible company. Ordered a Jersey that said would be shipped Nov 1st with 2 day shipping. Then got an email saying it'll be shipped the 4th and be received the 14th of November. I then tried to cancel the order but they would not allow me to.
They told me I need to wait until I receive the item, then return it. I had to pay $10 for the shipping label back. They are one of the most deceptive, disgusting, and outright unethical businesses I've seen in a while.

Bought a sweatshirt online advertised "free shipping", "receive by Christmas". I was in a hurry and didn't realize it defaults to paid shipping. You have to change it to receive the free shipping. By the time I realized they had duped me, it had already shipped and Shavaughn in customer service was rude and literally made fun of me for falling into their trap.

I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order! Horrible company. I ordered on Dec. 3. Today is the 21st and I still haven't received my order. Customer service was so rude! And then I waited 20 minutes (yup, 20) to speak with a "manager." They haven't even gotten to "making" my order yet. They will not be here by the 25th. So much for my Christmas gifts. Use anybody else.

I placed 2 orders on Dec 22, 2019 , the email I received said the packages would be delivered January 3 rd. 2020. No packages on the 3 rd of January. No emails , no tracking numbers on either order. I called customer service, they told me Fed ex had a bad accident and that caused the delay in delivery. I called back same night to get the tracking number, and I was told that it was smart shipped and the postal service had the orders . Nothing about fed ex having a bad accident. I would receive my order on Jan 6 th. Nothing arrived on January 6 th. So I called back and told customer service I wanted to cancel my order. She said ok then hung up. So I called back again and the next customer service rep, said I had to wait till the order was delivered before I could get a return label. Or start the cancellation process. ( what ) ? What if I never get the items ?
I did get the items on the 7th of January and returned the items that day, the next day I was notified that Fansedge had received the items I returned. The next day.!!! Wow
Then I see I was charged $ 19.89 for the return ! The Better Buisness Bureau will be contacted as will the state attorney general. How can you charge someone almost 20 dollars for your incompetence? What a horrible way to do business. Never again and I will most certainly let everyone I know not to order from FansEdge What a rip off. $20 really ?

2. One item is out of stock and they have no info on when or whether it'll be back in stock.

The worst. They will not refund you a total amount during sales. They literally charge you an applied discount. I paid $43, but got $20 refund. They subtracted $10 discount and $10 return shipping fees.

I placed two orders with FansEdge for Christmas gifts. On the first order, I received multiple emails saying there was a new ship date, but none of the emails said what the new ship date was. The email said I could wait for the product or I could cancel the order.
Upon visiting the FansEdge website and entering the order number, the website said it could not locate the order. I contacted an agent at FansEdge and they said the order was with a third party vendor and they had no idea when it would ship. I asked if they could contact the vendor to find out when the order would ship and they refused. They said they would let me know when it shipped. That's a lot of help!
I recently checked the status of the second order and found that it will not ship until two weeks from now. I attempted to contact a FansEdge representative. Their phone system asks you to select from different options so they can "route you to the representative who can best answer your question." But when you specify the nature of the call, you get a robo agent, no real live agent. Finally, after several rounds of talking with the robo attendant, I got through to a real live agent.
The agent said they would SUBMIT A TICKET to attempt to cancel the first order and said I should contact them if I don't hear from them within four business days. They said that was "taken care of" and asked if I needed anything else. I asked if they had canceled the order and was told that No, they had only submitted a ticket to do that and we would find out if it were canceled within four business days. WHAT???
I asked to cancel the second order. They said the second order, which is scheduled to ship 14 days from now cannot be canceled. I asked to speak to a supervisor who absolutely refused. She was very rude and condescending. I told her I would contest the credit card charge. She said the call was being recorded and they would submit the recording to my credit card company. I told her I hoped she enjoyed reading the negative reviews for crappy customer service.
My advice is to buy elsewhere, because the product will not arrive in any timely manner and the customer service is the worst.

Your website does not recognize my email for returns, YET YOU HAVE NO PROBLEM SENDING ME EMAILS AND UPDATES TO MY EMAIL ADDRESS. I have no trouble logging into your site!
When I call, I get a lot of dribble recording, but no personal service except how to use your website for returns that one can't use and won't recognize my email.
This shirt did NOT fit as it should, so in order to return your going to charge me for shipping to return it which makes it not worth while to bother. CHEAP & CALCULATING!
I have ordered on several occasions from you, but your customer service is terrible and u purposely make it difficult to contact you by phone, (nothing but lengthily recordings)and no listed email.
I am done. I will never recommend you, I won't ever buy from you and I will use social media to steer people in any other direction to buy licensed material.
