I used your website's "assistance" to request a full-refund due to an incorrect sizing chart and was told that I would have to pay 11.24 to receive a return label and could not receive a full-refund. Is this a joke?
The jersey I ordered for my dog is too small due to your incorrect sizing chart. Therefore, the jersey does not fit and needs to be returned. I spent $36.23 for this jersey and I expect a full refund to my account as this is not my fault that the Jersey does not fit. Again, your sizing chart is incorrect and the jersey chokes my dog.

I have no problems paying for quality products, if products don't fit or I just don't like them that's a different story. As many others on here I do not approve of screwing over your customer base. I initially paid $4.99 shipping on my order then they charge you another $9.99 for a shipping label to return it? Terrible on the consumer. So, on an $82 order I will be refunded only $67.

The shipping took forever. The order wasn’t even processed until three days after I ordered. When it finally did get sent out, it took an extra day because the shipping label was “unreadable”. In the end it took almost two weeks to receive my jersey.

What type of an inept company doesn't allow exchanges? I'm completely shocked. I ordered a T-shirt (medium) and I love it but it's just a bit small. This company won't let me exchange it... instead I have to pay $10 to return it and lose $10 while also NOT getting the shirt, because I'd then have to go reorder a large lol.
So I either keep a medium shirt that doesn't fit, or I eat $10 to send it back, and then have to reorder the same shirt... so I'm getting screwed for $10 just because i want the shirt... I'll never use this service again. It's 2019 - develop an exchange policy, it's absurd.

I have ordered a few times, and everytime, nothing came. I thought I was ordering from an NFL shop, and it still ended up being fanatics! Nothing ever came! Don't trust them. No response when inquiries were emailed.

When this company was smaller they wee delightful to do business with now you can not reach anyone via any means... phone goes to voicemail and their 24/7 chat is not manned and the virtual assistant can't handle my question. Crappy way to treat long time loyal customers. Time to start shopping elsewhere.

Will never ever order another thing from fanatics. I paid for 2 day shipping 3 different times and they failed everytime. Then I have to wait almost a week before I get my money back. I just ordered some stuff Wed. 28th and again they failed me. Only this time they want refund me for the 2 day shipping. 3 strikes and your out fanatics. Please people find sporting goods somewhere else! There's a reason why 88% of customers give then a bad review. Done with them!

I ordered two shirts and one other item. The items came within a reasonable amount of time, however one of the shirts (albeit the size I ordered) was way too small. I bought the shirt with a discount code, and I still want the shirt, just in the right size. I go to figure out if there is a way I can do a simple "size exchange" like I can with most online clothing stores. This is not an option, and on top of having to do a full return and repurchase, I would have to buy the right size at full price (pay more), and in returning the original shirt, they charge an absurd $10.00 Return Label Fee. Pretty sure, that charging me money to make a return is bordering on illegal.

I ordered a custom jersey, the money was taken from my account, but I've had no order confirmation, no contact whatsoever and when reaching out to customer services I got no response either.
When I try to login my account has mysteriously stopped working - my email address is "not recognised"!
Will be taking this to trading standards. Disgusting.

Purchased a "Saints" outfit for my five year old daughter. The "Saints" part was a loosely applied sticker on top of a shirt with a sequined heart. Didn't make it through the first wash, and my daughter was in tears when I picked her up from school due to the Fleur de Lis sticker half falling off her dress.
This company should be ashamed of itself, and the NFL should seriously consider revoking it's licensing deal.

I have been ordering for years but recently not only has the quality gone down but now the shipping department has gone to hell. Ordered a shirt a few months ago, just wore it to a Falcons game 2 weeks ago. When I washed it, all the thread came off the sleeveless arms. In the meantime I ordered a jersey on the 12th in which I have not received nor can I get a refund because it has not been returned to their warehouse. Yet, they're refusing to ask Fed Ex to reroute the package which has the incorrect address on it. Even rerouting it to a Fed Ex store is a solution but Fed Ex wont do anything without the shipper's approval. So the package is just floating around and no one has a damn clue how to get it to me or get it back to them so I can get my money back. Beyond frustrated! Done with Fanatics

Absolutely horrible customer service! I paid $150 for a football jersey display case and it look like they had dropped it a few times, drug it across the floor and then sent it to me. Best they would do is send me a return label so I would have to go through the hassle of getting it back to them. Mind you that this case is an extremely bulky item and will not fit in my car! Needless to say it was the last time I placed an order with Fanatics.com. Buy it from somewhere else! Also beware that they have multiple websites but it is the same company.

The fan cash program is awful. I made a purchase to earn 7x the fan cash. I was trying to make a purchase on one of there sites they partner with and my fan cash was not there anymore. I didn't make any other purchases between that time. I am very angry and frustrated. They are a SCAM stay away from this company there customer service team is even worse they are not very helpful at all stay away

I will never order from Fanatics again or one of their associated webs sites (Fans Edge). There always seems to be a problem with an order, shipping, the product and the nightmarish returns. I did a return of a hat and it took me 42 days to get a refund and Fanatics indicated that they received the box back but there was no hat in it (def not the case from me). Now I am dealing with simply trying to get a tracking number and potentially waiting 2 weeks for an item to be received.

I ordered a Nike half zip pullover from lids.com but customer service kept calling it Fanatics so that’s why I’m here reviewing fanatics.
Long story short, I received A jacket, not the one I ordered. The jacket that I received was very poor quality and not what I paid for ( it around $30 less than what I paid for.)
When speaking with customer service, I was informed that the jacket I ordered is no longer in stock and there is nothing they can do about it, even though it was in stock when I ordered it.
Now I have to return the jacket I do not want, pay for the shipping, wait for a refund, and not get the jacket I wanted (since it seemed as if it was the last one on the World Wide Web) at no cost to Fanatics.
Heck, I don’t even want my money back I just want a similar jacket for the price I paid for this one since the newer ones are about $30 more after tax and shipping.
I recommend not using this company.

Sells clothes from every manufacturer/brand. A large is not always the same, and they change you $10 to return an items that, how are you to know when you order, doesn't fit.

**UPDATE**I received my order on the 21st, and it did fit, though I do not believe the sizing is accurate. I normally would wear an XL. ordered a 2XL based on the measurements and it fits like a XL, hope it doesn't shrink! They did refund the shipping cost and I am greatful for that. I appreciate their attention to the issue and prompt response. (Original Post follows) I placed an order on Aug 15th and didn't realize that the default shipping was rushed shipping (I was supposed to get free ground shipping) and was charged an additional $14.99 for rushed shipping. It is now the 21st, and my package isn't here. Each day I check tracking, the delivery date is moved forward a day. So, not only am I paying for RUSH SHIPPING at $14.99, it isn't getting here "in a rush" and after reading reviews, I am concerned that it will even fit when it gets here. Order #193-3282-3742

I ordered two Ohio State shirts to surprise my daughter. They are white and are so thin that you can see your bra through them. It makes me so angry that I have to pay 9.99 to return something of such poor quality. I too am mad at myself for not looking up reviews first. Never again will I order and strongly believe I should be refunded the $9.99.

When I originally ordered my Stanley Cup championship gear, it said it would ship no later than June 15th. Then, I got an email saying that date was an error...it would now ship no later than June 28th. Called today to make sure it would be sent out today and was assured it would be and that I would be getting an email with my tracking info some time today. Only one of the three items that I ordered have now shipped. This is seriously the worst company I’ve ever ordered from. Over-promised and under-delivered.
