I got informed by customer service that the shoes that I ordered were out of stock. I asked for a refund and they have arranged it after 2 - 3 days. However, I reordered the same shoes when there was availability. I got my shoes in 1 day at my place.

Very convenient shopping process and good offers! Things to improve:
1) Updating website regularly so that what you see is only what is really available in stock. Add description of items and improve picture resolution.
2) Improve filtering of products. By colour, by type of clothes, by discount applied
3)Keep items in basket available for one account on all devices. Currently if you choose your items on the mobile phone and put them in the basket and later try to buy them on a laptop with the same account the basket will be empty
4)Minimise mistakes in delivery to stores. Train staff in stores to be part of the online sale process and be able to handle mistakes, apologise if necessary, inform customers and be fast in processing changes of delivered items with the available items in store.
