We purchased a go kart for our grandson for Christmas. It has a problem getting going. It takes forever to build speed. My son is a mechanic so we requested a manual. There is no manual in English. We submitted a trouble ticket and it has been 2 days with no response. My husband sent an email to the owner, no response. My husband just called in again and the woman that answered was horribly rude and did nothing to help!!! I will never shop here again.

I purchased an ATV online a few days ago which included free shipping. Once the order was complete i recieved a call today saying i needed to pay another $200 on top of the $500 i already paid. I was told because i live in New York i had to pay more because of shipping costs even though shipping was free and their website states no such thing., I ended up cancelling the order. I placed an order for an ATV online which included free shipping. Once the order was placed and confirmed, they called me and said because i live in New York i needed to pay another $200 on top of the $500 i already paid claiming that shipping to New York is expensive. Meanwhile the website advertises free shipping. I canceled the order.

Cancelled my layaway and was promised a refund. Not only Helen was rude but they blamed it on my card. Said I closed it and can't refund it but rather send me a check. However the person that approves the refund is either always gone or sick or whatever reason they can make. Had to file a dispute from my bank to even get some help. Super terrible experience.

Got the order to find out they charged me extra for the free shipping.
Uopn ooening the box, item was damaged and shifted due to lack of care securing product, product had loose as well as stripped bolts, when contacting them first lady(used loosely) was very rude, second lady made promises of shipping stripped bolts for me to replace and over 2 months later still nothing from them, no contact back...
That talk a good talk, well one of them does, but have no care what so ever for the consumers valid issues. Even wasted to charge me $200 for restocking and said I had to pay for shipping back even though it was damaged, again, from the manufacturer as well as the shipping damage...
I had to go purchase the damaged/stripped bolts and straighten out the bent frame and mounting brackets myself...
STAY AWAY FROM THEIR PRODUCTS AND BY AN ACTUAL GAS POWERED MINI QUAD FROM AN ACTUAL LOCAL MOTORCYCLE DEALER ....

Bought a 150 scooter got the scooter in big box an was told to open it while driver was there he's not going to stand around an wait for you to open big box metal shipping gram an it raining on tope of that...but screw that.. scratch missing panels an broken under seat panel I can live with when I open seat cd for intro...didn't wk...panel caved in an one bag with bolts to put mirrors on nothing else bag of asembly bots an nuts an clips an screws an shock bolts an handle bar bolt an washer gone...batt screws an lead inserts gone driver found tool bag somewhere an handed it to me so I'm not able to assemble scooter....Tex call email Tex Jeff...about my problems an told him the panel under the seat was caved in an the hole parts kit was gone....nowere....so after Tex email pictures an telling him an her an whoever....email me an told me it would be best to go to hardware store an peace mill it together ....plus shock bolts to...whatever it takes to put it together was something they can't help me with.....go to damn hardware store.......what a damn joke are you telling me I'm to spend close to 1200 dollars an can't enjoy my product.....if I knew these reviews were as bad as most of them were I'd not got ripef off by nice crokes.... but they sale you the thangs then because they can say I didn't brake the panel an allow the parts kit to go somewhere in not going to make it right...sorry I'm not able to request a parts kit to help you to put it together an not just that offered to pay for them....but I bet you they started out as good as gold willing to help people to getthru these issues....end results is when they let these thangs Poison there minds an think everyone's out to get them...thru ignores....when a job become tedious an and repetitious it leaves a man neither pride nor satisfaction so they inwordly rebelle an say by actions go to hardware store an do ....whatever.....how hard to put in mail bag of parts ....tell me how hard Jeff....I promise you my refund is going to get you to come pic up a incomplete guess work...sink or swim.....I wouldn't do you like that...

I ordered a go- kart from them and they failed to ship my order on time. After a week without any shipping information I called and they said it had shipped but when I finally did get a tracking number it showed that it was dropped off after I had called. I got a delivery notification that it arrived in Orlando only 45 minutes away from our house on my son's birthday, I didn't hear anything for 2 days so I called and was told it was in Jacksonville 3hrs away and that it would get delivered later in the week. I reached out to customer service and they gave me the run around about how I didn't confirm the order which I did... horrible company don't do business with them

Do not buy anything from these people. I spent $2700 on a XRX Trailmaster go cart and have had a continuing rear brake caliper assembly problem. All I have gotten is an email run around for over a week. I have done everything their emails have asked me to do and have the same problem. I know the issue is a bad rear brake caliper assembly (piston sticks). I asked to talk to a live person and all you get from their inconsiderate phone people is send another email. No one in tech will talk to you personally. I know they are just waiting to tell me that my extended (purchased for extra money) warranty has expired and I am on my own. BUY NOTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. Their website suggests they are Godly but they are anything but. When I bought this thing, they were happy to talk to me and take my money. Now no one will talk to me. I was looking at Go Carts USA and these people (and in particular the owner of FamilyGoKarts) assured me I would have good follow up service and so I believed him. My mistake I should have gone with Go Carts USA. They have help me with little issues with a live conversation and I never even bought the cart from them. Need I say more as to who you should spend your hard dollars with. One last comment. Their telephone answering people are the most inconsiderate, arrogant and condescending people you can imagine to talk to if you ask for some live person to help you. ALL YOU GET IS SUBMIT AN EMAIL REQUEST. Once you have a request number you can then send more emails.

Purchased an electric goKart with charger. Charger worked one time. They would not talk to me about me problem. Said I had to file complaint on line with pictures. My experience started off well. I found their website online and they even offered a coupon and free shipping. Site was easy to navigate and find items.
My problem came after I received my confirmation email. The first confirmation I received from them was the same price as what it said during the checkout process. Then a day later I received a new confirmation with an additional 50 dollars added to the total. When I emailed costumer service they informed me that in the very fine print of the coupon that it would not apply to my order and they removed it after the fact.
Then I got my bank statement and on top of the fifty I was now charged an additional 71 dollars. I called this time and all that customer service could do was give me the totals of my order which added up to the first number without the coupon but not account for this extra. I asked for this to be refunded which she told me she was unable to do so I asked for a supervisor which is when we were disconnected.
About ten minutes later I received a phone call from another representative who told me they were cancelling my order but told me he would not discuss why, or why I had been charged extra.
I am sure they have good products but they need better people before i would ever consider buying again.

I order parts from family go cards I ordered a break switch and a brake caliber They cards my credit card twice. I received the break sweat which was $10 I still have not received my great caliber which was $65. It's been 6 weeks and I am not getting no help from the family go card to solve this problem. I will not recommend family go card to any my friends anymore. They took my money and did not receive all my merchandise Be wise they are a scam

THE WORST COMPANY WHO YOU CAN DEAL WITH!
Customer service is terrible. They do not know what they are doing.
After placing my first order, I had to wait 2 months, because they forget to mention that they do not have the bike in stock!!!
They are fast to take payments from your bank account and after that they do not give a sxx about you. I gave them $10,000 worth business and they are not even willing to answer emails, phone calls, text messages about the titles or claims or any type of questions.
First order experience:
-had to wait 2 months for bikes, because of their fault (COMPLETE MESS!)
- bikes came damaged, because they used the cheapest company to deliver the bikes and driver was not able to handle shipment so the bikes fell of the truck, NO RESPONSE AFTER CLAIMING DAMAGED for 2 months, bikes are broken and leaking. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!
-titles came in 3-4weeks, so basically you can not use your bike after delivery
Second delivery:
- they shipped out 4 bikes to a residential delivery ONTOP OF EACH OTHER 600lbs (Who the hell does that???) We were not able to place them on the ground, so had to use service which cost $500.00, on top of that one of us got injured, while trying to place them on the ground. IMPOSSIBLE WITHOUT FORKLIFT!!! I PAID FOR RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY!
-THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!!!
-titles 3 weeks after delivery are still not in the mail
- RUDE RECEPTIONIST, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE (young girl)
- also they overcharged me for the exact same bikes, they refunded in 3 weeks after emailing them
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY SHOULD GO OUT OF BUSINESS BASED ON THEIR HORRIBLE WORK!
Powersportsmax GAVE US A great deal. Bikes were delivered in 6DAYS (not business day), titles were in the mail in 3DAYS!!! BEST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!
USE POWERSPORTSMAX OR ANYONE ELSE, BUT NOT THESE ANIMALS!
Jeff Becker and the rest should do something else what they are really good at. I am sure their business is dying without normal operation.

We ordered 2 ATV's for our sons birthdays. To start, shipping was a nightmare but it wasn't 100% their fault. However, once ATV's were received & finished putting together we noticed nuts, bolts, washer etc... was missing for one of the back tires making it inoperable for my 5 yr old to ride. I called company who refused to discuss anything over the phone & said I had to fill out a request form before anything was done. Then I noticed we did not get the oil, lube & filters for either of our items. Called comp again & was told to fill out request form. Today I found an extra charge of $139 on my account from the comp. Called again, guess what? I was told to "fill out a request form". I very nicely told Andrea that this was the 3rd form in 2 wks & NOBODY has resolved anything. Andrea was defensive from the moment she answered the phone. She did find that the oil & items were sent to an address other than where the ATV's were sent & that if I wanted to get them I would have to "figure it out my self as it's not her problem". Verbatim. I finally asked why she was being so rude to me as I was the one missing items & money but I was not being rude & she, verbatim stated "I am talking to you like I talk to my ex husband, I do it because I can." So here I am, missing parts for the ATV, no oil, filters, lube & $139 missing from my checking account. If I could send this $2000 ATV back I would! Stay away from this company.

I purchased a Tao tao 125d from family go Carts after researching a few different sellers. i was worried about support after i purchased the quad as these Chinese quads don't have the best reputation. After speaking to a salesman, they assured me that their customer support was A+ and if i had any issues, they would quickly assist me in fixing any issues i had. COMPLETE LIE. after i did get the quad up and running, i had a handful of problems. Headlight electrical harness was broken, rear axle was bent/warped, transmission was making a terrible clanking sound, tire wont hold air, and battery cracked and started leaking acid. I took videos of the bent axle and the clanking transmission, and sent them to costumer service, and they responded (3 weeks later)that they want a picture of the light harness, which i sent. They asked if the trans was in gear when it made the clanking sound, and you can clearly see in the video that is was. That was 3 weeks ago. i have emailed them back multiple times, with no response. I have called the Family Go Cart phone number, they take my service number down, and say that customer service will call, and they don't. so i basically have a $800 quad with a bad trans and a warped axle. Maybe if i give them a poor review i'd get some service. i'd find someone else to buy from.
