I’m very pleased with my new doors (front and back door). They both look fantastic! The only but is that you always have to remind to lock the door behind you from inside otherwise kids can open it and go out to easily. The installation was super profesional, the guys were very friendly and left the place spotless taking also away the old doors. There was a small problem with the back door during the weekend but it was sorted in no time. I was emailing Fairco on Sunday night and I have a guy on my door at 8am on Monday to fix it so thumbs up to customer service too! Will definitely recommend Fairco to anyone!

I must say I'm surprised by the previous reviews as I had no problem with them when they fitted my windows. They did absolutely no damage to my decor and windows have been fine and that is about two years ago. I only paid a deposit beforehand and wouldn't be comfortable paying the whole thing either.

The Windows are so warm . But the anti-theft hardware in the Windows is easy to open, so hopefully it will get better.

Great workmanship arrived at designated time, but took over one week to come back with door trim, which had not been completed on day 1. Otherwise no complaints & I probably would use them again

The doors are nice, quickly and efficiently installed, nice crew and all people nice to deal with. An error was made with the door colour and also with receipt of one of my payments, it took quite a while between deciding to get the doors with the salesman(3rd wk in September) and getting them installed (14th December) but all's well that ends well

Price was competitive, sales process was good and accommodating, installation was smooth and clean/tidy and the Windows were good quality. The only feedback is that I would have liked the option to pay the final payment after I had inspected the work, instead I was forced to pay before installation which made no sense to me. 4.4 out of 5 stars (rounded down). Otherwise this would have been a 5 star review.

We were fully satisfied with our initial contact and through the sales and engineers process. We are also happy with the windows, though I am not sure that the handle on the ensuite window is working perfectly as it drops down when closed? The fitters were pleasant and efficient but could have protected the cobblelock which was not covered. The porch door was touched up during installation and would like a container of this as I was not aware that this would be needed. Though the inside door was certainly touched up during installation, it certainly isn't perfect. Again, I expected these doors to be absolutely perfect when being installed but weren't. I would like someone to look at the inside door and assess it in relation to ongoing work needed?

I have had problems with both doors since they were installed in 2015 Currently my back door needs to remain locked as when we open it we cannot secure again. As a family of girls we contact my son to secure the door when we need to open it. Fairco have not seen fit to prioritise my issue and as a result my house has been left unsecured when I couldn't reach my son to come and lick the door. Needless to say I am extremely unhappy with fairco and will not recommend to others The fact I have had ongoing documented issues and continue to have is totally unacceptable given the price if the doors
