Excellent service from start to finish

I had my new door installed on Friday 16th August 2019. I have found Fairco very easy to deal with. Very professional from the sales man, the surveyor and the installation team, also the office staff. They provide a quick professional friendly clean service. I would highly recommend them to anyone

I would just like to say a big thank you to Paul and Stephen for their hard work. We could not be happier with our new door and windows. Both lads were very friendly and hardworking. Also I'd like to say thanks to Matthew who helped us design it all, its exactly what we wanted. Great work. So thank you fairco and the team. The work on my two doors on 8/9th August 2019 was commenced at the appropriate time by Fairco personnel. Both people worked well and diligently and cleaned up after them, when the work was finalised. They explained fully the workings of both doors and windows to me clearly. I am very pleased with the work carried out to date by Fairco and would recommend this company to any of my friends and neighbours.

From the moment we stepped into Fairco's showroom, we had a very positive experience, the customer service was fantastic. Their sales staff guided us through the entire decision making process. The engineers triple checked all measurements and specifications, their attention to detail is brilliant. Onsite the fitters did an excellent job, with minimal disruption and they were the tidiest workmen ever. Windows in the front of my house were complete within two days and the finish was 100% amazing - with absolutely no need to redecorate. I dealt with two crews - Reg, Tony, Vas, Mick and their apprentice Harison! They were so professional, friendly, accommodating and respectful of our home. I would highly recommend Fairco and their team and will definitely use their service again. I am delighted with our new windows and front door, the house is so much brighter. Thank you for making the process so easy!

I am absolutely delighted with my windows. I can't say enough about the fitters. They were superb & so helpful. I can't thank Tony & Reg enough. They were also very friendly and I felt very comfortable with them in my home. I've got to mention Harrison he was here on the 2nd day. He is a credit to his parents. For a young man he was very polite friendly and very helpful and has a great personality.

The installers were absolutely sensational and I couldn’t be happier with them and the work, they were absolutely fantastic. They asked for my hoover at the end and didn’t even want a cup of tea because they were focused on getting the work done!

Fairco took a good deal of time in advance of installation to go through the specification of our new front door so there was a lot of attention to detail & the door I got was exactly what I expected. On the day of installation, everything went very smoothly & the house was left extremely clean afterwards. The door itself looks great & we are very pleased with it.

Side panel does not match in colour with other windows in the house despite assurances from Gavin the sales rep and from the surveyor that it would. Also it has since been discovered that the incorrect fixings were used to fit the window. Special fixings for clay block were left for the installer which he was asked to use but he went ahead and used his own. After the installation was complete we phoned our rep Gavin but when he heard that there was a problem he said that he was going in to a meeting and after that refused to take our calls. I phoned the landline and nobody was willing to deal with my complaint. I phoned back 3 times and each time I was told that it was being dealt with by a different department but I was never contacted back by anybody. I physically called in to the showroom and Matthew at the counter told me that there was obviously a mistake made and that he would get somebody to phone me later that day and arrange a time for the panel to be replaced. A further week went by and still nobody had contacted me. I phoned again and had a conversation with one of the managers who was aware of the situation but she didn't know what was being done about it. She phoned me back later that day and told me that Fairco were not taking any responsibility for their rep/surveyor mistake despite 3 site visits before installation and being informed and agreeing on each occasion that the side panel should match the colour of the other windows. Neither were they willing to replace the panel as previously advised by Matthew. RAL colour and sample paper of the other windows was also provided so as to make sure that the colour was correct. Poor manufacturing, poor installation and even worse customer service.

From the first person we met in the showroom to the installation team, I was very impressed with the helpful, competent and professional nature of Fairco. We are delighted with our door and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Recently had work done and front door 2 years ago . great job and good workers very pleased

I was very impressed with everything. Windows and door are fab! All the staff with I dealt with were extremely nice from Paul to the installation team. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

Very happy with excellent product and fitters were professional and helpful. Bit on the expensive side though especially charge for reinstating small piece of dashing
