My new French doors and windows have been installed by Fairco and I am delighted. They are top class and I feel very reassured at how safe they are. The work was carried out by Victor and Josh and they were extremely professional and pleasant to have in my house. I would highly recommend Fairco.

We are very happy and pleased with our new door from fairco. It has given us piece of mind and security. Many thanks to all the staff in the showroom, surveyer, installation team,fitters ect. The quality and service was exelcent. And would highly recommend.

This was my second time using Fairco - the second experience was every bit as good as the first. They were efficient, turned up when they said they would and the men that fitted the door were very courteous and efficient.

I must say I'm surprised by the previous reviews as I had no problem with them when they fitted my windows. They did absolutely no damage to my decor and windows have been fine and that is about two years ago. I only paid a deposit beforehand and wouldn't be comfortable paying the whole thing either.

Our experience of your company has been very positive from start to finish and very stage in between. Simon, many thanks for your attention and detail throughout the sales process. The organisation of and seamless delivery of the Survey, post sale and subsequent installation has been very well organised and communicated and it’s much appreciated. To the two lads who spent Mon-Wed installing in my Mum’s, they were hard working and courteous and attentive to the questions and queries of my mum and to myself also when I’d visited the house. They were clean working and fully explained what each day’s installation would entail. They are a credit to themselves and Fairco as a whole. Save for a few minor things like the key barrels to be replaced and a broken window on delivery to be replaced, in the coming days, which I know will be expediently addressed, the whole process has been exceptionally easy and professional and the face to face dealings with the staff at every customer contact point from Sales query, through initial sales visit, through follow up contact, Showroom visit, Site Survey & installation, you should be commended one and all for your professionalism and customer service. Certainly a recommendation from our side and many thanks for your efforts.

Love the doors but poor customer service. Interesting reading the reviews, people are happy as long as everything goes to plan but any issues and things start to get complicated. The salesman who came to my house was great and full of good advice but the engineer that came out to finalise the details arrived 2 hrs early. Despite requesting to pay by bank transfer prior to his arrival he then went on to ask for the money straight after signing my name, I have never heard of an engineer getting involved in payment, am I wrong? As a woman on my own with this guy I found it tactless and intimidating. The installers who put in the doors were nice but unfortunately It took me over an hour to clean up after them. A thumbturn lock was suggested for the front door by the letterbox, I personally do not think this is safe but only realised this after installation - important details like this should be discussed at the time of finalising details. I asked for it to be changed but that was a great big palaver. Could work on your customer service Fairco!

Excellent, beautiful new windows and front door. No mess, no paint scratched. Delighted with the result.

I can not recommend Fairco enough. They provide an excellent service from start to finish. Nothing was a problem & Simon Keating who was our first point of contact was so patient & knowledgeable. I give them 10 out of 10 for a fabulous service & a top rated product.

I was very pleased with the work carried out. It didn't take as long as I had expected and there was little or no cleaning to do afterwards

our dealings with Fairco from start to finish were flawless, taking the stress out of everything. We would recommend Fairco into the future to any of our friends who may be considering upgrading their windows/doors etc

The work from beginning to end was very efficient, professional and I am very happy with my door. The only issue I have is that the tiles in my hall are a bit scuffed and it’s a pity they weren’t covered to protect them. Otherwise everything was excellent. Thank you I would recommend Fairco.

We had three windows and a back door fitted two weeks ago. Looks really good and the finish to surrounding area excellent Easy to close and lock. The men who installed the windows did a great job. Really nearly finished. Very good

The Windows are so warm . But the anti-theft hardware in the Windows is easy to open, so hopefully it will get better.

I'm very happy with everything. From the initial sales visit, to the surveyor and then the installation team. All were punctual, professional, and the fitters left the house clean and tidy at the end of each of the 3 days. And they did a great job Absolutely no complaints, and I forgot to mention the communication from the admin. Staff, kept me fully advised at every stage. Great service. Frank Scott.

This is the second time we have used fairco to fit windows for us.....used them last year for sash windows in the front if the house and used them again this year to fit the back of the house with sash windows coukdnt fault them and we are more than happy to recommend them which I already have to a few people looking to get windows in.....

Id just like to say Thank you to all involved in the installation of my new back door ...From the first chat i had to the 2 lads that came on saturday..Everyone was most helpful and first class service ...I will once again recommend Fairco to any friends and family

Very helpful, tidy and efficient

excellent service, top quality products and absolutely nothing is a problem. Everyone that I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable and superb at customer interactions. I must Make special mention to Dean in sales. He is exceptional. I used Fairco a number of years ago to do my front windows and have just got the back ones done. They also did my Facet and Gutters. I couldnt recommend them enough. Everything is easy and exactly what you’d expect. Plus on all 3 occasions I used them, they left the place cleaner than when they started. Fairco provide 5 star products with 6 star service. Thank you.
