I am really pleased with the aesthetics of the final product - I provided Fairco with a detailed description of the front door I wanted and it was delivered exactly to my specifications. At every stage of the process the staff were friendly, courteous, and professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending Fairco and would happily do business with them again.

From the onset Fairco were excellent. We were given sound advice and shown the various options for replacement windows and doors when we visited their showrooms in Santry, importantly, we were given time and space to make our selections without any 'hard sell'. Delivery date of the windows was slightly ahead of schedule and the installation was carried out with minimum disruption. The installers were very careful not to do any damage, finish was top class and were they were very friendly. At the end of each day we were shown how each newly installed window operated and all questions were answered fully.

Highly recommend Fairco, all staff friendly and professional. Recently had patio doors fitted to the highest standard, no mess, no fuss. Gavin our first point of contact was very helpful & informative. Geoff & Peter equally brill as were installation guys Brian & Bobby. Thanks to Paul and all the rest of the crew for their time and work last week. Install was very easy for us and the lads were very easy to coordinate and work with and very quick also. In 3 words AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING !!!!!!!!!!!! The two men Reg & Tony did a fantastic job. When the windows were installed I arrived home to my house & it was as if nobody had been in it , more less install ed windows. I would recommend this company highly. Well done you run a very professional service.

Excellent installation, very little disruption to our house. Scheduling of installation date after the deposit was paid took too many phone calls to get organised. The promised notice period wasnt forthcoming and we had to ring Fairco for updates. Overall we are very happy

with a little hiccup re measurements at the start we very much like our new windows ,huge difference in the warmth of the rooms also cutting down on outside noise,Brian and Bobby were the instillation team and done an excellent job ,no mess no fuss .

Great product with no compromise - you delayed installation because our new door hadn't passed your quality control checks, which says everything about your commitment to quality. In terms of customer service, you were responsive, transparent and the crew who fitted the door did a fabulous job all round. Can't think of a fault.
