I could comment on the no communication from them or long lead times but they actually use false advertising...They have a product called German Pharma Epistan which when arrived was actually 11 oxo on the label..I actually thought I ordered Epistane (they misspell the product without the e on the end and send something else). Will not use the company again and if you look on their Facebook page it’s complaint after complaint
