I've received a PowerBank that was well below advertised capacity.
Fabprice ignored my first 2 emails, and only responded after I requested the 3rd party site (Downtown) to intervene.
They then acknowledge the PowerBank was likely defect and offered to send me another one.
Then nothing happened for 10 days. Only when I asked them about the status did they provide a tracking code.
After almost another week, the tracking code showed no movement. I sent another email and again got no response.
Again, only after I asked Downtown for a refund did Fabprice respond. They asked for me to send them back the original, defective PowerBank - which they never asked for before. Frankly, it's hardly worth it for me to pay for return shipment and waste more time sending a faulty product back and forth.
I advise against buying anything from Fabprice.
