The item sent was of Halloween costume quality. It was obviously originally a short sleeved item that was altered to be long sleeved resulting in ridiculous shoulder bunches. It was supposed to be a wraparound shirt, but wasn’t. They bunched and sewed it up to look that way so it’s completely crooked and ridiculous. And it stinks of chemicals. When I tried to return, they said that none of these are flaws. Shame on them and shame on Facebook for promoting them.

I ordered a swim suit from this company. In the original order, I had checked "XL" and it even said "XL" in the title, but didn't realize in the confirmation that it said I ordered a "L". I went back on the site to order the "XL" and the same thing happened. I waited until I got my swim suit in the mail and sure enough it was a "L", that fit more like a "S-M". I asked to exchange it for the "XL" and they would not do that for me. How are we supposed to order things online that we cannot try on first and expect to know that the sizes are completely off? I will never order from this company again.

I received my dress. From the waist down everything was perfect. The top was the killer , it was just a few inches off even though I gave exact measurements. I still love my dress because in the end it's what I wanted!!!! Thank you !! If anybody has questions, email me !

Bought couple dresses for my wife and the dresses are too long and big for her. Emailed customer service regard return the items and was asked to take the couple pictures. Took the pictures and email to them and still they said it is not their problem if I order the wrong size. I ordered the smallest size and it is still too big. They refused to return the clothes even though their policy clearly state the items are returnable up to 30 days. If I know their website doesn't allow return then I wouldn't even buy from them because you don't know how the clothes will look or fit. I will dispute this with my credit card but I would never buy from them or their sister website of indiefit.com.

Overall the experience of communication and the services are good. Shipping process was fair as it stated. The materials of the dresses is ok and not so impressive as the picture on the website has shown. If you are a big frame person size 6 US. You got to order size 8 or xL. I am size 6 to 8 us size. I ordered L and the waist line is slightly tight. Ordering clothing online is a risk you paid 100% maybe 50% can be used. I ordered 4 items only one item the xL swimming suite fitted me perfectly as US size 6. The other one small size 4 the lower body fits my sister but the upper cup is tight. Well it was our first time we ordered on this site we saw on facebook.

Very nice dress, size exactly matches US sizes. The only downside is I was totally blind about shipping until they send me the shipping info few days later, but it's international shipping, so kind of understandable. Overall it's a great experience to shop at Fabfashionmall for first time.

So far I've been pleasantly surprised with the quality of both dresses purchased. Received them sooner than expected too! No problems to date, but also no doubt that if there were any , I'd be treated fairly. All in all, I have no hesitation recommending these folks to anyone!

I ave order twice, each time your company sent the wrong size. And I have to pay for return to Singapore. NOT.. I AM DONE. Your sizes are not for everyone. Now I have paid 95 dollars for a dress that 2 sizes small. Can u send me a prepaid return envelope. Thanks

My order was received in a timely manner - the material is of good quality and the dress looks exactly as it looks on line. The price is also great! for this type dress I probably would have to wait until it goes on sale to get it at this price. The dress however was too small at the shoulders' and have to return it. I will continue shopping at Fabfashionmall and will recommend it to my friends and family.

I tried to return what I bought. Return police is the worst. I ended up not being able to return it.I will never do business with this co again. U own a dress I can not ware. Also the sizes are so horrible off . I bought a 1x. I usually take an extra LG. I could not get it over my shoulders. Worst experience ever.

I bought a dress which ended being like 4 sizes smaller than what it was labeled. I wanted my money back complying with their return policy. They did not send me a code for returning the dress, just kept pushing me into buying another dress with a little discount. I would never recommend this site. Sizes are not regular sizes and return policy does not work. This is the first time I have had a bad experience shopping online, and I am a regular online shopper.
