This website poses as a competent dress retail service. IT IS NOT! The dress we received was full of ink markings all around the back. I have emailed "customer service" to no avail. I have had an online "chat" that was closed after I said I was disappointed. DO NOT ORDER from here!!

I turned them over to my bank. They have sent me texts telling me not to report them to my bank. Yesterday, I got another text saying my account was frozen, but they gave me an address to ship it back to at my expense. (They told me to value it as only worth $20., not the $192. I was charged. Today they called and texted me from Canada although they are in China. My bank told me not to deal with them, so I'm not. Beware!!!

I ordered a dress, made sure the measurements were correct and paid. I received the dress, the straps will not stay up and the padding in the bust look like two kitchen sponges are shown in the dress. It looks terrible. I have sent multiple emails to the company advising of the terrible dress and requesting to return for a refund. There is no address on the website, not was there any packing slip. The website indicates they will accept a return but will charge a 50% restocking fee. I don't like that, but the dress is absolutely no good to me as is, it's a joke. The company still has not provided return information after 2 weeks of sending daily emails. One of their emails they told me to give it to a friend or sell it???? DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I received an outfit that was poor quality, not the correct size or color ordered. They refuse to give me a return address or my money back. I followed their return policy but every response they tell me it's my fault they sent me what I ordered.
