The products themselves are fine but paying for them and scheduling delivery a nightmare if you happen to be put of the country. once scheduled you only get about a day to finalize payment however...the local number does not work the minute you are outside of Ireland and apart from a badly serviced email there is no other way the reach the business. So even if you want to pay for your goods....you can't. Total rubbish and massively frustrating that a business would make it so difficult for their customers to transact.

A hugh thank you to the lovely Karen in EZ Navan. I went in to have a look for a new sofa and had green velvet already in my mind. Karen showed me various sofas and directed me to the sofas I eventually purchased. It was so refreshing to deal with someone you knows her products and clearly loves her job. If your in the Navan area call in to EZ and ask for Karen she will sort you out.

Appalling customer service.
Picked out a couch in store that we were told had X number in stock, once we went to pay a few minutes later there were none available, which was annoying but understandable, despite the inconvenience (we had no couch as we just moved into our first house) we proceed to order anyway for the next delivery date in 4 weeks time as we liked the couch.
I receive a call 4weeks later confirming delivery has arrived, we call back next day to pay balance to arrange a delivery time - staff member couldn’t find our order but eventually did and we made payment. The day before our arranged delivery date we receive call confirming delivery time.
However at 6pm that evening, we receive another call saying that there is no couch in the warehouse and the next delivery is 2 months later. This is completely unacceptable way to deal with customers. We had received numerous calls confirming our order had arrived and made full payment so our couch had clearly been sold to someone else and the staff could not give me an explanation as to how this happened.

I give Ez Living 5 Stars we had a really positive time picking out our furniture for our new home. Emma Lynch in the Waterford store advised us on what mattresses to get to suit us and our family then we picked all our beds which are just gorgeous and such good quality. She also told us about the 10% off deal that day which saved us money. She was very kind and informative. Will definitely be back when deciding on furniture for the rest of our home.

We furnished most of our new apartment in EZ Living Galway earlier this summer, the staff in both the regular shop and the outlet were fantastic. In particular Kevin was very helpful, full of solid advice and went well out of his way to make sure that we got everything we needed. The furniture is great too, delivery and follow up service went smoothly. I highly recommend this shop!

I had an excellent shopping experience with Eziliving. Their prompt replies to my emails was most impressive. The delivery was on time and they rang in advance. Big compliments to the delivery team. They were so helpful and friendly, and placed couch in place - and removed all packing! I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Eziliving for their service and product. I have never left a review for a company before, but their service, and the all round positive experience, prompted me to do so.

Very disappointing experience. I spent several hours on the Internet sourcing chairs and settled on the Weston from EZ Living, which was described as a leather chair, looked great, and priced accordingly at €179 (sale price). I could have bought them online but was feeling cautious so next day I drove to the city to have a look. Straight away they looked wrong and felt wrong. The upholstery was some sort of cheap thin vinyl or poylurethane. The store label said LEATHER in big bold letters so I checked with a store assistant, who checked with her database, and confirmed that the product specification was really 'faux leather' - whatever that means. Not leather anyway, nor anything like it. A wasted afternoon and the expense of a 50 km round trip. This is plain dishonest. David was so help, the staff are all lovely, they don`t jump on you as soon as you walk into the EZ Living store.
I would recommend these guy`s every time.

Disappointing service despite having Initially seemed good in shop. Bought super king bed frame. Bought mattress separately in bed shop (which informed EZ staff we’d be doing). AT NO stage were we informed prior to purchase that the bedframe would be substantially bigger than the super king mattress. We assumed a super king mattress would fit snugly into the bed frame. How wrong we were. The frame is 10cms longer & 6 cms wider than the size of the mattress - which looks and is ridiculous. The only mention of bed size was on the delivery note. Which by then was too late. They’d literally taken the money and run. They might say the dimensions are in line but I had checked these and in my opinion a) they were unclear the starting point of slats and b) such a discrepancy should’ve been pointed out in the shop & I shouldn’t have had to look at these anyway. Have already emailed customer service but have heard nothing back! So my advice do not buy a bed from here! It might seem a bargain but when it looks so ridiculous you’ll realise it’s been a waste of money !

I ordered two beds online in the sale which were very reasonably priced. Ordering process was very straight forward and they were delivered within 2 weeks of order. Delivery process was efficient too. Got email in advance to say what date delivery would be. Day before delivery got a 2 hour window when delivery would be made and on the day itself the delivery driver rang me 30 minutes before he delivered which was within the 2 hour slot i had been given. So no waiting around and easy to arrange to be there for delivery.

Ordered a coffee table online and i was too late to choose the collection destination. The destination given was far from where I live but I rang up and the lady I spoke to was so helpful and managed to get the coffee table delivered to a closer store for the same date. Great service and so nice to deal with.

Bought an L shaped sofa from the floor (sold as seen) in the new Naas Road store. Staff could not be more helpful. It arrived in my home without any hassle and the delivery guys were great. Supplied incorrect product, then refused to send the correct product until the incorrect item was returned.
The website terms state for incorrect items they will arrange an uplift. But this wasn't possible as it it not classed as furniture! This should be made clearer.
As we live in northern Ireland we could not transport it back ourselves so we have had to repackage and post back the large item at a cost of 4.50.
All very much an inconvenience when we are not at fault.
