Horrible. Used their site instead of Amazon because they are selling the same thing for half the money! Too good to be true. Never let the greed bug bite, people. You'll end up getting played by unethical vendors like ezbuy!!!

If I could give this company a 0 star I would. They are fraudulent, claiming the package was delivered then when I email them letting them know the package was not delivered and the tracking number stated it was never issued then they state there is a glitch in their system.
It's been over 45 days and still have not received my package and now they are saying to give it another 5-10 business days and they will update me with a tracking number. Such bs I hate I didn't look at reviews prior to purchasing. Smh
So tired of getting burned with these so called businesses.
Wish they were in the BBB so I could file a claim.
When I requested a refund they keep saying since it was shipped they can not and to be patient and wait...really? How much more patient can you be.
I work for the Government and I am going to pursue the issue and get the scam atopped.

I Have been waiting 2 months for my item also emailed and keep getting the run around.I say scam! If I do get my item or atleast my money back I will report back here and fix my review. This item was SUPPOSED to be my birthday gift. Urg!

Buyer Beware - Do Not order from this company. I ordered an item and never received it after multiple times of contact and always promising that it was on the way. Unless you want to lose your money, please stay from this company!

I ordered the product, they shipped it twice, never received anything
Asked for a refund, but I have not receive it. This has been going on since November, 2018. I am not letting them keep my money. This company steals your money, very dishonest.

I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order. Ordered in January did not get anything 2 months later giving me excuses. After 3 months I asked for a full refund they answered back as usual and said I would be refunded and this would take about 5 to 7 business days. 14 days later nothing so I asked them to send me proof os my refund or I world contact my bank and report scam... no answer this time. Sent them another email to [email protected] saying “Ok no response means this is definitely scam and will contact my bank and police”. Stay away from ezubuy before buying anything from any online co’s I will always check trustpilot.com to avoid losing my money

I have been using ezbuy for over 2 years now.
But recently their shipping fees are SEVERELY OVERPRICED.
I am not talking about the price per 500g
But rather I think they often inflate the volume/kg of the parcels so that they can charge more.
Plus, many times when I contact their customer support to amend parcels, they often quote an extra charge to do certain things. They obviously don;t want to do their job and hence quote a high fee that doesnt make sense so that they don't have to work.
Also, two of my friends have had their parcels "LOST" so conveniently. Something is clearly not right.

I ordered a product from this company in Dec 2018 it is now Feb 27, 2019, as of this date still have not received the item that I ordered.
Do not order from this company. You will lose your money.

1.Payment complex (Pay button actually is a wallet top up button), hence order got cancelled.
2. Live Chat agent was unprofessional, couldn't care less about your cancelled order.
3. Replicated cancelled order, website does nothing to warn you on any items that they drop due to whatever reason.
4. Live Chat agent (Point 2) has no intention to warn you on missing items either.
5. Log ticket takes forever for a reply.
6. Ticket logged in point 5 was replied by a person that does not understand English and the respond was totally incomprehensible.
7. Calling "ez"buy does not help, they have 4 options, but none of the options has anyone answering calls. Best thing is that they do not have a call queue, so your call drops right after selecting any option.
8. Entering in the survey on their website prompt ZERO action.
9. More tickets were logged on why order is delayed, but is responded with excuses on their new ERP and whatever reasons, do you think your customer care?
10. Multiple request for cancellation are not fulfilled even when items have not been shipped out. Cust Svc agents will use delay tactics to for order status to change, so you will not cancel the orders.
11. New ETA of delivery resulted in no-show. (Surprised?)
12. Good luck canceling more than one order, the agents stupidly go by order line items.
