I like the glasses I ordered, but they took a really long time to get delivered and I didn't even order lenses. The website said 2-3 days for just frames. It took longer than that. It took so long that I thought maybe my order didn't go though. I sent an email asking if they got my order - no response. Then I called and the rudest woman answered. She seemed irritated with me before I even spoke. I told her what day I put my order through and that I was checking to make sure it went through because I never got a confirmation email or an email with shipping details like it stated I should've. So she takes my information and then goes "so what, you want a refund or to return your order or something?" In the rudest voice a person could possibly use. So not only was she rude and not listening to what I was asking, but seemed completely incompetent to do any job for that matter. Once she realized I was just checking to see that my order went through, she was slightly nicer, but wtf I'm glad I didn't actually have a problem with my order. Even though I didn't actually have a problem with my order, my experience with customer service was so bad that I will probably never order from this company again. Because if I actually did have a problem, it seems like it would have been a completely upsetting experience to deal with. So thanks for the glasses, but no thanks on the customer service employees. Hire nicer people. They are the fronts to your company. If they are bad, it makes your whole company look bad. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that nothing goes wrong with these frames because I really don't want to talk to your customer service people ever again.

The widget for trying glasses on didn't work. It let me take a photo of myself and stored it, but it wouldn't apply glasses to my photo. It didn't work with the stock photos, either. Another panel was obscuring the widget. I also had problems at checkout. After selecting Minnesota (domestic) as my state, the checkout applied UPS International Express for $47 as my only shipping option. After returning a few hours later, logging in again, and refreshing the page, I was presented with normal, domestic shipping options: USPS for FREE or UPS Next Day for $12. Other than these issues, I appreciated the many options for selecting frames and the detailed explanations of the various lens and coating options, as well as how to measure for frames. I'm buying progressive lenses for the first time, and I really needed those explanations.

I paid $12 for shipping to get next day delivery. My order was placed on Thursday. My frames didn’t even get shipped until Monday meaning I will get the frames Tuesday. Not happy. Called and left a message for customer service and no ones returned my call.
