Worst service ever!!
Ordered £400 Norrona trousers,then received multiple emails saying I hadn't paid for them, when I had! Then got more emails asking for the funds I had already paid. Then I got told I ordered another pair, so got hassled for funds for that, even though I had not ordered them! After that I got told my original order was being posted. Hooray.... 4 days later I then got told they are still waiting for my money, which they already had! Over 6 emails asking for funds, which had already been taken out. Shocking service, STAY CLEAR OF THIS DODGEY COMPANY

Ordered Lowa walking boots. Had to email for paypal link which was odd. Other than that, the boots arrived from Germany to Ireland in 7 days. I didn't receive a dispatch email or delivery updates but would otherwise consider this a very positive experience.

Sent faulty item and won't communicate with me regarding this. Emailed, called Germany from UK, no answer and no replies to web questions on their website. Absolutely disgusting - thieving xxxxxs.

First of all, i have ordered from this company before, and the service (that time) was excellent.
Anyway, i placed a new order on 26th Aug. Never had an update, other than the automated email, so had to chase them (via phone/email) quite a few times. They eventually said that the item was out of stock and they were trying to get a replacement. Nothing happened, so i chased them again! Only to be told that it was now out of stock. I could then either cancel the order or order something else with a 5 euro voucher. I cancelled the order and they then refunded me the next day. However, there's a difference of approx £25! I emailed again, asking to speak to management, but no reply (as usual). So, not only do i have to chase them, and they've had my money in their bank for nearly 4 weeks!, but they then give me less money back.
I will never, ever deal with this company again.
Please think carefully before ordering anything with them......

Absolutely terrible experience - would advise to avoid at all costs.
I purchased a pair of climbing shoes - after an online search they appeared to have the specific model I wanted a few pounds cheaper than the competition. Little did I realise that their business model appears to be to request the items from the manufacturer only AFTER your order - leading to a best case scenario 2 week turnaround between order and receiving the item. Unfortunately, mine was not a 'best case scenario' - apparently they had a supply issue which left me without the shoes for three weeks. I could live with all this if their customer service hadn't been so rubbish. Suggestions that they had provided a left than perfect service where met with first silence and then - after I called them - incredulity. No apology or offer of discount or compensation was ever extended.
It's just not worth dealing with this useless company and wasting loads of your time to save yourself a few quid - spend the extra fiver and get your stuff from somewhere reputable.

GOODS NOT DELIVERED, FALSE INFORMATION ON WEBSITE
Ordered goods were not dispatched even after 6 days (advertised: 1-2 days)! Several times we wrote them and pointed out that we needed the items within a week (which was far longer time than they advertised). However, the last day before deadline they still had even not dispatched the goods and cancelled the whole order, leaving us without needed equipment for a trip which we had to cancel! Big "thanks", eXXpozed!
DO NOT ORDER from this shop unless you are willing to wait ages (weeks, as per other reviews)! Their advertised delivery (dispatch) time frames are completely FALSE!

I ordered from the UK. The delivery time shows 4-5 business days. After 6 business days I got in contact to them via live chat (they don't reply to emails) and found out they hadn't received the item yet. I should receive it next week - so more than 2 weeks after ordering.

Bought 2 pair of boots from them and it took nearly 3 weeks for them to be delivered and I emailed then twice to get an update which did not happen on either occasion. Also made the fatal mistake of using Amazon Pay for the good, never again! I was charged twice for the goods until I rang Amazon and sorted it out with them.

Order bag and sweetshirt. There are no sweetshirt in stock, it`s ok. They say send me refund for this. But after month I do not recieved refund and my order(status of the order doues not changed). They do not answer me via email. So i dont know what to do. VERY BAD(light words)

Ordered climbing stuff and paid price with paypal. 5 days later I receive an email that they had no payment. I double check money was deducted, I let them know. They acknowledge receipt of price of products they just want more now. Im amazed how they can stay on market with an attitude like this.

Is there a Zero star option? I ordered a jacket in December 2018 and paid 692 Euros which was confirmed by online chatting, I then received an email saying payment received. And then I received the jacket, everything was ok and I was happy.
Until May 2019 they posted me a letter saying I owe them 26 Euros!! This company is unbelievable. I sent emails to the customer service and they answered my email pretty quickly, and pretty rude! Please do not use this company. They are nightmare. I regret that I didn't read all the reviews first before buying from them.
I do not recommend this eXXpozed at all. They are not trustworthy, they do not respect customer.

Ordered jacket which according to website was in stock. Two and half weeks later items is finally shipped. Tried to cancel order but no response to mulitple email requests until after the item was shipped and then an email to say items can not be cancelled after they have shipped. Infuriating. DHL now have the parcel and it is impossible to contact them to re-arrange a suitable delivery time. I have spent 2 hours trying to do so including using their app. I rearrange to pick up from a local pickup point and they change the delivery day ! I shop online a lot and have never come accross a shop that takes so long to respond to customer communications or makes it so difficult to cancel an order. Ontop of that DHL are impossible to deal with. I am not a happy customer

Awful awful awful! Tried ordering a pair of approach shoes and found exactly what I was looking for at a decent price. BUT there was no way to pay for this on their site except by making a bank transfer and is was a Friday evening this was not going to go through to the following Monday and I needed these within the week. It states a paypal option but no link or details of how to do this.
Tried phoning (Germany) and was held in a queue with 2 ahead of me. 15 minutes later I was through but I wasn't as I was cut off. So tried there call back service for Saturday morning but no one rang. Booked it again for Monday morning, no one rang!
i ordered anyway and made a bank transfer.
received an email 2 days later stating I had underpaid. Decided to cancel as I was now not getting them on time and stated the problem. They email back to say they were cancelled and my credit card had not been charged but I had not paid by credit card but bank transfer
They also stated that delivery was 5 days plus3 extra days for the UK but I cant find that on their website.
Still not received any confirmation that I will be reimbursed as according to them I haven't been charged but I have the bank transfer confirmation to say I have. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Cant speak for anyone else on here but after my experience I would have to say ignore the NEGATIVE comments. Ordered a pair of climbing shoes from eXXpozed and to be totally honest I cant really fault the service. Aside from waiting 2 days for and order confirmation the service was good. Able to track my parcel daily on its way from Germany and received txt message to inform me the day before delivery. 100% recommend.

No custumer service ! Very Poor !
I didn’t received all my order (one product out of three ordered). Very bad custumer service, emails and chatbot unanswered or just to saying “please send it in German or English” (even if my first message was in French and English). Three weeks since my first email and still no answer!
I send pictures and copy of an email of Colissimo where they recognize there is a problem with my package so it will be very easy to them to be refund and refund me.

Advertise shoes at prices that they can't fulfil. No customer service other than standard emails that do not answer questions. Managed to cancel my order eventually using their website chat feature.
Amazed this company is even in business.

ordered item, 8 days later received email stating they will email when item ready for dispatch so clearly they did not have item in stock but had a cancel order option so took it. received email saying send item back for refund so replied cant send item back as you have not dispatched check your email . that was 10 days ago no refund no email and phone line disconnected but you still get auto response from emails saying they will reply in 2 days

AVOID. Ordered T-Shirt 2 weeks ago, received no word of dispatch nothing. Tried to contact via email no response for over a week. Phone queue for 30 minutes no response. Requested call back no response. Requested email back no response. Shirts arrived today randomly.

Ordered and never got a confirmation despite entering credit card info. Saw my CC was never charged so thought was a fluke and I would try again. Same experience second time. No confirmation email post order and CC never charged. Also emailed them asking about this and have received no response. Wonder if they are still in operation?

Order No. EU-00018811 - terrible shopping experience. Never, ever again I will buy anything from this shop. I ordered Kjus IKE pants on 11.03.2019. They sent me pants in wrong color. It took me 2weeks to manage to send it back. Today after 1 month I received new pants - again the same wrong color. Very limited feedback from customer service. When I wanted to discuss this on their live Chat, they immediately went off line. Highly recommend to stay well clear of Exxpozed.

Wish I'd read these reviews before ordering!
Awful customer service. Glad I paid via Amazon Pay as I had to raise a claim a refund weeks after I returned the item. Also price on the website was quoted in GBP but processed in EUR along with a foreign exchange fee! To an insult to injury it cost me £13 to return the item to Germany. My advise is to avoid at all costs.
