The response to the client is very very slow
The storage fee is very expensive
They do not care about customer satisfaction
They don't support PayPal
The shipping cost they have is expensive
My package cost me 50 dollars and weighs 5 pounds
But the shipping price with the storage fee is $ 193.55 and will increase 5 $ every days
Many months have passed and they have not solved my problem with one cheap package

I had previously worked with many shipping companies. This is by far the best in terms of cost and quality. They have excellent services and support, at unbeatable prices. Let’s say you buy 15 items and you chose their cheapest competitor. Only for photo service (meaning that they photograph the condition of the bought item) this will cost as much as the total shipping fees to your location. In expressfromus, is totally free and the same goes for so many other basic services like consolidation etc. I know people who used alternative shipping companies and paid 3 to 4 times the costs of expressfromus for the same things. Bottom line: the packaging is great and they always find the best rates. A great bargain even if you would have to pay double for what they offer- simply because they are cheap in everything except their quality and services.

I shipped three packages in last two month via this company and everything is OK. They provides free photos of the incoming items. Free storing purchases up to 90 days. The warehouse is at Tax-Free state and it helps to save additional money. Every package is excellent packed. I will use this service again.

I asked their live chat a simple question, they cannot even answer me. "All operators are busy??" You've already joined the conversation, how "busy" or unavailable is that?

I get the feeling they just don't wanna answer the question. Maybe they think I'm a spy sent from their rivals or something. This is so stupid because the DHL prices are way lower than other websites and I just wanna make sure if it's actually the one that will take 2-5 days. I am a legit shopper too.
Also, leaving the conversation like that, rude much? If their service acts like this now, I cannot imagine how they would respond once they get their money and if something happens to the package. I was so close to ordering from them but bye.
