A sincere voice helped me restart my kindle which had closed down
a few months after fitting an Amazon case.
He talked me through resetting my password.
It was expensive but worth it to be able to use my kindle again.

The person tried hard and was helpful but could not help me, yet when he finished he started to play and change some of my settings which made me restart from original my PC, the only thing I regret is the tip I gave him for being childish, hope he doesn't get into my PC and do it again but he knows what he is doing, for that I give him credit. He has my email just hope and prays he does not screw my PC up.

The technician was knowledgeable, patient and solved my problem and was available on a call back to get me set up on a new Tablet and get some aps loaded and had I needed additional assistance would have been available to help me. well worth the cost. He has me as a customer for life. I finally found someone who was concerned less about making a buck and more about helping me and not leaving me stranded before I paid more money for additional help.

WOW! This was an incredible experience. I've been trying for 3 months to figure out why I couldn't access my personal FB page on my computer, but could on my phone. Elixir responded to my question and was not only friendly, patient, and reassuring, but he SOLVED my problem! I will absolutely use these folks again. $27!? amazing.

Because of my age, I work best with slow delivery and simple sentences. It takes me awhile to process things. The interview was very long and rambling. Personally, I think about 1/3 of the verbiage could have been left out without affecting the information needed by the customer. My training in this issue was be clear, concise, brief, and factual. A lot of repetition is not necessary if things are stated clearly the first time. At times I felt more like you were trying to 'sell' me on getting a job done, rather than just giving me the needed information, and it confused me. I got what I needed, and I appreciate that, but frankly, I didn't like the process.

Okay, this review is based on ONE experience, but it was excellent. I tried the ExpertHelp based upon a simple Google search, paid the reasonable price, typed my question, then crossed my fingers — and it worked great. My technician and I exchanged a few chats until it became obvious we needed better communication, so I initiated a Zoom screen-sharing session and he joined, and we worked back and forth until the issue was resolved.

Wanted to set up a business Facebook page. Guy sounded like he'd set up his own and now was calling himself an expert. Couldn't answer questions like "Can people post to my page?" First he said yes, then when he tested it and it didn't work, he spent 30 minutes fooling around to try and figure it out. Called me back later to say it can't be done, but couldn't say why (I have in my settings to allow people to post). Couldn't tell me how to post as a page to other groups (said it couldn't be done, but I have seen it done by other pages). Couldn't tell me the purpose of the user name, said he'd never created one for himself. Waste of money..

Phone person was very helpful and patient with me. As a new owner I was extremely disappointed that I had to pay for customer service. I printed some 80+ pages of instructions and they are not helpful if you don’t already know something about an Apple phone. I wish now I had chosen another brand. I won’t be recommending Apple to anyone.

I had pop up ads constantly on screen in front of my 'work'. I have adremover program and they said the problem came from my Lenova computer. I sought help there and ended with Expert Help which I thought was Lenova. A gentleman had me stay with my pointer and it seemed the ads were coming from Google Chrome and it looked like we eliminated the site, smaller pop ups coming from my pacbell sign in through Yahoo. Today the larger ones are back plus the smaller ones. The man was patient with me, but I wonder if I was fleeced of my computer information, even though he didn't access my computer by himself. I keep hoping it will improve.
