Terrible coverage. We should be getting 12Mbps and most days it's down to 0.85 or 1.5.
They never accept that their service is not good enough. It's always our fault. We now have to turn off all other appliances that can connect to the internet just to download the smallest thing.

It just gets worse.
After taking money from my card without me permission and after my contract with them was cancelled they have repeatedly said they would ring me back but have not. Every time I call them they say they will look into it and call me back.
My advice is do not get entangled in the net of this company. I will be calling them again and again and will keep you informed about how I get on.

Excom do not deliver their contract speeds.
I have a contract for 15 meg down and 1up.
I only received on average 1 meg down and upload .10 meg this has been happening for several weeks.
Also there are many disconnections during the day.It is very difficult to get them on the phone and they make promises which they dont keep.
The customer service is awful.
I was told their current problems with their speed in my area(Calpe)is due to their equipment not being able to deliver the necessary bandwidth and it needs to be uograded,and they have to apply for a licence,
this could take months!
Why they didnt see this problem coming and uograde their equipment earlier is a mystery.
Excom is disorganised and a shambles there is no internal communication even their engineers were not told why they have their existing problems so they were giving the wrong advice.
This company should be avoided at all costs
they are putting me out of business with their bad service.

I had a problem with my internet signal and sent an email asking them to test it. They replied within a couple of hours and explained to me the correct way to check the signal (via a cable and not via your router i.e. wirelessly) I still was'nt satisfied and within a few hours a very polite chap came on the phone and we did an online test. The fault was at my end not theirs so fairs fair I want to give them a good review, thanks Excom for really good service.
