All support tickets was resolved within 1 or 2 days. In term of hosting, so far everything are fine. It will be good if can increase the files count per hosting plan, then I can rate it for 5 stars.
Will definitely recommend Exabytes to my friends.

Their platform is buggy and slow, I hate to write negative comment because I hate encountering issue that I cannot tolerate.
Just few days ago, I've update a new IP on the DNS. I wasn't functioning, I wondered why I refresh the page few hours later and notice the IP hasn't update.
Okay, I update again once. Refresh the page and confirm the new IP is updated, on their platform, their page, it's showing my new IP there.
I waited almost a day, found it fishy because the IP remain the same when I ping it. I mailed the customer service support to aid me, back and forth the message are short. Which are common answers like, "do you really", "are you sure", "please wait while I transfer", "you cannot do this", "hold on let me check the issue".
They have a live chat box in their platform but believe me. It is only a chat box. One thing even frustrated me was, one of their support member actually, "Please wait while I transfer this ticket to...", and the ticket ended up transferring back to himself!
The case solve only after I open a ticket in the .com website.
One simple issue that require a click of "update" now takes over 5 days and 10+ mails to solve.
I wouldn't want to contact them if their platform did not update my DNS.
I found I wasn't the only person here complaining about their CS.
They are almost awesome to receive 8 feedback in 6 days time.
Update: I believe the customer service are outsourced, they know very little about the technical stuff.

I have been getting fast and accurate help from Exabytes support, especially in the last 6 months or so.
On my last request, the immediate problem was solved and I was told to request help from my WP theme provider for more information and help to avoid the problem in the future. I appreciated being told where to see further help. Sometimes we just don't know where the source of the problem is. Thanks!
