1. Working conditions

Because of this, you are tired, working even faster like a robot on a machine and you sometimes make stupid mistakes. If Anton Abramov makes some kind of fixes for you, forget about what he will pay you for this work.

I ordered ten panties from the website and NINE of them I received were wrong. After returning the package two weeks ago I still haven't received the refund. When I called the customer service they said my refund needed 5 more days to be processed because I received the wrong items. W*F !!! You sent out the wrong items to the customer and because of your mistake the customer has to wait for more time to receive the refund? It's ridiculous. Also, the representative didn't feel sorry about sending the wrong items to the customer and not a single word of apology to the customer. What a ridiculous customer service and terrible company!!!

Their first shipping was missing two bras. At the beginning they insisted on only one was missing. After a couple of emails/calls they refunded both (the manager hanged me up on the phone). After trying on the rest, I returned five of them due to the size and material. Only four were refunded. I emailed to ask why the 5th one wasn't refunded and was told no tag was attached to the 5th item. I only tried on all the bras once and carefully placed every bra to be returned back to each individual plastic bag. Every tag for every bra was on. The bras I didn't return are still sitting in the bag with all tags on. This is so low class---they are not happy that they had to refund the first two missing bras, so now they picked the most expensive bra I returned and said it didn't have tag on. Even each plastic bag the bra was shipped in was returned. I'm filing a complaint with BBB and will go to the bottom of this, because of this kind of cheating behavior shouldn't be tolerated. Also what's ridiculous is I'm trying to review the bras I purchased, none of the bad reviews will go through on their website. No wonder most of the products have no reviews and even those with reviews, are 5 stars.

Nobody's gonna answer the customer service call. And if you email them, the attitude is good and the problem will not be solved. I bought 6 products from the website and the most expensive one was missing. I called the customer service 5 times and no one answered. I wrote an email to the customer service asking them to ship the missing item to me, but the staff insisted that nothing was missing and every product I ordered was shipped to me until I took a picture of the stuff I received. Finally, they promised in the email that the item missing would be shipped within 2 working days. I waited for 4 working days and nothing happened, and they told me the item would be shipped within the next 24 hours after I sent an email. Then another 2 working days passed and I received a refunding email, the product was out of stock during the time they delayed for shipping. In a word, terrible service. I am not gonna make any purchase from this brand, no more!

I have bought five panties including 2 for s size and 3 for m size, but only one panty waist of S size is tight, others are suitable to me.So maybe the s size number of this tight one is made a mistake.

First time purchase but received a deceptive item. Returned for an exchange, but it's been a week I still have not received the item. Wish there were better quality control or some types of compensation to customers since it was deceptive.

It was my first time ordering this brand. I ordered 2 bras and 2 shorts according to my VS size. Unfortunately they were all too small for me. I cut one price tag accidentally. I emailed the customer service asking if I could return if the price tag was cut off. They did reply fast but answered email like a robot. She did not say yes or no, but just copied their return policy to me. So I ended up with returning only 1 bra and 1 short which I had never tried on. I received the refund fast. Now I don't know what to do with the other half of my order.
