I purchased a Hoshizaki ice maker in April 2019. On their website, it said free delivery, when I checked out my cart, they charged me $15.00 for residential delivery, I called EverythingKitchen.com to find out why there is a charge, the lady told me that it was for lift gate, I agreed to pay. In June 2019, I received a $137 lift gate bill from Fed Ex Ground. I called Everythingkitchen and talked to Brett, at the beginning he said accounts dept will settle the bill. But I kept receiving the same bill from Fed Ex, and they are sending my bill to collection agency. I called Brett again, his response was that upper management refused to pay for the charges. I am now stuck with $137 bill to pay. Everythingkitche.com is not a fair company!!! customer service is terrible!!!

Untrustworthy, unscrupulous company that should not be in business. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. My husband and I had such a painful experience with them which was due to shifty and devious "internal policies". Robotic customer service, nasty owner.

I love shopping here. Have made several major purchases on this site. My only complaint is that I bought a commercial stand mixer by KitchenAid. I love KitchenAid but not this mixer. I love cooking cakes and other things with KitchenAid. This bowl is too heavy to lift. I would not recommend it unless you are strong. Wish I had returned it. Don't buy unless you can lift heavy bowl.

I made the huge mistake of purchasing 2 attachments for my Kenwood Chef machine. The first one came alright. The second one?... Almost 3 weeks and absolutely no idea when I will get it. The excuse? They sell products they DON'T have and then blame the brand for the delay!!! I have tried to get an exact date of delivery (I imagine that cannot be so difficult): absolutely no answer from customer service. They have gone on a deep dive... Shameful customer service. Avoid buying from them!

I had read some negative reviews but the price of the KitchenAid mixer I wanted was more than $100 cheaper than Amazon so I took a leap and ordered my mixer. I got an email immediately about my order, then another one the next day that it had been mailed. Two days later my mixer was hand delivered to my front porch!! I opened it carefully and out came a really brand new beautiful professional mixer! My mixer works great! I am so happy and pleased with the KitchenAid professional 7 qt mixer from Everything Kitchens. I wanted to leave a review because of the entire process was 100% positive!

Item #: KSMSFTA on 10-18-2018 prior to the cutoff time for shipment. After a hassle of Customer Service requiring they speak to me (to confirm I placed the order!! No issue with the card-the charge was already sitting on my card waiting to be released)--which delayed the order by a day, the order was finally shipped on 10-19-2018 and received on 10-24-2018.
I rate the ordering process as 1 star, but because FedEx delivered quickly I would give 2 stars.

I spoke to customer service rep and was told the cardboard box and foam were the storage case!! WHAT!!?? So when you buy a TV the cardboard box and foam are "storage containers?"
I am returning the item as I was willing to pay more because there was a "storage case." However, I can find a less expensive accessory and cardboard box somewhere else.
Now I wait for an RMA label and then ship back to the company, and then another 3-5 days for a credit on my cc. Ridiculous!
A mistake in the description is one thing, but to try and pass off a cardboard box and foam as a "storage case"--that is poor company representation!
So 2 starts changed to ZERO, but I have to give a star just to FYI everyone--there is no case!

Great! I ordered several Fiestaware dishes, they arrived fast! I ended up not liking the Ivory color and called to return them for white. Brett in Customer Service was very helpful. All I needed was to pay the return shipping, which is very fair considering the order was originally shipped free and I changed my mind. They did not charge a restock fee. I opted for the store credit on my return and was able to even exchange for the white dishes. I will purchase all my kitchen needs from Everything Kitchens!

I got the 4.25 qt cane mixing bowl. The box looked like it had been in a soccer game. I opened it, after hearing NO RATTLE of broken glass and there IT WAS IN ITS SPLENDID BEAUTY AND SHINE! I laughed over the packaging because it was wrapped like you wouldn't believe. KUDOS AND I LOVE MY BOWL. DONT TOUCH MINE. GET YOUR OWN.

Could you add an option to add free return on your items. I am willing to pay but I didn't like When we buy a product we should fell in love with the product because If we want to return it we need to pay the shipment.
Please add a note like this to aware the customers;

When you purchase this item, you need to consider these;
-If you want to return you need to pay bunch of money,
-If you want to change it with the similar product Nope! We don't accept that. Why are you changing? We already got your money. Don't try it. Because we are not changing. Ta daa offer ended already.
-Amazon is expensive buy it from us and If you don't like it ; Live with your product.
-You need to satisfy with your product. Don't think anything. Don't look at somewhere else. Costco ? Free return? They give Your money back? Don't think those kind of ideas. We are not Costco we are not a big company. We just do some offers some time and sell it to you. Don't think about return or exchange or anything.
We have a big warehouse which has too many products that need to send one of our client to get one more one star review on our website.

Worst company to order from! Their website glitched during checkout and I was sent the wrong item. No big deal, I thought once I let them know they would fix the mistake.... What was I thinking!
IF you think they will own up to a mistake by their own website: think again! This type of unreasonable behavior is ALL THE WAY UP TO MANAGEMENT! Here is where the fun begins: do NOT even try to return an item back to them, you would be better off keeping it! I have NEVER seen a worst return policy.
I rarely (if ever) take the time to write any reviews (good or bad); but dealing with Everything Kitchens made me feel like I was dealing with a company in a third world country or black hole; I had to take my time to write a review in hopes of helping others form having to deal with them.

I ordered a “New” Kitchen Aid stand in mixer and it was clearly used as the bowl had MULTIPLE SCRATCHES ALL OVER. Now I’m scared to return as shipping will cost at least $40 and with paying the 10% processing fee it will make me $65 out of pocket.
DO NOT SHOP AT EVERYTHING KITCHENS. Even if they are cheaper by $10-20, returning it will cost a lot more and they repack used products to sell as new so you never know if you’ll receive a trully new product or a USED PRODUCT. Now I have to wash and disinfect this bowl and make it work!

I was trying to place an order on the Kitchenaid Artisan mixer for the site's price of 229.99. When I got to check out it would not let me advance through check out, I repeatedly got error messages saying to try again later. I tried for hours, only to have the price change to a higher price when the order advanced. Be aware and cautious when ordering from this site. I contacted their customer service to let them know about the problem but they continued to respond with store policy and practices that didn't apply to my problem. They weren't understanding the issue and seemed not to be interested in making an effort to address the problem with their site for future orders or future customers. I will NOT be ordering from them in the future. They lost a new first customer with me. Be aware of the functioning of their faulty website and prices changing when ordering!

Prices are not better than Amazon and other sites.Their coupons are limited to specific items. But what is really different is their return policy. It is without a doubt the worst and most onerous process I have ever seen for online sales. Also the customer has to pay for return shipping which can be very expensive for heavy or large items. Be very careful what you order from them. Make sure you won't be returning it.

It is a terrible experience with Everything Kitchens.
I bought a grain miller from this company. The company website says it can mill lots of grain, barley, rice, oats, etc. I think "etc" includes other grain.
I bought it and tried to mill the millet, but the machine can not mill the millet.
I tried to return the product, but the manager told me since it has touch the food, they will not allow return.
What a terrible company with shady business.
Stay away from this company, buy everything from Amazon!

I hate this company, like the previous reviewer said, their return policy is non-sense. They require customer to pay for the return shipping (which I think is reasonable). BUT they even charge 10% processing fee on an un-open, still in seal original box item. They said it take time and human resource to put back the brand-new, un-open, un-used item to the shelf to sell. If this company would not like to spend time and effort to run the business, just close it please. It is completely non-sense for customers to bear shipping and ALSO pay extra 10% fee on a completely new and in a seal box item to return. Not buy from this company again even they are a few dollar cheaper.

I ordered my mixer on Wednesday and received it two days later on Firiday! Wow!

I have never been treated so good from a company for a very long time. Their interaction with me was beyond what I can translate in words, what I mean by that ....when you go to purchase something from a company or a store they always try to oversell you things like purchase that or buy this, how about that...you can't afford this but how about that....they always have this mentality to get a sale out of you, even if for what you came in is out of your price range they always try to direct you towards something else. Well, with my experience with Everything Kitchens this didn't happen. The treatment I received from them was more like a human to human or a friend to friend type of interaction, if I can put it into words, but way better than that! They also made sure that they had the best prices around and I made sure of that before I contacted them. In the discussions with Brett, which were several, they were very close to the type of conversations I use to have with my best friend that I lost many years ago. I felt that heart feeling connection and keep in mind that I never met this guy but the way that everything took place in the discussions and they way the questions were asked and the way my responses were handled really I can not put a price on that. I will try to summarize it the best I can: Brett wanted to make sure that what I was trying to purchase was the best for me, that I received the best service possible, that I received the answers to any questions, that I was getting the best price in the country, that the service was exceptional, that the communication was very pleasant, etc. etc.
I mean what more can you ask for? Those are the type of things that you get from your best friend but I got those things from a company and from this guy Brett and frankly I don't believe you will find those things anywhere else. And I still believe that I have way under described this experience. I strongly suggest you give them a try with whatever questions, issues,wants or wishes you may have. You might come to a place here that is a very high chance you will get what you want and beyond. Thank you very much for everything Brett! I ordered a 600 Series KitchenAid Professional Stand mixer as a gift as well as an attachment for my Bosch. The price on the KitchenAid was at least $50 cheaper than the next cheapest price I found anywhere!
Unfortunately, the person who packed the order put the Bosch box inside the KitchenAid box and did not wrap or cushion it in any way. In transit, the Bosch box scuffed the stand mixer. I was so disappointed because it arrived late on a Thursday afternoon and the Bridal Shower was the next Saturday morning.
I called Everything Kitchens first thing on Friday morning and explained the situation, saying that I needed to either return the mixer for a refund (I would buy a replacement locally) or they could overnight me a replacement. The rep needed to discuss the situation with Brett before acting which was totally acceptable to me.
As it turned out, I later spoke directly with Brett who was great! Attentive, professional and wiling to help in the exact manner that I needed. They sent me a return label and I went straight to the UPS store with the mixer. Just as soon as they received confirmation that it was in the system they sent out a replacement, overnight.
In the interest of Great Customer Service they immediately acted (at additional cost to them) to make sure that I had the right product, in perfect gift-giving shape, on time.
Great Customer service begets loyalty and I will be back!

Placed an order of $230 on Oct1. Status was kept as "Processing" for a few days. Sent and email to ask for update, but no reply, and they just cacelled my order. Have to wait and verify if they refund to me or not.
