Tried to buy 3 tickets but at the last hurdle there was a ‘technical difficulty’ and my tickets were cancelled but money was taken out of my account. How can I go about getting my money back? Or even trying to get the tickets back?

I had a good experience with Eventim. I overestimate to Madness at Wolverhampton Racecourse. Initially I was nervous when I was emailed saying my tickets would arrive about 5 days before the concert, but just as promised the tickets came!

Do not use if possible.
Bought a resale ticket that I expected would be sent via mail. It was sent by Fansale as a package via UPS, who attempted to deliver to my home address and wasn’t collected as I work full time. I also never received any notification of a delivery attempt until I checked the tracking myself which was not easy or obvious to do. The concert is tomorrow and I doubt I have any way of getting my ticket in time. Waste of my money and my time. I will not be using this site again.

First they charged £2.50 for a mobile ticket. Then I wanted to book a second ticket and change the original booking so we could sit together. Lots of seats were still available. Their process was so complicated and time consuming it was not worth the effort. It isn't like I wanted a refund, I wanted to give them more money for gods sake.

Missed an event due to been given the wrong tickets which were dated for last years gig. Tickets bought for mother’s day for Boyslife event. Tickets stated the event was in October however this was not the case, the gig was in September and we have now missed it and not entitled to a refund. I have now lost £70 and we didn’t get to see the concert. Eventim will not own up to their mistake and keep passing the blame onto someone else. I will be taking this much further and seeking legal advice. Absolute joke of a company and I will not be booking with them again.

I received a ticket with an incorrect name. I was sure that one phone will solve the problem, how much I was wrong !!! I have the impression that there are incompetent buffoons working there. They could not help me, or rather they did not want to help.I have not met such a rude customer service for a long time. My request to escalate the problem to someone above was unanswered.

Rude, patronising, condescending, unhelpful, unreliable. Did I miss anything?
I booked two tickets for Rammstein at Milton Keynes three months before the concert. No update whatsoever until just now, just over three weeks from the concert date. I requested an update on three separate occasions and was treated with contempt, at the very fact I had asked what was happening with my £150.00.
Eventually I got sick of waiting and asked them to cancel the order that was still 'Being Processed'. Suddenly, they decided to process the order and send the tickets out immediately - within 4 hours of my cancellation request. Following this, I received a lengthy, patronising, rude and verging-on offensive e-mail regarding their Terms and Conditions and strongly implying that I was wasting this woman's time by daring to request such a thing.
Truly the most hideous experience I've ever had with buying concert tickets. I'll go to this concert, and I'll enjoy it, in the knowledge that I will never use this company ever again. If my advice is worth anything, avoid this company at all costs. There are far better services for such things - that are far more deserving of your money.

I booked to see a show with Eventim in October 2019. The booking was made on 6th March. In late June I was advised that the promoter had cancelled the event and so a refund would then follow. I assumed I would get all of the monies that I had paid refunded, but I was wrong. I only received a partial refund minus £16 for booking fees and administration even though I printed out my own tickets. This doesn't seem right nor fair that if an event is cancelled through no fault of my own that I am left out of pocket like this. However, this is what normally happens in the industry according to their regulatory body STAR. As long as they say in their terms and conditions that a full refund will not be made in the event of a cancellation they can legally do this to customers like me. I will never book with Eventim again as this is daylight robbery.

After booking through Eventim to see Dirty Dancing my seats were changed without any notification. It’s only when I went on the seating plan and saw my original seats were available again I rang up to query it. I paid £46.33 per ticket and the venue were only charging £21! No senior citizen or child rate either so I paid more than double what the venue would’ve charged. After ringing twice and filling out the online contact form requesting a refund I was told if I sent an email of confirmation of the seat change they’d email me with a solution, I have heard nothing! That was 4 days ago now. I don’t mind paying a bit more to a third party but more than double and changing my seats without letting me know was not on as my Mum is visually impaired so I have to book specific seats. I explained this but still no email. Very disappointed and lesson learned to go through the venue next time!!
