Bought tickets through eventim, for an event happening in an eventim venue.
The concert got cancelled, however the refund only included face value price and eventim kept their own cut of the price I paid.
I essentially paid eventim £24 for nothing, and their customer service is just smugly hiding behind their T&Cs.
This is an absolutely shameful practice and an outright scam where eventim are shifting the cost of their own poor admin on customers.

My sister has just booked tickets to an event for our parents. She informed me that the booking fee was £27 a ticket...£54 charge for buying a pair of tickets online? Apparently the booking fee was a percentage of the ticket fee, so you are punished for buying a premium seat yet the online transaction and process is exactly the same. When booking fees are typically a few pounds, how on earth is this justifiable?

Dishonest company. Event was cancelled, they kept the "service and postage" fee even though they didn't provide a service and didn't post any tickets. They also kept the booking fees even though those booking never materialised. They also kept my money for months, and I bet they earned interests on that too! This is a scam and theft if you ask me and should be punishable by law. I placed an order and it was never delivered, I should be entitled to a full refund. Disgusting business practices, avoid!

Charged £2.50 'ticket collection fee' for a ticketless event (customers give their name on the door). This was on top of a £37 booking fee for 2 tickets.

Tried to buy 3 tickets but at the last hurdle there was a ‘technical difficulty’ and my tickets were cancelled but money was taken out of my account. How can I go about getting my money back? Or even trying to get the tickets back?

I had a good experience with Eventim. I overestimate to Madness at Wolverhampton Racecourse. Initially I was nervous when I was emailed saying my tickets would arrive about 5 days before the concert, but just as promised the tickets came!

I have only given 1 star in order to write this review; its no stars for me. I purchased Foals tickets on the 25 Oct. The payment went through and I recieved confirmation from Paypal with the ticket details. At 12.20 Eventim sent an email saying I hadnt got tickets due to a glitch. I opened this email at 1.20pm. It said I needed to purchase more tickets by 1.30pm. There was no refund of my previous £93. I sent an email querying this and a DM on twitter to which I received a we are very sorry response and my money would take 7 to 14 days to be returned to me!!! I tried to ring several times... no answer. Several emails later with conflicting information from different members of staff and I am no further. Under what circumstances would any business take your money and give you nothing for it?? I am utterly disappointed to not only have no tickets; even more so that you are holding my money until the 2nd November!! This is unacceptable and unscrupulous!!! I have lodged a complaint, but other than you are sorry...thats it, which simply is not good enough!!

just been online to customer services due to being unable to use eventim gift vouchers to book. was told that although I want to tickets I have to book seperately and will have to pay twice for the extra charges. Ridiculous! why cant you just book 2 seats as normal. Also I could book one seat then go to book another and seat next to it could have been sold in meantime. Never again.

Got straight through to getting my tickets with no queue! It's amazing because minutes later it was all over social media that they'd sold out, eventim is now 100% my go to for gig tickets!

Do not use if possible.
Bought a resale ticket that I expected would be sent via mail. It was sent by Fansale as a package via UPS, who attempted to deliver to my home address and wasn’t collected as I work full time. I also never received any notification of a delivery attempt until I checked the tracking myself which was not easy or obvious to do. The concert is tomorrow and I doubt I have any way of getting my ticket in time. Waste of my money and my time. I will not be using this site again.

First they charged £2.50 for a mobile ticket. Then I wanted to book a second ticket and change the original booking so we could sit together. Lots of seats were still available. Their process was so complicated and time consuming it was not worth the effort. It isn't like I wanted a refund, I wanted to give them more money for gods sake.

Missed an event due to been given the wrong tickets which were dated for last years gig. Tickets bought for mother’s day for Boyslife event. Tickets stated the event was in October however this was not the case, the gig was in September and we have now missed it and not entitled to a refund. I have now lost £70 and we didn’t get to see the concert. Eventim will not own up to their mistake and keep passing the blame onto someone else. I will be taking this much further and seeking legal advice. Absolute joke of a company and I will not be booking with them again.

I received a ticket with an incorrect name. I was sure that one phone will solve the problem, how much I was wrong !!! I have the impression that there are incompetent buffoons working there. They could not help me, or rather they did not want to help.I have not met such a rude customer service for a long time. My request to escalate the problem to someone above was unanswered.
