Ordered 2 barstools - not inexpensive by any means - and they came damaged and appearance is very cheap.
Tried to get a REFUND and their policy is no refund on 'made to order' items. BUT...if the 'made to order' item is crap...and the customer isn't happy, then what? We are stuck with them!

I ordered 3 shelving units and an entertainment center, over $2500. The entertainment unit took over a month to be shipped. I had to get updates myself by calling. They communicated once by email during this month plus wait. I am now having to do the constant communication because one unit had missing parts so I could not build it. Was told 5 days ago that someone would contact me about when I could expect them. Of course no contact. I have agin sent emails via 2 different contact points. I will follow up on this feedback and will be fair. This company comes across as a poorly funded enterprise that doesn't keep up with its stock of the items it sells. One person orders, they act as a middle man and then submits your order. They give a run around on the phone without followup.

We are an entertainment that has dealt with many vendors and clients and we have to say this is the absolute WORST vendor I have ever ordered from. From the Management to customer service is absolutely horrible.
We have waited patiently for someone to get back to us about a stool that was missed priced by them and then had the audacity to turn around, canceled our order without speaking and explaining to us about the reason why.
When we had to call multiple times to get someone to explain why they couldn't accommodate the customer from their mistake; their people told us and any couldn't afford to buy a stool and take the lose for 149.99 from 11.99 that was stated on their website at tie time of purchase, because they are nothing more than a 3rd party company that buys and resells.
We still are waiting for my refund! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Do your self a favor and DO NOT order from here. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I am a designer who works with a lot of different vendors and I have to say this is the absolute WORST vendor I have ever ordered from. The customer service is horrible, I had multiple people lie to me and then try to blame the shippers as if it was their fault. I still am waiting for my refund!

Husband purchased a desk, file cabinet & bookcase. Price was great and quality was even better. Also the 2 gentlemen that delivered and set up the items were VERY courteous, professional, took time not to bang into walls and simply nice! We are thrilled with the experience and will be back to purchase items again!

They were great to work with, very friendly, very easy to get in touch with and responded very quickly. Our only issue was it took awhile to get our table because it was on back order and then it was delayed more. Other than that the experience was wonderful!!

I ordered several thousand dollars worth of products form Eurway for my small business office. Overall the quality of the products are great. However, I neither received an email from Eurway that the order was in transit, nor a call from a delivery driver to schedule the order. These are two items that Eurway communicated to me via email after I placed my order. When the order showed up out of the blue, I only had secretarial staff at the office. My staff was advised by the delivery driver that the order was dropped on the sidewalk on Friday, and they were presented with a slip to sign.
I deducted one star for the lack of communication and doing what they promised. Then I am deducting yet another star for kindly giving this feedback to Eurway customer service, to which they shirked off and ignored the feedback.
So overall, great products. Just know that the communication you receive from Eurway AFTER you place your order is nonexistent. They go dark on you after getting your money. Because of this I ordered my remaining few pieces from another company.

My shipment of bar stools were out of stock and took longer to arrive. However, every time I called for an update their staff was exceptionally friendly and informative. I would order from them again!

I do enjoy the three products I purchased from Eurway. The Walnut should match well with my desk when it gets here. The products look soundly built and the assembly was not a major thing to complete.
Deliver is my biggest complaint. Every delivery I have had from a furniture company with the size and weight of the items I ordered, have had white glove service delivering and installing the items in the house. I did recognize you did not have this option and think you should look into having this option, even at a cost.
My delivery guy stated I had to remove them from his truck and get them in my house on my own. The two filing cabinets and the bookcase each were extremely heavy and cumbersome boxes. He was absolutely unwilling to help in anyway, except to help lift them off the truck, only with my help.
I even informed him I had back surgery in June and was not suppose to be lifting and would even tip him generously for any help, but he refused. I also could not get help here in time so I did it all on my own causing me great pain for a few days.
I did go back to the delivery email and see the disclaimer about this, but it was never stated to me when they called to schedule delivery, nor was it in any information when paying for it online.
I feel this delivery system is extremely careless to the customer, and I am sure their are some customers that have no way of being able to do what I did with my delivery.
This makes me seriously question ever buying from Eurway again. As much as I am satisfied with the product, the delivery means outweighed the overall service process.
If you plan to continue that type of failed delivery system you should have a large red disclaimer before someone makes the purchase, or get with what most furniture companies are doing and provide a quality service of deliver into the house, and hopefully installation even at a cost.
If you need to contact me to discuss further I am happy to, but at this time I am not recommending Eurway because of the delivery method and terms and the disrespect by the driver bearing no empathy at all.

Ordered 3 bar stools in cream color. Was sent to black, and one cream. Was given RA number to return in original packing but not until talking to manager at customer service. Had to go out and buy ones as guests were coming to town. Then when I sent the 3 per instructions back to you, one was sent back to me somehow. Had to go through the whole RA process for this one random stool that was sent back to me, and ended up having to carry (and it's heavy) to fed ex. Additionally, I had ordered a desk chair, and after we put it together we realized it has a tiny chip out of the acrylic seat. After the above hassle we didn't even bother to return the office chair even though it is flawed. Will never order from Eurway again! I am only giving it 3 stars because the manager was very understanding and helpful.

We wanted a glass table with a lazy susan center. I thought the item would be impossible to find. I was so wrong. Eurway's glass table is beyond my expectations in looks, size, and ease of use. It was a little daunting to put it together because the screws just didn't quite fit correctly - but with some muscle and patience, we got it together. It is spectacular looking and very modern in design! I would always go to Eurway first to look for items for the home from this point on.

The co was on top of letting me know of shipping delays due to manufacturer back order. There was expressed concern with my satisfaction and offer to cancel the order with full refund.
So Cust serv and communication are great.
When the desk arrived the driver expressed surprise it arrived intact -apparently most arrived damaged with glass broken due to poor shipping packaging. Not sure whose responsible for that part.
The desk itself is exactly as promised and a GREAT piece of furniture. Classy, clean, high-end look. Worth the 8 week wait.
Overall we are very satisfied with the company and the piece.

We ordered an office credenza and mobile file cabinet and it took nearly 5 months to receive the order while having paid upon placing the order. Worse yet, the first credenza we received was damaged and had to be sent back. The really difficult situation with all of this was I had to make the calls to get updated status on the shipments.

I love this chair and so does all of my friends and family. It's sheek, swanky and comfortable! I love the fact that it was package tight and already assembled!
