I buy regularly from the Leamington store but it seems every time I buy a roll of easy lead the 150 mm roll which is £24 including vat they always charge me £24 plus vat... And apparently that's what there computer says... Rubbish I've bought many rolls and it always seems to be a problem... One week I will pay £24 the next week £28.80 and so on... Get your act together or I'll just go elsewhere

Checked the price online for 3 roofline finials @ £8.16.
I could have done a click/collect but decided to go straight to the store.
In-store they charged £13.60. (£5.44 more) I thought perhaps I'd made a mistake and would check the web price when I got home.
Rang customer services and they are unrepentent. He said the online price was promotional and yet there is nothing to say that.
I asked if the difference in price was explained anywhere on the website and he said no.
So be warned:
IF YOU GO INTO THE STORE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.
So why not make that clear on the website? Not even a mention!

Visited the Yate Bristol Branch for a window and door quote, didn’t really know what I was talking about so thank god the lady that I seen did! She certainly knew her stuff! Knowledgeable and helpful, didn’t have to wait long for the quote, great service

DO NOT USE the Sheffield ‘Rutland way’ Eurocell branch! They will take your money and not deliver half of your goods. When you call them numerous times to find out where half of your stock is they will pass the book of blame onto other depots and tell you that it’s not their fault as they have new members of staff. The manager at the Rutland way branch wouldn’t even apologise for my missing items and tell me when I would be receiving them, even though I called 3 times during the day to find out where my delivery was. During these 3 calls not one individual from the branch indicated that a single item would be missing ! it’s one big circle of phone calls without your issue getting resolved. I have just received my second delivery and guess what there’s still an item missing ! This resulted in me having to call head office where I spoke to a customer service representative who promised that an area manager would call me back but guess what, no one actually did. My biggest advice to anyone in the South Yorkshire area looking to purchase from Eurocell, go to the Rotherham branch and deal with them. The manager is called Trevor and his team are very experienced and I will be highlighting this to his manager as I can’t sing this depots praises loud enough. It’s unfortunate that I have paid a labourer who doesn’t have the items to finish the job. I’ll be escalating my case to the magistrates court. Thanks for reading and good luck

Bunch of cowboys. I opened a trade account and several times for a price list but advised not available, Requested what discount terms were available to me, They were unable to tell me but was told I was getting good terms. Spoke to branch twice in Inverness and to sales manager Jim Jenkins, he told me he checked my account and I was on good terms. After spending £2,000 with them I noticed some of their prices were high. I phoned up and requested a price for walk in off the shelf cash price and found that overall I have been paying 30% more than anyone without an account so if I'd have not opened an account and just bought day to day with cash I would have saved £600 on the £2000 spent. Spoke to Brian Jenkins who I had to chase to get a response and his best offer was tuff but I will now get you some discount terms on your next order. Should have been six months ago as promised "TUFF" but what about the lies your staff told me "TUFF" I trusted your staff "TUFF" how is it I have a trade account with no discount terms promised "TUFF you have been stiched up like a kipper. But I am not going to leave it there Brian "Tuff" it will just land on my desk so ""TUFF" so that will just be a waste of your time. Well you arrogant un-proffesional toe rag I still owe you some money and I will be writing to anyone in your company that has an ounce of proffessionalism and common decency. And by the way you could learn a lot from Liam in your customer service, nice guy he thought it wasn't fair the way you conduct business. "Wish me luck".

Customer service Alfreton branch is somewhat lacking. Swearing as entered the shop. The quality of the plastic is also not great, purchased 225mm capping board and it is very flimsy. Not like previous I’d purchased from other merchants. When I explained I wasn’t overly pleased with the quality I was told I would be charged a 20% restocking fee even though I’d not actually left the building. I decided to take the product in the end but it would have been worth paying a the restocking fee I’m that unhappy with the product. Furthermore the store refused to match the price online and I was charged more in store. First and last time of using Eurocell im afraid.

Ordered (under Quotation number 679) a 3-meter double glazed French door, it didn’t arrive on the day it was promised – when it did I had to collect in spite of the fact that delivery was promised, the door also had the wrong door furniture, which they refused to change.
The staff at Hereford genuinely could not have cared less, zero interest, zero customer service.
Avoid this branch of Eurocell at all costs, they have good products but appalling staff, appalling/non-existent customer care, non-existent aftersales.

I was recommended ( by an operative at Jewsons who wre not able to supply what I wanted) to try Eurocell for a total door handle ( PVC external door) plus lock cylinder, so I went to Kingston Park to find them. A very accommodating young operative gentleman saw me and in no time had the exact replacement package for me, which was offered to me, with a discount! The main business of Eurocell, as I found out is " plastics" including doors, windows and a whole lot more in that line. Based on the impeccable service I experienced yesterday (16 July) I will certainly use them again.

Appalling prices in shop.
Buy on line or you get screwed for prices in the shop. I looked up prices on line and mistakenly assumed I would get the same price at the shop. NOT SO. Shop price can be over twice the price. For example I bought 225mm flat facia and was charged £49.75 in the shop. But if you buy on line and click and collect it costs £22.80. Where is the logic in this. Complained to head office and allthey could advise was to take it back. So I rebought on line, collected and took the stuff back for a refund on my original shop bought receipts. Overall this saved me £49 on my £101 original shop bill!!

In 2019 I ordered bi-fold doors from Eruocell.
I have never had such bad service from a Company who purely had no care for their customer.
The doors didn't fit and after calling the Company many times, they assured me I was the one to blame!
I eventually got a professional glazing firm in to correct their mistakes.
I never received any compensation or an apology.

I have just ordered on line and received excellent customer service.
It's not "rocket science" but these days when you get such positive and helpful service, I feel the need to share my experience.
All credit to the chaps in the Gloucester Depot, they really are keen to help. Nothing was too much trouble, even though my order was quite small. I called in today to exchange an item I didn't need and the Manager sorted it out straight away. Other businesses take note, this is how it should be. 10/10 and I am one happy customer.
Highly recommended. I am in no way affiliated with Eurocell, just a very happy customer.

My partner bought several inexpensive items on my cash account and handed me the invoice for 38 pounds. I was amazed at the amount I was being charged, credit to them, when I asked to refunded it was done with no quibble.
I went to another company four hundred yards away and paid less than half price for the exact same items, same quality.

Order online and hope you never have to go into a branch. Needed to make a large order and was advised to go into branch by customer services as I might get a better deal. The branch told me they could definitely beat the price quoted online and would email me a quote. After chasing it up numerous times finally got the quote which was 10% more than the online price. I was rudely told they have overheads after querying it. Thanks for wasting my time. In contrast, online customer services were fast and pleasant to deal with.

Our builder bought a load of fascia and guttering etc ( over £800.00) for whatever reason he bought 5 lengths of 5.5m downspout ( we only needed one) and forgot the outlets,shoes and the stop ends etc so I popped in to the shop in Hereford to ask if they could exchange and I would pay any any difference. At the time the shop was undergoing a major refurbishment so he asked me to return in 3 weeks ( when the refurbishment was complete) I called in today and was told "tough it's over 30 days so no exchanges" - I explained the situation where I was told to come back in 3 weeks due to the work - made no difference! Customer service - Non existant! I will never shop there again!

Dover branch. Only had 5 items to deliver and couldn't get that right, the driver had said I was his last drop and he will just be chilling T the office for rest of afternoon. So I phoned the shop to ask about missing but and was Then told they cant drop last item as driver has delivery of windows to do in Dover for rest of the day . So I had to drive over and get last item that my customer had payed for and paying my time to go there and collect it. Using my fuel and time I went And done just that only to ensure greeted by the same driver for n he office and His delivery van out he front . He gave me one half hearted sorry it's just human error!!! 5 bloody tens is harder to muck up ham get right! I then asked do I get any money off next purchase or free boxy of nails and he said no we don't do things like that it's just human error. Now my local Thanet branha re a lot better ore helpful and definitely more polite! But eurocell are m last resort as you can get products half the price online

So the Ransome Europark branch had my roof lantern which was delivered to myself for my fitter to install, when noticing that the box with all the bolts and accessories were missing so I decided to go myself and collect them thinking it’s one of them things, only to be contacted my my fitter to advise that the Latern that was delivered was not the correct one, it turns out that mine hadn’t even been ordered, so now I’m left with no roof, back up went the plyboard however it’s now raining and my room is now soaked. My fitter has now last a days wages and his customer is not best pleased, an explanation would be great as someone definitely has not done their job properly.
