The better way to improve your service is that the reservations where always online and not with your administration and sending the confirmation and all of that.

As a travel agent, I find your site with not enough info, and if you have a question or a concern there are no phone numbers or contact info.Very hard to book your passes. It took me probably over one hour to do a job that should take no more than 10 minutes. pretty disappointed on the service quality.

The web site is easy to use. My only piece of advice would be to worn people that to purchase a pass a passport number is required. I had to stop a go to the bank in order to retrieve it from a safety deposit box

Eurail are uncontactable, so any questions I had that aren’t on the website remain unanswered. On mobile & Page was so glitchy I had to wait three days to have it working. Once I had placed my order, there was no way to see AUD, instead having to guess how much USD converted to AUD. The resulting price was almost double what I expected. Expletive horrible experience :(

The website needs improvement in terms of design and functionality. Was hard to follow.....and very slow to respond. Map function nice but didn't work well. I have used several times in last five years.....has not improved much.
Need a better larger route map, too.

Your form on how to select a pass is not user friendly. Especially if you are staying at one location for a week and want to travel a day here or there. I also had issues with the train schedule. I would put in the date of travel, time and locations and hit the find button and the app would change the date. The amount of time to change between trains seem very short in some cases. Especially if you are not fluent in the regions language.

Ordered Global Passes on Wednesday 20/3/19 and received today 22/3/19 a week before the date given, fantastic service and everything perfect, thankyou for the prompt delivery. Have used Eurail about 4 years ago to go around Europe and the level of service is still spot on. Being able to use them in Great Britain as well now is a real plus. Thankyou Eurail and very excited about our upcoming trip.

I used Eurail last year when I backpacked through Europe and decided to give it another go this year. I noticed that there was a first class upgrade if you use your pass by May 15th, which was perfect because that was our last travel day. I contacted Eurail multiple times to ensure that I could indeed use the pass on the 15th, and that the last day was not the 14th, as sometimes advertised on their site. However, when I went to purchase my pass, the last possible activation day was March 15th. I selected that date, assuming that, like many of the Eurail employees said, I could use the pass on May 15th. However, when I got my pass in the mail, the last day of activation was May 14th. For over a week I've been contacting Eurail back and forth to try to resolve this issue, explaining that the last date to select in the system was March 15th. Everyone has given me a different answer, and the responses have taken days. I am beyond disappointed in this company. I had to rearrange my hostels and flights because of the false information I have been given. When I contact them through chat multiple times, they agreed that there was a mistake in the system that can be resolved (Raqcuel and Francisco), but when I receive an email back they claim it is my fault. It is clear that they just want your money and do not care about your trust. If you plan to use Eurail make sure you have all the screenshots of your entire purchase process to back yourself up when they mess up.

The website was very difficult to understand and by mistake I made the reservation for a train that I don't need. I immediately sent 3 different emails to different addresses within the company to have the reservation canceled, but no one responded to me and yet at the same time they sent me an email for survey on whether they were good or not. I'm still waiting for someone to get back to me

Getting the rail pass was fairly straight forward.
However, making reservations has been problematical.
The site keeps bumping me out and asking repeatedly for login.
I put in the password accurately and then I am told that it is invalid.
I am about to call Rail Europe at their 800# so I can speak to a human.

I ordered the Pass without any issue with the payment or any Glitch. My pass arrived early within 2 days of payment with Guide and Map.
