Great experience, it took long time, but worth waiting, all other companies refused to help and said there are no chances of success, EUclaim went to court and i got full compensation from Ryanair cancelled flight.

Edit: Following the reply from EUclaim I could give a suggestion:
Change the pricing model for lower fees initially and then should a legal action be necessary charge a legal fee.
It would even out the earnings for you, and the customers would be happier.

The claim was accepted by the Airline and paid out. So the overall result positive, but EUclaim has send me several emails with additional request for information which where already provided earlier.

I didn’t except to get a compensation , but decided to give it a try.I’m glad I did.
My claim was submitted, after I provided the documents. After that I got an email from the company , asking to provide my bank account info. I was a little scare to do it, but there was another option-to give
PayPal account number ,and I decided to use PayPal .
The money was transferred!
All process took about 30 days.

EUclaim helped us to claim against Ryanair. Last year our flight Marseille-Frankfurt was cancelled, and we had to buy train tickets to come back. After almost a year EUclaim won the claim and we received the money back. It was a long process, but we just had to give all important details and wait. I highly recommend it!

Positive result, I got my claim. They are legitimate company and one can trust the service. But a little too long of a wait because of their backlog (I waited three months) and commission fee will took a little over 25% of my claim of 400 Eur.
