I placed a order for a mug for my friends birthday I ordered it in plenty of time as the website said 3-5 working days. After 2 weeks I emailed and asked where my order was. Firstly I was told it had been returned to them and that it would be sent back out. A week later still no mug I emailed them they said the quality of the mug was no good so would reprint and send it out. Another few days passed so I emailed and said it was past my friends birthday I had got her another gift so wanted a refund. They refused to do this. Eventually I got the mug after 4 and a half weeks it was poor. So I complained. Customer service was poor till I finally got threw to kate monroe,who was very good offered me a free gift with postage included. I was happy with this solution and ordered a throw for the bed. It we terrible can barely see the picture and it will never go over my bed it’s not as big as a towel and the price was £99 so although Kate tried to resolve my issue the throw was a waist of time I would avoid this place as it will only cause disappointment. I wish I had looked at the reviews first

I ordered 2 canvas photo's by by buying a groupon. There you can order as much photo's as you like. Then you go to the site and make them to figure out that you received 2 different codes. 1 per photo. When you go and use that code you get bitten by a snake. You have to pay for eacht photo the sending costs that are way more expensive!!! Outragious and ridiculus. I feel lied to, this way!!!!!

2 Years ago I bought 2 big photo’s on aluminium. I received beautifull glossy photo’s. Now I ordered another 2 to hang next to the previous ones. But now they came mat. So they dont look nice next to the others. Nowhere during the ordering process I could say what style I wanted, nor was there any information about change in finishing.
I am really dissappointed about the matte finishing. It ruins the photo.

Bought Groupon for a personalised blanket. The product received did not represent the template sent (the dark grey appeared a weird greenish colour). The company sent a replacement however it was exactly the same with the greenish discolouration. Company is not refusing to arrange a refund despite them being unable to produce the product accurately.

I cannot understand all the bad reviews written here regarding this webiste. I have purchased several items from them over the past few years and can honestly say Ive not had a problem. Straightforward, quick easy delivery with tracking number! I always use alongside a 'Groupon' voucher so a great price too.....maybe Ive just been lucky all these times!

had 3 different orders with the Company, all were delivered in rather short time and very good Quality.
2nd shipment disappeared "on the way" (courier Service had a fake signature, parcel never arrived) - and was replaced a few days after my Claim.
can´t understand the bad Reviews her, except if the Company´s Quality and Service had deteriorated extremely within the last 5 months
recommending this place to friends and collegues, and looking Forward to placing a new order after the summer vacations

I ordered a photo blanket through Wowcher, I believe they are also on groupon always check the suppliers.
The photo blanket arrived and it’s apalling! It’s very poor quality, the material is cheap, thin and the picture is not in focus. There is a tear in the material at the label, exposing the lighter material on the back.
I attempted to contact them following their website instruction but the email was rejected. There is no other information available to contact them!!!
This appears to be an illegitimate company.

We never received the gift we ordered from Christmas.
We emailed but received no answer. We logged on to their site and received a notice that the order was shipped as a standard delivery via national mail. Unfortunately, this service does not provide a tracking nummer.

Placed order 18/12/2018 being advised it would take 24hrs to process, 3-5 working day delivery
Originally informed my parcel doesn't come with tracking ( with a 9.90e shipping cost)
Sent my first email querying unknown location or ETA of parcel 04/01/2019
Email is ignored
Sent the 2nd email 09/01/2019 (had to use partner email at this point)
Details as follows:
quoting 'due to the size your package has been picked up by a special courier' , generally this would be an option at check out or you would be contacted by the company which in this case I'm not surprised since this company is anti - communications
I am also given a tracking number (which originally apparently wasn't available) with a link to track it. It gives me a web page which is in German until you figure out which field to use (as advised in email use ''search'' field) and then you get the option to chose a different language
Now this is when it gets rather concerning:
Again, quoting 'Regarding your request, we had to conclude that for unclear reasons your package apparently had never arrived at the depot of our shipping partner GEL. To keep you from long waiting, while we are clarifying the issue of your shipment, we will produce and sent (spelling mistake) you a new product.' To comment on this - A Large canvas of my family is now lost for anyone to find and keep and this is how 'secure shipping' - as stated on the website - is taken seriously by the company?! You'd hope it was an overlooked order however I did receive a 'dispatched' email 20/12/2018, sadly.
'In case, your original order appears and you receive a double delivery, you can keep both packages.' This is a total insult to any costumer, I hope I do receive both because I'd rather not be bugged by thoughts our lost family photo how and ever I believe it is at the companies best interest to refund and compensate the awfully poor service that's 1, time and effort spent trying to dig this 2, and 3 loss of a private item (very uncomfortable not knowing where the original parcel may be).
Finally I'm advised my new package would be with me within a week. This i received as of 09/01/2019 . It is now a week and a half later and over a month since I'd placed the original order.

I bought a coupon (reduction) via Groupon, but the coupon is not accapted. Groupon says "strange, sorry and have a nice day", but my money is gone. And your site still doesn't accept the coupon-code.

Bought a Groupon voucher. Invested a few hours into the order on its expiry date as we'd forgotten about it. Code didn't work, contacted the company but it was after hours so they didn't get it until the next day. They emailed back and just told us to get a refund. No apology or anything. This company are rude. Do not buy a Groupon - it doesn't work!

This company has no idea what customer service is! Do yourself a massive favour and stay we'll clear. There are plenty other company's out there providing the same service who id imagine are more than happy for the custom and would show the customer a bit of respect.

I did 3 purchases on 11-04-2014 and never received any package.
- None of these ever arrived, hence I wrote to your customer service on 26-04 to which you replied with a canned response.
- I allowed more than the 5 working days that you requested and wrote back on the 5-05 to which Sharon Nuremberg replied that she would try to resend the items.
- Again I did not receive any package, I allowed +3 weeks and wrote back on the 21-05 to which you replied with the same canned response (very upsetting at this point).
-One last time I allowed the 5 working day, it is now 28-05 and I still dont have any package
Please refund my money, this ruined a gift that I was supposed to give in April.
It has been now more than 7 weeks since I did this purchase, which was a gift. You have gone far beyond the promised delivery time (and I paid for the delivery). I request that you fully refund my 3 payments of 8euros and that you write to Groupon for them to refund the vouchers that I bought to purchase this product.

I ordered 4 fleece blankets with a print of my own from the website. They were for an event and I was cutting it close with my order.
I sent an email to the customer service and asked if there was something they could do to expidite shipping. If there would be an extra shipping fee, to let me know and I would pay for it happily.
I got a reply quickly. They promised to do what they could from their end to speed things, but they couldnt control delivery once they gave the order to the shipping service.
And a follow up email to let them know of I hadnt received them.
They arrived yesterday. on time and with the expected quality print. 😄
I love em.
Tip: If you want a fluffy blanky. Premium is worth it.
