The phone was shipped and arrived fine. things were a bit delayed due to covid. Unfortunately after one drop from pocket height the supposedly indestructible phone's back camera lens shattered. This is not etorens fault though more a review of the phone.

Buying from KL, it only took less than 5 days for the item to reach my hand. I say it's very fast. The seller sent the item in less than 24 hours from when I made the purchase and both Malaysia and Singapore was on lockdown period at the time. Although the seller didn't reply to me anymore after sale when I received the item because I only wanted to ask if the phone was already registered to Samsung. They could have simply just said yes or no and I would've been completely satisfied. I work in the field of customer service and we must respond, in every single contact from a customer even if it was just a letter "a" written in the email. They seem to be only responsive when you haven't given your money yet. If you are not the only source of your product, you already lost the competition! hope you take that as a constructive feedback. That's where you only missed out 1 star from me.

The service and phone was great - phone arrived 12 days after ordering. However I was over charged by 3% - Your invoice and the ANZ Bank approval was for $751.00 but the charge to my VISA card was $773.53! A 7.3% overcharge - what can you do about this overcharge?

I ordered on the 23rd of June. Since then I waited for the whole week and it seems like nothing goes on. Luckily, Etoren wrote to me that there will be a delay due to COVID19. On the 1st of July, I got a mail with shipping details and was able to track my order. On the 7th of July, it finally arrived. The phone itself is great. I ordered Samsung Galaxy S20 5G with SD865 and it is dual-SIM too. The only little issue is that they forget to include the EU plug. Instead, there was UK plug. Also, the phone gets on sale the week after I ordered it. Like a 50 EUR off, I should wait a bit more with the purchase. But it's not a big deal and I am overall happy with the Etoren services.

I was skeptical at first due to some negative reviews. However, I went forward and purchased a mirrorless camera (hard to find and at a great price). The order processed after 10 days, I got the tracking number and received the package in less than a month and without any customs taxes to Greece. The support was good, they reply to e-mails. I was satisfied with my order that I made another one as well. I received both without problems. I highly recommend Etoren.

I purchased a phone for a bit cheaper than other online prices. After I paid, I had a look at the reviews for this company.. I started to panic as so many complaints and bad reviews and little good ones. Safe to say the company kept in regular contact with me and I order on a Friday and got it exactly 1 week after (they don't open weekends). I received my item via dpd whom I tracked all the way. I have never been so pleased with my purchase, and I was happy to see a UK plug not a 2pin one in the box. I can only say that I, myself has had a great experience with this company and would definitely purchase from them again..

There are no positives. This is a dodgy Chinese gadget website. I've shopped online for more than a decade and this is the first time this feels more like a deceitful company than anything I've seen before.
First order came but phone wouldn't power. I emailed the company and they said they'll give me credit to spend again. Ok so I went again and bought a different phone. This time the phone works but does not have normal battery power. I emailed the company of the problem and told me to just send the device to their 'repair' centre. I sent it to them without delay.
The company then told me they will take 2-3 weeks to have and answer. 4 weeks later nothing from them so I emailed them again. Their response came a few days later saying they are still waiting on manufacturers response. I told them this is unacceptable. They don't say anything to the manufacturer or even hurry them up at the customer's expense?? There is clearly no customer focus from this company.
Anyway literally a day later the company came back and said they will refund me 23 dollars. But the phone was actually 149 dollars so they didn't give me the full refund. I was gobsmacked when I heard this email and I was furious they convinced me to just send the phone (device) back to them. I thought they would repair it so I didn't send the box and accessories (plugs, and manuals) back as well. It was just the phone playing up so didn't think about sending everything back.
If they want it back they can have it back but they just said they will give me 23 dollars only and won't give me the refund. They even pasted one of their clauses of the terms and conditions in the reply. I'm mean seriously?? You have a customer who have NO working phone and I don't get a full refund.
I have raised a dispute with PayPal and I'm hoping they can recoup these funds for me.
Is has been clearly a frustrating experience for me of all time. Never had I had to endure this kind of insult from the company. No empathy. Customer service was indifferent, robotic, and would happily paste their t&c's to me on technicalities.
Perhaps I should have been more careful yes, but to be so sneaky about this whole thing is absolutely disgusting of the highest order.
I now hope PayPal can see the injustice in this and help me out.
To everyone out there, stay AWAY. You save a few dollars cheaper and risking alot of your money and emotional energy. Not worth it.
For a company that keeps referring to t&C's, they are 100% unethical with their methods.
