From the first phone call to well after my daughters diamond was finished I have felt so taken care of and cared for!! Adelle has been so Compassionate and every time I asked a question or needed something she was right there every step of the way. It was worth every penny to have my daughter come home it's like having her with me airways. My wish for anyone grieving is to be able to let Adelle & Eterneva create a diamond for you. We chose a blue diamond for our Katie it was her favorite color and it shines like she did

Our journey with Eterneva began when I was looking into options to memorialize our beautiful Havanese, Allie, who we lost after a brave fight with hemangiosarcoma. I was devastated to think that all her energy, light and beauty would be represented by the palm-sized teak box that held her remains. It simply wasn’t enough to honor the amazing creature she was and how deeply she touched our lives.

From our first interaction with Adelle, I knew that we had made the right choice in Eterneva. She explained the entire process to us, answered all our questions and really put our mind at ease.
Since we still had a living dog at home, Nattie, we were relieved to find out that we could combine Allie’s ashes with hair clippings from Nattie to create our diamonds. We decided on yellow… for our two little sunshines!

I’ll admit it took us a month after our kit arrived to even fill the container with Allie’s remains. My best friend was the brave one because I just couldn’t bring myself to let a part of her go.
Adelle sent us updates and pictures throughout the entire process. We watched as our little girls were transformed from ashes and hair, to carbon, to raw diamonds, to cut diamonds that were finally placed in custom designed pendants. I cried on delivery day and was so humbled to have this remarkable piece of my babies to hold on to forever.

Losing someone you love is always the hardest part of life’s journey, but Eterneva gives you an opportunity to take that loss and turn it into something beautiful. Words will never be able to express how grateful I am to both Adelle and Eterneva for being a part of our family’s journey.

A quelques de Noel j’apprenais que le processus était complété et que son dernier voyage était sur le point de se terminer. Un merci spécial à Adelle et son équipe car grâce à eux, mon premier Noel sans maman aura été moins difficile.
Je me devais de trouver comment mettre en valeur ce diamant qui représente combien ma mère était importante pour moi, mais aussi comment je veux qu’elle se sente protéger pour reposer en paix. Aujourd’hui j’ai trouvé et je suis comblée.

Just one conversation with Adelle was enough to confirm that Mom would be in good hands. She took the time to ask me about my relationship with my mother and understood why I wanted a special reminder of this extraordinary person.
A fe days before Christmas, I learned that the process was finished and that her last voyage was about to end. A special thank you to Adelle and her team. Because of them, my first Christmas without Mom wasn’t as hard.
You came back to me as a superb diamond! I then had to find a way to honour this diamond and showcase how much you meant to me. But I also wanted to make sure I protected you so that you could rest in peace. Today I found it and am fulfilled

Adelle and her team at Eterneva are unmatched in client service. Everything they do speaks to how much they care about what they do. Adelle is very available; she invariably replies to e-mails within 48 hours (usually far less) and she makes it so easy to create this memento mori for your lost loved one.
When my daughter died in 2012, life as my wife and I knew it, ended. We now live a different, lesser life. It was even sadder to realize that, when our time came, the last links to my Calista on Earth would be gone and nobody would likely remember her. The diamonds made from her ashes are now going to become family heirlooms, passed to a niece or nephew and then onto future generations. They will never know what they actually wear, but it's enough for us to know. It has to be enough, because that's all we really have.

In December of 2017 I had to say goodbye to my beloved Cali. A tortoise shell kitty. We were together for 11 years and very connected. Things were pretty much a blur for me at that time, but I remembered a friend telling me that you can get a diamond made from the ashes of your pet. So, I just googled that and up came Eterneva as the first option of several links to click on. I clicked on it and through the tears ended up navigating an amazing site. Then to my delight, I ended up speaking with an even more amazing contact at the company, co-founder Garrett Ozar. He literally talked me through the whole process and it made things very easy for me during this very difficult time when I had too much on my plate to deal with - it was a God send. I also heard from Adelle Archer the other co-founder on a few occasions, with updates on "Cali's" progress as they formed her ashes into diamonds. It was a very personal thing. Most of all, it helped to have somebody to talk to regarding my grief from the loss of Cali. They both sat on the phone listening to me as I cried and told them our story. I am really glad I chose Eterneva. This whole process was just as special to me as Cali. She is now a gorgeous .5 carat midnight-blue diamond :)

When you lose someone remarkable from your life, you will forever want to remember and cherish them in a special way. Eterneva helped me to create the trigger that elicits the incredible and amazing memories of the times and love that I shared with my husband John. He had the most amazing blue eyes and it was Eterneva that helped me create the beautiful diamond that is blue like those amazing eyes that I cherish. I had the diamond set in a ring that includes diamonds from our wedding rings. (Photo below) Every morning when I put it on, I start my day with those beautiful memories of our journey through life and love. This ring will be passed on to family for generations to come and trigger amazing memories for them as well.

Eterneva is made up of people who seek to change the way we feel about end of life plans. I did not want an urn on my shelf or a resting place to visit once in a while. With the help of Eterneva, I now have John with me every day. I am able to feel his love every time I look at it.

I had the opportunity to work with both Adele and Garrett (co-founders) throughout my journey with Eterneva. I can not say enough about the compassion, integrity and caring they showed me. This company is the real deal. They created a "real" diamond that my jeweler was very impressed with. I had my diamond appraised and the jeweler was amazed with what he learned about the company as he worked with me to design my special memorial.

I think many people hesitate over the cost to do something like this. I believe the I would have spent as much money planning a funeral and putting my money into the ground or an urn. Every penny I spent comes back to me every time I look at this ring and remember all the love, joy and special moments we shared.
