I wish I'd gotten more reminders that my renewal was due, so that it didn't become overdue and more expensive, due only to my worsening memory. I think seniors should be cut some slack here, and not charged these late fees, as long as they do pay in some reasonable amount of time. Especially low income seniors like myself who will have to find the extra money in my essentials' budget, like heat in the winter, food, and medical expenses.

this website made it so easy to renew my tags and I did not even have to leave my house during this pandemic. the only complaint I have is that the customer service was slow and took a few days to answer some of my questions. either way, I got my tags on time! the whole process took me five minutes. Way better then waiting for hours at the dreaded DMV or Tax Center!
