Excellent Process!!
Very efficient use of technology, timely response, sincere interest in customer service and feedback, AND (very importantly) the easy access to a real person (polite, knowledgeable, and friendly) for answers to questions that are too unique to be resolved by "online only" templates and help sites!!!!!
I am a happy customer, and I congratulate eTags.com and my (part-time state (Florida) for creating a truly improved, personalized, user-friendly, and time saving process for automobile registrations.

Update: this really did simplify the process! From paperwork submission to tag/registration receipt, only one week (at most) and the best part is that I didn't have to wait in line at the DMV. Milly from etags customer service was very responsive and sent emails throughout the process. Thanks Milly!
I hope this really simplifies the transfer process. The site is not very clear about next steps.

Saved me the hassle of going to DMV, waiting on line for hours just to update registration and get tags. Your web site was soooo easy to use. Thanks to this platform, I was able to have my tags on my car by date required and drive without fear of being pulled over. Cost of the process was not negligible, however, but the convenience and speed did as I was late and it was now the end of the month. Thank you. Next year, I will be more prepared and get this done before my birthday so I am not fleeced with charges.

The amount of frustration and difficulties was very impressive compared to the dmv. I had zero issues so far and it was just unreal on how simple each process was and right from the comfort of my home! Needless to say I'll be using this shortcut from here as on. Oh and yes I will be recommending all my friends and family to this service for sure and without a doubt!!

There was no place to explain default in payment. We sent a check to you on Feb13, 2020 on time but you have not cashed our check yet and I am being penalized over a $150.00 FOR SOMETHING WE DID ON TIME. NO PLACE TO EXPLAIN.

The whole site is easy, safe and fast. Should you need to correct an error that too is easy. I'm 66 and NOT tech savvy. If it's easy for me than truly ANYone can do it. One of the few thing I like about modern technology.
