So on 30th august you replied me that my device is sent back to me.this is october 1st and in USA who takes one month time to ship the device and one more thing ypu are saying that device is not repaired by you, we understand that part but money is taken by you, so it's your duty to reply us on time, not to avoid us who is continously asking and who is really worried for their device.And if you know that it will take 3 months or more than that then let us know while we buy new policy.Don't put their that it will take 10 business days.

Very fast at handling my claim. I needed my phone replaced after I left it on the roof of my car and drove off. It must have been run over 10 times in the street. Esurranty replaced it in 2 days with a brand new one. I have had them for over 4 years and they have always been good to me and professional.

I have used Essuranty in the past and do not remember such long wait times and poor customer service. I lost my phone, and it has been in awaiting repair/replacement for 20 days! I have sent support tickets and emails to my representatice with no responses. I can all but assume it went through underwritting and a phone will be replaced, however with NO customer service. I have no idea when to expect my replacement. There is no contact number to call and no email to send unless you have your representatives email who handles the claim and he doesnt respond. I have checked my SPAM or JUNK mail and no emails sent there. I just want my phone that I paid good money to insure plus a deductible.
I have multiple policies with them and have been with them for at least 4-5 years. Very frustrated since I am using a slow and outdated phone while i await replacement. In todays digital age, you would think they would have a better platform to assist their customers.
Update: 01 October- I have received some support through the support ticket not through the underwritter or emails. My Phone status has changed to awaiting shipment- we will see .

Everything in the beginning was good filed the claim spoke to claims rep.. shipped out my device.. then nothing. filed my claim back in june... it has been 3 months and still have not received replacement or even heard from the rep. let alone the claims department sent numerous emails asking for the status of my claim and only to receive crickets.. i have tried contacting them through there website only to receive an email that says you need to email the claims department which is not responding. i have even tried calling to get told the same thing. i still have yet to recieve my replacement or my device and money back...

I've been waiting for them to cancel the useless policies and some never-happened stuff. They were keen on getting you to pay for things but immediately disappear once they got the money.
I have two policies which I paid using a visa card. I have waited for more than 2 months for it to be actually canceled. They never replied to my support tickets, while the OWNER has the luxury of time to deal with negative review here.

I submitted a claim over a month ago. Esurranty opened a request asked for deductible which was processed on the same day. They sent me a shipping label, I shipped my laptop next day and still waiting. I wrote multiple email and opened many support tickets but no response AT ALL.
Quick update on my review:
After I wrote my review here, I quickly got a response that they are waiting for parts which is taking time.
Today (09/16/2019) They sent my laptop back to me without even touching it. It's still in the same condition as I sent it.. I don't think they even touched it or even tried to repair it in last 2 months.
All they did is, took my deductible money along with my policy money, kept my laptop for 2 months and sent it back to me.

Like most people I'm not crazy about buying insurance. But over the years I have found the covering my cell phone is a good idea. And Esurance does that very well. No hassle quick service. Works for me...L

I am having the same experience as others my phone was stolen and I submitted everything required to have it replaced after a week I did not hear anything and I contacted the company, I was assigned a representative that asked me for addition information that was not originally show to be required. I jumped through all the hoops and was told that the claim was going to the underwriter it has been another two weeks and I have not heard anything I tried emailing them four times and on line chatting and still have not received a reply. I reached out to their customer service number 888-672-5619 that has several prompts for several departments, I tried every prompt and you cannot leave a message, there is no way to speak to a live agent,If you do send an email or live chat they just ghost you. I do not recommend using this company and I will tell others to stay far away from them "WORST EXPERIENCE EVER" the company responded below that I did not send all the documents this was not true the original forms that were required were sent I even had to have one of the forms notarized, It was after these forms were sent that they asked for two more documents. No matter what is the excuse for no reply from the claims representative after many request for an update. I do have to say that yesterday I finally received an email that read " The account notes show that the claim was approved and that we are awaiting the shipment of the replacement." we shall see if this is true or just a comment to appease me. I will update my review again if I ever get my phone replaced.

I still have not heard back from anyone in the company regarding my claim!. I am replying to original email correspondence with Esurranty so nothing would go into the spam folder. I have just sent my 4th email asking for someone to get back to me on my claim and no one responds.

I have been trying to find out what happened to my device for over a month. I dealt with a claims rep. (SEAN) and he expedited getting me a shipping label. My phone was delivered to the repair center address July 3rd, 2019. It is now Aug. 10. 2019 and I have no knowledge if they even received my phone or what the status is.I have sent several emails to Sean and he hasn't responded once. I wrote to customer service and they did write back that they would contact a supervisor, but I haven't heard back. It seems that all my communications with this company go to some black hole. They were quick to take my deductible and now I don't hear back. What gives? At least write me back, just common decency.....

I submitted a claim on July 14, 2019 including the appropriate paperwork and receipt plus work order for a cracked screen that I had repaired at an Apple store. When no one responded to my email, I emailed again on July 22, 19. I did hear back that day and was told they did not receive it, so I emailed both receipt/work order again on 7/22. I still did not receive reimbursement or an email after that, so I emailed again (including receipt/work order) on 8/4/19. On 8/12/19 I received an email back stating an apology that they had indeed received both my receipt and work order previously and would work on it. I did not receive a reimbursement check or any email communication after that, so I emailed to find out the status on 8/26/19. I have still not heard back from claims department and submitted other email today 9/13/19. I am disappointed that they cannot follow through or respond to customers in a timely manner.

Read this un true statement:We are sorry that you feel the way you do but customers that elect to send their devices in for repair instead of going to a local repair center must send the device unlocked so that they can be tested once they are repaired. We also require that they be sent in the proper box that coincides with the label that we pay for that is free so there are no shipping delays. When a customer uses an unapproved box with our prepaid label, the shipment gets held by the USPS until the difference is paid.
A box is a box it goes bye weight and Sean even confirmed he received my cell for and they are working on it this was 7months ago now look if you dont want to fix my cell then send it back? I have a the emails to prove you received it and where so called working on it but all you guys do is post lies...all in all I should have read this company's reviews befor paying for the service that they don't provide.

I submitted a cracked screen claim on 08/20/2019. They handled my claim with relative speed, and charged the deductible (139.00) and deposit on the loaner phone (99.00) to my credit card. I have neither seen the loaner phone or gotten a meaningful response since then. To say I am disappointed in their performance would be an understatement. I have received my billing from the credit card company, and have been forced to dispute the charges as undelivered service. I highly recommend not doing business with this company.

Excellent customer service with a very quick claim process. Right on target with today's technology as claims can be inputted online 24hrs a day. So glad I found this company to cover all my phones

Never paid for my repair 2 months later. Absolutely no contact when it came to paying for my repair...
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Horrible company.
Just saw the reply. I did submit everything that was required and after multiple emails your horrible support NEVER responded.. My credit card company immediately refunded my payment for your insurance because this company is marked as fraud! Thanks for wasting my time. Hopefully others see review and don't waste their time or money.

I have not yet filed a claim, but have insured multiple phones. The process to sign up is straight forward, the coverage is very good, and the pricing is very reasonable. I will continue to insure my phones through eSurranty.

Still have not resolved my claim for my I watch three cellular 38 MM black I watch. I paid $900 for this watch I paid $70 for this policy this phone I was told to take to an Apple store or retailer do you have fixed we do not have an Apple store in my area I went to a retailer and they will not touch it you’re not got back to my email and the representative was rude to me I want a full refund for what I paid and I’m searching for other alternatives for you guys not ordering your agreement and contract with me with the insurance on my phone in the meantime I want my money back all of it

Don’t trust this company they are blank blank read reviews all very very bad they have no live costumer service and will never respond to emails they have a bad rep with the BBB don’t use...they will never answer emails my experience with them as you can read is horrible for the short time I have been with them. Sent in broken cell for repairs and all I get is lame reasons why it is taken 9months to give me a answer first they claim I sent it in the wrong box??? A box is a box as long as postage was correct. Second they said the cell had a password? Another lie the cell is unlocked and had no password and now they dont even return any emails

Terrible! These guys are a complete Joke! When my phone broke I contacted the team, great service, told me in a hurry to go fix it, and they would reimburse. I followed the instructions to a T, sent the receipt exactly as instructed, then followed up via email 6 times to all the teams I could over the past 4 months and have recieved 0 responses. These guys are the worst, avoid this service at all cost!
They removed this review, had to come back and repost. Seriously avoid this company at all cost
