I hit some freak ice over the moors a careered down a cliff, the car was a write off and i was in severe shock with head injuries but not to seriously hurt . Esure demanded that i was there the next day to get car recovered even tho i wasn't in any fit state to do so.By the time i finally got information from them about the address of the recovery company it was to late (5 days) to recover my valuables from the car .I had to battle with them on the phone for 5 days to get the hire car and then battle with them further to get a payment and as soon as the cheque was in the post, not received, not cashed but in the post then they wanted car back the very next day.Shoody with false adverts online.

No stars would be a more appropriate rating. Would not recommend as an insurance provider. Had a very bad experience with my car, promised as one claim - upon receiving repair in bodyshop, Esure changed it to 2 claims. Now half car is fixed. Great company - with customer care at their centre... NOT

Great company and customer service. It’s a shame that my direct renewal quote was 10% higher for same policy than via Go-Compare who also gave me a free £250 excess cover.
I did take out ESURE RAC cover as it was significantly cheaper than the market price which is less than half of my monthly now cancelled AA subscription.

Had my car insured by e sure when I was hit by another driver waited over a week for my hire car which was provided by auxillis by then my car had been repaired then nine months later got a solicitors letter( Irwin Mitchell) saying the other driver had not admitted liability so I was expected to go to court 40 mls away so had to book time off (without pay)then three days before court was told that I didn't have to go I won't be compensated total farce an I have lost my no claims 😢😢😢😢😢

I don't normally leave reviews but I felt compelled to write a positive review about Esure. I took insurance out with them last year and had my renewal letter come through this year, I was surprised to see that the renewal cost had gone down from the year previous and it was cheaper than other insurance companies when I got some quotes (normally I change insurance companies each year to get the best deal). This has NEVER happened in 13 years of me driving so I felt that my loyalty was being rewarded. I spoke to Amy on the phone and after updating a few details (i.e. access to another car and living with partner) and this reduced the cost further. Amy was friendly, clear, helpful and a pleasure to speak to. I did try LiveChat before calling and felt them to be less helpful. I've not had to claim through Esure but as far as insurance companies go, I felt like I was in good hands.

I thought esure were good up until a no fault claim. They sent my car to KC Autos it as the worse reviews service and quality, they sent my car back with the mirror incorrect for car and a cheap aftermarket one not a genuine ford one which my previous one was. So why not use a Genuine as it was before. Also esure tried to tell me the damage on the tailgate was not caused in the crash, it was. I'm there customer and I felt they were against me as though they were the opposition. Insurance is up in November. Will never use again. Shocking customer service. Please do not insure your car with these con artists. Pay more for good reputable insurance company not for these crooks.

When i start searching to renew my car insurance.I found escure with couple more very reasonable price.I rang to operator to buy it.He was very friendly gentelman.He went throgh with me and we decided to leave it for time been.I bought on line next day and very happy compare with my previous insurance.So far so good.I will see how they treat me in future.

called to make a claim i explain the the wasp nest was in the roof Fascia.
guy turns up without a ladder within 24 hours not heard from them in a week now.
there policy is that we send someone out within 24 hours. (just for a chat)

Premium is too high for an old car. Now a days it is unsafe to retain customer's credit/debit card details in your system in order for automatic renewal. There should be a choice to opt out of this option.

Very poor quality of customer service, also outraged that there is no way to change address of the policy other than via phone in a country where people tend to move ALOT. What if I am deaf for example? Also the thing that I am only able to pay through phone is not acceptable. The easiest way to get into a fraud which already has happened in my family not even once and always after giving card details through phone to a company which did not provide any other option. In the 21. century is it that hard to provide an online platform to pay? ....just stupid
