Very happy with the cupboards themselves, very high quality, once the correct ones actually arrived. First delivery didn’t arrive with no contact from Essentials4work. Second delivery over two weeks later due to Christmas produced the wrong item. Third delivery arrived an hour after Essentials4work confirmed it would be delivered on a different day and the driver refused to collect the wrong item which had to be arranged again with Essentials4work. By their own admission they have zero tracking of their items once manufactured as they use a company with a pool of distributors & struggle to provide a delivery date unless you press for it. Still waiting on compensation promised.

The items that I needed were easy to find and the whole process was very straight forward. The filing cabinets that we ordered were well packaged (they actually take ages to get into they are that well packaged!) and fit for purpose.
