My refund request was refused & they do not even want to listen or communicate.

I bought a lange from Irene. Promised with certificate and box. At the end, no certificate. Then she promised to return $1,000 USD to my account but till date after 2 years. Nothing done. call-no answer.
I have told at least 100 friends of my bad experience. I will continue. Very soon. I will write in forum.
I want my 1k USD back immediately.

I bought HD3 model from these Co., their service is rather fast and professional (maybe not so fast as Switzerland Boutiques, while prices of last are higher).
We had some problems with documentation, while i consider that it's not EW mistake, and it's not a big problem in general.
Recommended.

I contacted Irene after seeing a watch for sale on line after mine was stolen, the watch I wanted was sold in between Irene and myself speaking. Irene went the extra mile and found a very good alternative, she got to my budget and what I was willing to pay and has gained a customer for life.
These guys are exceptional and as a business owner myself I would love to have my team as 'on their game' whilst being very professional and polite.

My wife wanted a "gold rolex" for xmas. Checked a lot of websites and finally decided to move forward with Essential Watches. They were very informative AND had a price cheaper then everyone else. When i got the watch they had even thrown in a rolex box even though I wasn't expecting one. I reccomend thiis company to all watch buyers out there.
