I am now gathering evidence that eSignal staff are using their company's software to hack into customer's computers. This morning, within 30 minutes of making contact with senior people to complain about their terrible staff, my server was broken into and critical components were destroyed. This is a dangerous and vindictive company and you are advised not to touch their software or have anything to do with them.

The current employees of eSignal, now called ICE Retail Services, are the most nasty and incompetent people I've worked with in 20 years as a trader. Worse, they are now using their employment as a front to hide illegal and malicious activities - I am talking about hacking into their customer's computers. The retail arm of ICE is a dangerous and vindictive organisation and you are advised not to touch their software or have anything to do with them.

I tried this product, I have been day trading for over a year and it was recommeded to me. So first off, their technical person could not get it to work with my software at interactive brokers. I stayed on the computer and phone for 4 hours until finally they had to DOWNGRADE my platform in order for theirs to work. That should have been the first red flag. Then upon using, it was slow and lagged behind. It's not my computer, I have a FALCON. It was made for daytrading. After all the issues, I canceled my subscription and asked for my refund. They apologized for the issues and gave me my confirmation/reference number for my refund and told me I would have it within 5 days. Well, that didn't happen. And I kept getting charged montly $185 until I canceled my credit card. To say the least, I would never recommend them to anyone. They need to update their system and speed it up and do what they say they will do and do what their website says they will do. Not for me.

ESIGNAL has one of the worst ethics towards customers.
many of the companies i tried had foregone something from their side to make the customer feel happpy to their service,
BUT NOT ESIGNAL THEY WANT YOU TO FOREGO OF THINGS FOR THEIR SATISFACTION AND THEIR BUSINESS.
THEY ARE NEVER WORRIED ABOUT YOUR SATISFACTION.
INDIAN VENDOR "VIRATECH" ALSO THEY ARE NOT GOOD TO BE IN THIS BUSINESS WORST SERVICE
I HAVE SPENT 1,00,000 INR FOR JUST TWO MONTH OF SERVICE AND ITS WORST THAN MECHANICAL TRADING

Been with Esignal for over 10 years,
Used to be such a great company , its a shame to watch it being destroyed by incompetence and really poor customer service (thats if your lucky enough to actually get through to them in the first place ).
I have Just been online chat again now for over 20 mins, I was allegedly number 2 in the queue only to get cut off after 20 mins of waiting, totally frustrating,
Had several issues with them lately ,
Firstly they took money from my bank account when they shouldnt have.
Then when I finally got through on the phone, they admitted it was an error and there had been internal billing problems during their transitional period to ICE, and told me it wouldnt happen again, (they promised me they no longer had my bank details on file so the mistake couldnt happen twice) only for them to do it again the next month, so obviously they did still have the details on file, when they shouldnt have.
Used to be a great company before but then firstly they closed the uk office, and all calls were initially diverted to the USA, but now now you have to ring up an American number to get through, and considering it takes about 20 mins to answer if your lucky its just not acceptable on an international call where we are expected to pay the bill.
They then billed me for about 5 months worth of service that I havnt used, (apparently they never got my email telling them I wanted to temporary stop the service until further notice due to ilness )
bearing in mind I have been with them for well over 10 years and never had a credit account with in the first place them so it should have stopped automatically when I never paid for the next months upfront fees,
My account still shows a balance of over $1200 dollars
After several emails, which often taken over a week to get a reply from, Customer service offered a partial refund and offer of 1 month free, not acceptable really considering I never had a credit account with them in the first place and havnt been trading so it shouldnt have even been possible for a balance to build up , (I offered to show them my trading account for proof that I havnt been trading ) but it seems its fell on deaf ears
Im now waiting for the partial refund which was promised from a week ago, still not showing on my credit card account,tried getting through on phone, number changed to a USA number, tried on line chat, total waste of time
Im afraid to say what was once a decent company is now totally unorganized and is being run into the ground by incompetent management
Esignal, please take note of the recent reviews, all complaining about the lack of customer services, and maybe do something to resolve it,
Your supposed to respect your customers, not drive them away,
Really really disappointing, needs a good shake up , maybe starting by employing more customer service reps, considering they advertise themselfs as the worlds market leaders, they seem to have forgotten they need a customer service dept to able to cope with the volume of customers etc.

I have ESignal Advanced GET software and disappointed with both the software and the standard of service provided by Interactive Data Corporation which is the mother company.
Advanced GET software is not clunky and functions quite well. But it has no outstanding benefits for me as a trader. The EW function has not been used for years as it is momentum based and really has nothing factored into it relevant to the rules and guidelines of elliott wave. What is worse is whatever has been programmed into the EW function is unknown because the Company says it is a *proprietary* indicator. Just via experience I can tell it is largely a momentum based indicator but clearly it is not a genuine indicator of RN Elliott's theory. So they expect people to use this indicator without having an understanding of what it is monitoring in the market. So people need to ask themselves what does the software have to warrant an expensive price of $4.5K AUD. A joke really. To make matters worse the software you have paid $4.5K for cannot be used unless you pay eSignal US$60 a month ongoing. This is just a fee to acquire any data for the software but does not actually include any data as these are all add ons depending on what market or service you want. Worse still, no other data provider can be fed into Advanced GET so you are stuck with e Signal as an expensive data provider. The data is clean but you pay expensively for everything you get. The software enables good manual analysis of the market and is not clunky. A range of the generalised technical analysis indicators is provided that are useful but these indicators are common in far less expensive software programs. Specialised indicators come at an additional and expensive monthly fee.
The software is tailor made for US markets with zero specialised adaption toward other markets. I can't even get the Australian options market data so have to use alternative software and pay another software company when I want to deeply analyse this data.
Customer service from Interactive Data is poor. It is all over in America really so as an Australian you are forced to resolve any problems in the middle of the night. They did have an Australian Office that shut down, and then I understood those subscribers trading in Asian market hours had a direct line with a Singapore Office. But this Singapore Office does not seem to now be answering calls from Australia during normal business hours. The software is really geared up for the US markets and Interactive Data Corporation has a very major task ahead of itself to provide value for money to subscribers trading non US markets. As it is currently I pay top dollar for general functional software, good data, poor customer service, no options market data.
All up I feel ripped off. Badly. Monopolized into an expensive software program that provides very poor value for money. What really annoys me is when I purchased the product it was understood the software could be fed by other data providers. This changed somewhere along the line without any notification so I have ended up stuck with the expensive, monoplised and poorly serviced Interactive Data Corporation.

I have been using esignal for a year and switch to another provider. When i look into my bank statements i found out that they were charging me for services that i do not have. i checked on my account maintenance page and it confirms that i did not have any active services. I tried to call the london office but the lines do not seem to work, i tried the live chat but could not reach anybody, call the US office but could not reach anybody and finally got through somebody in Singapore who informed me that they have a few issues with their billing software and that was the reason why they took money from my bank account while i am not even a client. I tried to contact them but have no answer since and have to cancel my card details while on holidays and guess i will not see this money again.

I am a customer of more than ten years. In the new e signal 11 there is not a way to track the portfolio as in the previous e signal program.

eSignal continues to be a mainstay analysis platform for all that I do in the markets. From alerts to great scanning the platform meets my heavy technical needs and is Integrated with my broker! I never need to leave it and can act right away on my ideas. It is worth the price as I have found that you get what you pay for typically.

The problem is, no body seems to be able to give me tech support on macros.
I'm gonna cancel one of my accounts because I can't get the macros to link. Even though I was told it would work.

I have subscribed to Esignal and its prior versions for about 22 years. Since the days I received stock price information by satellite dish through to the time I started receiving data by interenet, this service has been absolutely excellent. Tech support over all these years has been highly competent, easily accessible by telephone and professional. Data is accurate and the quote services and graphing is exactly what a trader would want. Certainly this one.

My relationship with e-Signal goes all the way back to the late 1980s when I subscribed receiving data via a satellite dish outside of my mountain, Sedona, AZ home. Except for rare snow storm that covered over the dish, reliability was impeccable as compared to occasional internet interruptions we generally experience today (unrelated to eSignal).So, eSignal is actually an old friend and when I had the opportunity to partner up with eSignal to market my Leibovit Volume Reversal, I felt I was working with an old friend. My programming experience in getting the Volume Reversal launched was the smoothest and quickest experience in my career. The resulting manual, examples and charts were superb. I personally use Esignal over other platforms due to ease of operation and clarity.

i love esignal. My favorite feature is the dashboard. I use stoch as a quick checkup of my stocks and will delve into the chart to confirm.
And great tech support. My only comment is I would like it to offer some of the features that Q charts does--especially the quote sheet where a stock if it is hitting a high for the day will be green and red for the daily low. I also like the auto fib feature.
